This was my first time buying a car at a dealership by myself and it was easily the best experience ever ! After going to so many other dealerships and being disappointed and dissatisfied again and again I finally stumbled upon Priority Ford. Setting up an appointment was the best decision I’ve ever made! As soon as I walked in everyone was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. Shamar was very amicable and never rushed me in anyway when I was deciding to buy my car. I suggest him to any and everyone. Now I have my car and a great experience to go along with it !
Used priority ford for maintenance on a Ford Edge purchased at another priority dealership. The service reps, Lauren Cholewa in particular, are fantastic. They will ensure all work repairs and costs are done to a customer’s satisfaction. Thank you so much, Lauren
Needed to have power steering hoses replaced because they were leaking on our 2005 F-150. Lauren was our service tech at the Norfolk Priority Ford dealership. She was very helpful and kept us updated as they needed to order the parts and keep it overnight. Love the courtesy shuttle service (my driver was James, he was courteous and friendly) back to my home and pick-up the day the truck was ready.
I went to priority to get a free oil change (priority for life) a few weeks ago. A week or so after my oil light comes on telling me to add a quart of oil. I thought this was odd being I’d just gotten an oil change. Needless to say I immediately put in a quart of oil. Within the next free days I see oil on the ground … so much so that it alarms me and can the Audi dealer (service) after getting my car in. I was told by the service representative that when my oil was changed at priority… either the technician put the old parts back on or put incorrect parts on, thus the significant oil leak. So hundred of dollars later, I’m now at Audi (Hampton) picking up my vehicle for service that should have been free which turned into hundreds of dollars. I’d definitely like to give priority the chance to right their wrongs and keep me as a priority for life customer
Purchasing my vehicle was the smoothest. Made an appointment with Nick Stallings and was greeted with a smile and confidence. He sent me pictures and walked me around the vehicle. I didnt want to drive there for it to be a waste of time. Worth the drive and the deal. Happy with the Purchase. Thanks!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. terrible customer service. I went there because my F250 has death wobble, the advisors are very rude and not cooperative at all. Then I started to look the new Broncos inside the store. I was there for 25 or 30 minutes. NO SALESMAN, NO BODY offered help or offered to show me the vehicles. They give me and appointment for a month later. I went back for my appointment on the date they gave me and nothing better, advisors looks like they didnt want to talk to me, they didnt want to explain me anything, I have to be asking the questions and they DIDNT FIX NOTHING. But they trying to charge me for diagnosis $155 when I new what was the problem. For a new truck over $50K I should have some warranty but, no, NO IN THIS DEALERSHIP.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME AND A BAD EXPERIENCE. drive the extra miles is worth it.
Priority Ford was amazing! I just moved back here from Japan and we had heard how crazy the US car market was with the chip shortage and so forth and so we were expecting the worst. We were pleasantly surprised though that, unlike other dealerships, Priority was not charging more than MSRP for their vehicles. So we got the vehicle we wanted and received excellent and friendly customer service. The whole process was super smooth! Highly recommended!! Oh and Ms. Naomi is the best!!
Im EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service I received here!My service advisor Lauren is a GEM, she kept me informed through out the visit. The service tech made recommendations and Lauren explained everything to ensure that I understood.I took her advice and got 2 of the 3 recommendations done. But the BEST part of the visit was seeing the owner of the dealership.Hes just as nice in personI WILL DEFINITELY BE A PRIORITY customer for life!?
Lauren C. was great!!! Very professional and thorough. I will not go to any other service department. Norfolk Priority Ford has Beach Ford beat. The customer service was the absolute best.
I searched 100s of Ford dealers for a specific Expedition and found one at Priority Ford. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock. I was able to make a deal with them over the phone and via email, no hassles, got what I was looking for with my trade. I drove 450 miles to the dealership and took delivery. Everyone was super friendly and made the transaction well worth the trip. I drove home in my new Expedition loving every mile. Thanks go out to Cortney and Brionne.
Should have done my homework before purchasing used 2017 Tacoma. Lost some money returning it days later. It’s life lessons learned the hard way sometimes.Update October 1, 2021.On a side note James Simmons was not my sales consultant, but he has been extremely helpful in getting me in a loaner for aftermarket services (spray in bed liner, undercoating, and paint sealant). I can see him in a management role down the road. He works in a orderly fashion and does not have you waiting long. Naomi in aftermarket sales is also a wonderful person to work with. Those two working together are top notch 5 stars. Also, sales manager Mark reached out and fixed some hiccups throughout the process. Thank you. I am a satisfied customer and will be back for my next purchase in the future.
Service department is a joke. Left my 2013 Edge to replace sunroof motors. The sunroof would not close and they left it outside for about a week until they started working on it. It rained one day and got water stains on headliner. Even though I called them earlier that day and mentioned the sunroof wouldnt close and to put it inside. They said they put some plastic over it but l got water stains on my previously pristine headliner and the Service Mgr. even had the nerve to blame me for the stains. Bottom line l think the technicians and the people in the service department are not experienced, knowledgeable and they could really care less about the customer. The Edge has countless issues caused by manufacturers. I have been buying new Fords for 30 years and will NEVER buy a Ford again. Cant believe how sloppy they were.
