This place is a joke! DO NOT buy from them. Was promised they would send info on a car as soon as they got it. I called several times and they kept telling me it was at the detailer. Lance had all my information to contact me. He never did. Then I get a text out of the blue that it was sold. Poor customer service!

I bought a white MAZDA cx 7 09’ in November 2020.. I had nonstop problems the first couple of months with the engine light coming on and at first it was the battery because they kept installing my radio wrong, where each time the radio and lights in The car stayed on, even if the car itself was off.. so I would need jumps often. Took 3 times to fix, then it was the tires, coil packs, Rotors, spark plugs, fuel line, and finally my engine went 3 weeks ago. Don’t get me wrong bc I absolutely loved the car, but it didn’t last very long for the price I paid for it & only 94,000 m. I take very good care of my cars, oil change, maintenance, gas, cleanliness, whatever the case may be and unfortunately I got sold out. Very nice people though! When buying used cars it’s always 50/50, just wish it lasted longer!There is no almost a year ago, it lasted for eight months and only had 94000m when it broke down. What car does that? Mind you I had previous problems the day after I bought the car with the battery and etc.. I had those problems for months bc your maintenance kept installing parts wrong. Please check your records!!

2005 Honda Civic LX OwnerAnthony by far is the BEST car salesmen I have dealt with in a long time. Very friendly and charming sales persons. They really know how to sell a car. As far as what happens after you leave the lot, that is completely on you. I bought a car from them and 2 days later, one windshield wiper stopped working. Does not seem serious and potentially an easy fix. I asked the salesman if I could bring it back just to have a mechanic take a look at it, and the answer was a charming no. Thats okay. I signed the sales contract, which did state as is, all the while as the salesperson was assuring me that I was and will be well taken care of. The car drives well and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, business practice could be improved a bit for minor details like this. Maybe a 15 to 30 day warranty perhaps.

I brought a 99 VW passat and i was guaranteed that there was nothing wroung with the car and the next day the engine like was came on i took it to them and even after they put it on the diagnosis he still assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car and in 1 1/2month i had to replace the power steering pump there was 3 leaks it has a bad knock sensor the motor mount was bad the window was broke and the drivers side of the door wont open unless it feel like it and now my car wont cut on due to computer issue so because they lied to me i will never buy another car from them and i advice that before buying a car have your mechanic check it out because there is telling them something different

I wanted something reliable that would last at least two years. I explained what I was looking for to Youness the car salesman who’s a honest, trustworthy, laidback, hassle free guy. He was not pushy and he listened to what I wanted and found a car with only 50k miles in excellent condition and below my budget! I was concerned that vehicle was a lemon or was in an accident because it’s a 2008 in great condition with low miles so I assumed something was wrong. I requested to take it for my own inspection and they had no problem with me taking the car for four hours to be inspected! To my surprise the CarFax report was clear and the inspection came back good. I’ve be driving the car for two months now and I no complaints.If you are in the market for a vehicle definitely stop by and ask for Youness. He will not hassle you to buy a car jus for the sale. First and foremost, I can not say enough good things about this place and its employees, but Ill make a go at it.I showed up to the lot looking for a specific car I had seen online. I was really happy with my experience here. I came looking at a specific car and did not intend on sticking around for anything else. I loved the car and went to the bank but things didn’t work out on my end. The guys suggested I check out another vehicle that was very similar. Surprisingly I loved that one and it was a lot cheaper. The only thing I found wrong with it was the alignment which I pointed out and they willingly fixed it the next day. I didn’t quite have enough cash for it so they let me do no interest payments on the rest. Shortly after having it, the horn was no longer working. All I had to do was mention it and they said we can set up an appointment and they will take care of it. I was so nervous about used car dealerships but I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Hajji’s wholesome is excellent, I bought a vehicle 3 years ago from them and it has had no problems and the price I paid for it was very reasonable and fair. Simply put, an excellent purchase made simple an easy. Recently a drain plug became clogged causing some water leakage, (a very common occurrence with my make and model of vehicle that I purchased) I called Joe, and he told me to bring it in. They fixed it for free even though it was an hour’s worth of labor. Because I had purchased a car from them, they were more then willing to assist me and stand by the product that they sold. Hajji and Joe, as well as the rest of their team provide excellent customer service, and also treat you like a person not just a number. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them.

This car dealership is helpful and has friendly customer service. They are a Navy federal recommending dealership and they are willing to help you with a loan of their own. They also help you with a good selection of cars and will check that specific vehicle for maintenance and will hold that vehicle for you when you put down a refundable deposit towards it. I recently bought a 2001 Toyota carry for $3,995 from them and the car runs great and its been newly inspected too. The paperwork is not hard, its very simple to complete so I recommend this dealership to others who are looking a good used car.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS. No pressure, no tactics, super-chill and welcoming. I knew what I wanted and they let the car sell itself. After three weeks of searching and calling around, I scored a lovely 09 CR-V from Rick and Hajji for thousands less than at other lots (same mileage and condition). All his stuff is very reasonably priced. In fact, I seriously considered adding a dirt-cheap, reasonable mileage 07 Sienna to my tab for the day. HA! I went to see a gold 2012 Chevy Cruz LTZ posted on website. At $4995. Despite some interior issues that sales staff said would be fixed, the car looked good and drove well.Update-owner called and thanked me for visit and seemed to genuinely be transparent and stand by inventory. Got a car from somewhere else but appreciate the follow up.

