Enony.....great experience great staff and great people. Ebony shows enthusiasm Ebony shows that she loves the company that she works for. Im very pleased, she very insightful on the prices and willing to accommodate anyone at their needs to best help them out in their time of situation all around person. Shes a person who is more devoted to the people in the community and those who are around her. I wish that she would least be given one or two Sundays that she works to do the things that she love to do that involve community ; that involve her family and that involves inspiring her to be the best her as well.

Customer service was the deciding factor for me. Jade King was very helpful in helping us select a storage unit. I noticed that she even worked past normal business hours. She was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Weve had a unit here since June and weve had no problems what so ever. Rachel is always up for a friendly chat and is always super knowledgeable and answers any questions we may have. Every time weve gone to the property Rachel is seen out and about cleaning and doing security checks. I feel extremely confident having my items stored here.

I rented a storage unit here today and was very impressed with the facility. The unit was clean and ready to go as were the elevators and hallways. Rachel was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Happy that we chose Public Storage!

Worse storage company i have ever dealt with they have know understanding or flexibility when it comes to customers just plain horrible. When it was Extra Space Storage I never had one issue and received A1 customer service

Horrible Place. I had a unit for over a year when it was Extra space, which was wonderful. Once the name and ownership changed it all fell apart. I have a climate controlled unit, security code entry, and pest control. I recommend a friend and even helped him move in. Once i got there i noticed roaches everywhere. I checked my own unit and it was infested with roaches and bugs. They were in everything i owned and all over the walls in the building. I went to office to complain and they were even all over the office. I took videos and plenty of photos. I reported the problem to district manager Mr. Williams and got no help at all. I called customer service and got the regional managers name and number and never got a call back. I sent all photos to the correct people and nothing. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that nothing could be done. I had reached my limit on the people i could contact and the conversation ended . I cant believe there is no one to fix this issue. All of my furniture and clothes were junk . It was also frustrating that i was paying over $110.00 a month and when it was bought out the price went to less than $60 a month and they still required me to pay my original amount. How can they always have price increases but never a reduction.

As far as a storage facility goes, its pretty standard. However the service I received today was outstanding. I come to my unit often and whenever Rachel is making her rounds she is always polite and goes out of her way to acknowledge me as a customer, say hello, and give me opportunity to ask questions. Today I was in a confusing situation with unprofessional movers, unaffiliated with Public Storage. Rachel and the other woman working today made sure my belongings were safe. Both women were very professional, had their masks and gloves on and kept the lobby safe during this pandemic. Rachel answered all my questions and was willing to work with me. She made sure my move out date was updated on the spot and then later today helped me over the phone. Honestly, if I had the power Id give Rachel a raise-- because everything about my move was stressful except her service.

With all that’s going on with this virus and my hours being cut! Not with just my storage payments but with other bills that I have. They are so willing to work with you. Not only that any and every time I call no matter who answers the phone they are so nice and friendly but most of all explains the steps on what I need to do to make sure things are handle with my unit. :-) Thank you for everything you all do!

The experience was one of a kind excellent service at the front desk I was in and out in a Flash if I had a chance to do it all over again I would.

I recently moved my items in and have had no issues what so ever. Ive worked in storage myself so to clarify for people in previous reviews, changes in company are always tough and put a tremendous amount of stress on the staff. Change in company has NOTHING to do with pests and in the month ive been there i havent seen a single bug. Rachel was an absolute sweetheart and listened to me complain about my stress and even gave me some very helpful moving tips. Boxes being in the office is very convenient, i can drop a load and pick up boxes to keep going in one trip. 10/10 would reccomend.

I recently lost my nephew to gun violence and found out the day I left the hospital. I went here trying to see if they could help me out a little. Jayla told me there was nothing she could do about the fees but that she would try and work with me. Beside from that this girl showed the best customer service I had ever experienced. She hugged me tight for so long . She is definitely the heart of this store, I can tell! Just wanted to give her a big thanks, all it takes is a little gesture to make someone whose down feel much better. Thank you again. In the worse circumstance you were awesome! Not everyone will hug a stranger but I felt nothing but genuine compassion from this girl!!
