Great customer service! Sarah has always been helpful and polite. Every time i come in she always offers water and candy. I referred a customer a few weeks ago and she absolutely loves this facility. The place itself is average but the service sets it apart. We are renting two large size temperature controlled units and our whole household was shipped from overseas to these units. Sarah, was so helpful. She made it super easy by directing traffic for us so our huge semi could pull right up to unload. She even offered cold water to us after spending the whole day out in the sun unloading. She checked on us several times throughout the day to make sure there was nothing we needed while we got settled into our units. That kind of service makes this a five-star place.

I had recently move my family of three to Charleston. We needed a place to store all of our things until our house was ready. I looked at a couple different places but none compared. Sarah went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She came around while we were unloading and offered us cold water. The place is always kept clean and we felt safe our things were safe and secure in this unit. Thank you Sarah for all your help!

Two unfortunate incidents in the 20 months I stored my travel trailer here. The first was when a hurricane was approaching and I wanted to move my trailer due to all the tall pine trees around the perimeter fence where the trailer storage is. When we arrived the office was closed, understandably due to the approaching hurricane, but then we found we couldnt get our trailer out because it was blocked in by a parked bread truck that didnt run and was sticking out of its assigned space. Fortunately I was able to return home and get my smaller truck that was able to drag the trailer in such a direction that I could finally maneuver it to get it out without damaging it or the trailer next to it.The second instance was what caused me to leave. After the incident with the bread truck, they offered me a space nearer the exit gate. The space next to me was open but later occupied by a tandem axle empty boat trailer. Returning one day after a rain storm to inspect my trailer I found the trailer cover torn and a 20 gash along the side of my trailer that faced where the boat trailer had been but was now gone. When I reported it to the site manager she called the boat trailer owner who said that he was unaware of causing the damage and that there was no damage to his trailer but would pay for my damage if the video footage from the security camera showed that he did it. Management would only release the camera footage to law enforcement so I had the sheriffs department come and I filed a report. Unfortunately the nearest security camera is pointing away from my trailer and the one that is pointing towards it is so far away that my trailer is indistinguishable. Management wouldnt provide me with the name of the boat trailer owner and the sheriff couldnt either because they didnt see him do it, but by the deputies own admission there was sufficient evidence for me to take it to small claims court for the $2200 in damage caused to my trailer. Unfortunately without the name of the individual I couldnt do that. The thing that sealed my decision to move was I emailed both the Space Storage site manager and regional manager, since I had met with both of them personally, asking if there were plans to install more security cameras that would cover where my space was, and I didnt receive a response from either of them.So now I have found another facility within 10 miles of here that is a bigger space (12x30 vs 8x30), on pavement vs gravel so the tires wont rot due to the ground dampness, much more room to maneuver, video cameras with good coverage of the spaces (I had them show me), and $30 less per month rental fee. So unless this particular location is important there are other storage facilities available better suited for long term trailer storage and will cost you less.

Today 03/19/2020, I had a great experience with Sara Price at the space shop. This place has a great atmosphere. The location is very convenient and the property manager Sarah Price, she is very outgoing and very friendly. I highly recommend this space shop.

My daughter has used this location two years now for storage of her college items while home in Florida. The location is always clean and the staff Is very friendly. I recommend this location because it is rather close to Emory.

If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further. This is the place to store your stuff. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ive had units at this location from the time they first opened the doors. Previous management was simply HORRIBLE. Since Space Shop took over, the place is always clean, well, lit, secure and most importantly, properly staffed with the most remarkable person imaginable!

By far the best storage facility Ive ever used. Nobody really wants or enjoys using a storage facility, but sometimes its unavoidable. My first visit to the Space Shop was to purchase boxes and packing materials after selling our home. A few months later when we unexpectedly needed to store ALL of our belongings due to a delay on construction of our new home and our landlord refusing to extend our lease an extra 2 weeks (not nice!), the Space Shop in Goose Creek was the obvious choice. Everyone we dealt with there was so friendly and listened to my venting about the frustration of moving twice in 1 month, and made an aggravating situation a little more tolerable. The free waters for the moving crew were also greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

Ivy is really helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable, we really appreciate all that she did to accommodate our needs. Its a good location and you cant beat the price.