I purchased a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from them. In about a week’s time the check engine light came on. They said they would take care of it. Ended up having to return several times for the same issue. There was a 30 day warranty on it. They gave me an additional 30 days on the same issue if it reoccurred. Which it did. Called them within the warranty period. Did not get much cooperation from them thereafter. They attempted to fix the problem numerous times to no avail. I did the research and brought to their attention that with this engine the problem could be something major and not minor such as a damaged Cam and lifters. They said they changed the lifters and weeks later I was able to pick the vehicle up again. Drove the vehicle for a little less than the newly warrantied fix on the vehicle and low and behold check engine light came on again. Called them immediately and the original salesman said he would talk to the owner and I never heard another word back from them. At this point I decided to use my extended warranty that I had purchased from the bank where I got the loan for the vehicle. At this point having gone through too much hassle with a newly purchased vehicle with this company and traveling for over half an hour away each way.I decided to take this vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealer service center and have them diagnose the problem. Within 3 hours the dealership called me back and told me that what I had initially suspected was wrong with the vehicle. It had a damaged cam and lifters. This is a $4,ooo+ job! Under my separately purchased warranty I allowed Jeep to repair this vehicle which has been in the shop more than I have had the opportunity to drive with Hw I do not feel that I have gotten what I paid for. I do not feel they upheld their end of the bargain and for this reason I can not recommend anyone pursuing from them based on this unpleasant experience.

If there was a no star rating I would use it. I took a dear friend car shopping she had over $2000 to put down on a car. They literally had her pull credit karma up on her phone and told her they could not help her because her score was to low. The car selection here was awful we went across the street to auto connection and she was taken very good care of got a 2 year warranty on her car with excellent customer service.

The people here are really nice... however, BEWARE !!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! They show you their Carfax with the car being clean title but when I pulled up my own Carfax on the car it was SALVAGE, RECONSTRUCTED, TOTAL LOSS. I was blessed to avoid getting the car but I really hope no one gets played, hard earned money down the drain...

Update- been a year and a half and still very happy. In fact We had bought two used vehicles within 30 days from different places and this one was by far the better experience and a much better vehicle! The other one needed thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs and now doesn’t even run. I hope to be able to come back and to purchase another one soon!———————/Got a great vehicle at a great price. Came from out of state to purchase a specific suv. Having purchased two used vehicles within 30 days they were one of the most pleasant experiences we had. Remember they are used, and haven’t been with them for very long as i believe turnaround is quick. Vehicles require regular maintenance and occasionally things need replaced, not because theyre bad cars, its just how it goes. Go to a mechanic and get an idea of whats up. We are very pleased with our purchase from a couple months ago.

I had a great time dealing with these guys. Getting a car alone is not easy but everything went great with their help. They are honest and trustworthy people! I have the car that I want before I went in but turns out it’s not really good of a deal and they have been pulling carfax records for me to decide. For other people they will just do anything to sell it. They are not pushy to sell you cars, just being transparent and very helpful for me to get what I want in a car. Hajji is a stand up guy that believes in going the extra mile to provide superior customer service to his customers. We got a great deal on a low mileage quality vehicle. I literally heard people calling in asking about our 300C that we’d put money down on...he was honorable and didn’t sell the car from under us...He is honest and helps as much as reasonably possible. When we buy used again...Hajji will be my first choice.

My husband and I went to hajjis wholesale on Friday and from the start they were so helpful and their customer service was great from the start. We came back the next day and walked away with 2 cars. Had a great experience here! Anthony was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond throughout my whole car buying experience to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. I wasn’t too happy with the price, so he helped me get it to a price within my range. Definitely recommend anyone to buy a car from him if they are having trouble elsewhere, and need someone who is going to take the time to help you and actually want to help you instead of just trying to make a sale.

I spent all day going to different dealerships before finally buying a car at Hajjis at 5:00. Dont be like me, start with the best! Its hard finding a good car for around $5,000. Im a mechanic, I would know. Its even harder to find a car lot that sells $5000 cars that doesnt make you want to take a shower as soon as you leave to get the slimy car salesman smell off of you. Hajjis excelled in all areas. My salesman, Joe, was great. Very imformative, low pressure. The owner, Hajji, is a special kind of guy. Its easy to see why he has a successful business. He is very charismatic, a little flashy, but also kind. He really took care of me and my family and went out of his way to make my wife and kids comfortable during the whole car buying experience. At least now my wife knows what its like to go clothes shopping with her!Finally, lets talk about the cars. Hajjis has an amazing selection, but if you see something you like you had better get there fast! I found all the cars I looked at to be mechanically sound. The one I purchased only had one owner! Some of the reviewers here complained because thier car had problems later. I dont see how that is the sellers fault, thats the gamble of buying a used car. I got a boat this weekend and it drove fine at first. As I was driving down the road, one of the wheels fell off of the trailer! I didnt blame the seller because I knew that there was no way he could have known. I just fixed it and moved on with my life. If you are worried about future repairs, I would recommend getting a warranty or having a mechanic look at the car BEFORE you but it.

My daughter and I had a great car buying experience, and I was very skeptical, having always done business before with a big dealership. We went through USAA car buying service, and ended up with a different-- but better -- and less expensive car that had recently been added. Hajji and Joe were very patient and helpful, and didnt try to convince us to get a car we didnt really want or could afford. They were very respectful of our budget and took really good care of us. My daughter loves her car, and 6 months later its still running great. I would highly recommend Hajjis and his team!