The team as a whole was very welcoming and friendly. Specifically, Shamar was an absolute stellar help. Knowledgeable, flexible, and extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend him/the location enough! Second car bought here.
I purchased my new truck here a year ago and this was my first service call; oil change and tire rotation. I was quite pleased with the service, care and consideration I received. There were a couple minor hiccups requiring me to returned a day later but those were resolved to my satisfaction. I spoke highly of the Sales department in a previous post. I met good people in the Service department as well….a particular shout out to Lauren, this young lady knows how to take care of business!I’m happy I bought my truck there!D.
The experience shopping for the new car was pretty good and not an unpleasant ordeal. Sales was very helpful and not pushy in looking over the Ford Escape both models, gas and hybrid which I ended up purchasing. The deal was easy and straightforward and not all that much hassles on the price. I’m still finding it hard to believe the amount that I got for my trade which I explained less. The ad for Priority that they were paying up to 30% more was no joke. It was the right time for me to take advantage of the current market and get the most for my car and upgrade to a larger vehicle.I’m really enjoying the Escape more than I expected. The vehicle is a lot of fun to drive and more comfortable too. The features on the car make it helpful with driving safely with all the traffic in our area. I highly recommend Priority Ford to anyone looking for a good and fair deal. Be sure to ask for Nick Stallings he knows his vehicles and how to setup too.
This was our second time buying from Priority Ford and we absolutely love them! Shamar sold us our new Bronco and he was an absolute joy to work with! He made the process very easy and enjoyable! We highly recommend buying a car from Priority Ford, especially from Shamar!
The service writer Johnathan Drew, was very professional and accommodating concerning my needs and desires in the service department. He expedited the process in and out of the service lanes. Im so thankful Johnathan Drew is employed at Priority Ford, all of my vehicles will be serviced at Priority Ford. Thanks Johnathan for caring about your customers.
Service was great. In and out in the time the service manager told me. service manager was very polite and helpful.
Had one of the best experience at priority ford so I didnt have to look any further when I had to purchase another vehicle. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have the same sales rep. Tut answered my questions, helped me understand the car I was getting. Infact he covered every detail. Thanks Tut. You are the best!
Very good place, where you can find a good deal and friendly sellers.A good atmosphere where you feel like at home. I fully recommend Priority Ford for buying a new car.
Two days after I bought my brand new 2021 F250 it didn’t want to start. I thought maybe the batteries may have been low so I charge the batteries and then it started about 10 minutes later. I thought OK maybe I left something on but then it happened about five days later. Now we have an issue so I take it in to priority Ford to get the batteries evaluated it and they pass. They wanted to keep my truck for a couple days just to keep an eye on it but I chose to take it home to see if it happens again. As luck would have it the same thing occurred. Truck has power but won’t start so I’m thinking it’s got to be some type of software, starter, or solenoid issue. I called the service desk and they were once again extremely easy to work with and tell me to have it towed in. I call tow truck from work and before tow truck arrives I try to start truck and it starts right over. Now I’m completely confused. Amanda was extremely professional and endured I had a another vehicle while my new one is in the shop. I’ve been told they’re going to keep it over the weekend and are working with Ford to diagnose the problem. Fingers crossed they find the issue. From what I’ve seen so far this dealership is sticking to their word with regards to customer service and integrity. I will update this review later if anything changes.
We had a great experience. Ended up buying a car and look forward to having everything serviced and the long term relationship with the oil changes for life, and the extended warranty. We’ll obviously be back in!
Priority Ford made it easy to trade in our car and purchase our new Explorer! We love it! Priority Ford answered any questions and concerns we had. I definitely recommend using them for your car buying needs!
I carried my F-350 in for routine maintenance. They were very prompt, checked for recalls, did the maintenance I scheduled and had it completed on time. Great experience!
Got in first thing in the morning 7 o-clock and the team was prepared to help with a smile.Left my vehicle there for the oil changeThey called me and brought a situation to my attention, i told them go ahead and take care of it, after I hung up I changed my mind so I called back to get my service leader, she was taking care of another customer at that time so another customer care person pick up and got in touch with my service leader I told her I changed my mind and she said ok no problem she continued to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and when it would be ready 😃Thanks you guys.
I purchased a 2013 gmc sierra about four months ago and after finding that I had extensive front end damage that was not covered under my warranty, used car managers tien lien and vitas graterWent to bat for me and covered all repair cost as well as rental vehicle. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I will definitely purchase my next truck here. THANK YOU!!!!!
Robert, is an amazing sales person to work with! He made it happen for us, and we got the payment we wanted, he never gave up and stood by our side the whole time we were negotiating numbers. If you need someone to be on your side when youre buying a vehicle, I would highly recommend going to see Robert at PRIORITY FORD. Robert and management really do treat you like family. The best part is the fact that they were never pushy, demanding, or aggressive while negotiating numbers! Now I understand why everyone is driving around in Priority Ford vehicles, best place to purchase your vehicles. Managers there are amazing as well, I had to make it a point to go back again just to thank them and show the all the love they deserve. Let me just put it out there THEY REALLY DO MAKE YOU A PRIORITY!
I forgot to leave a review here but two years ago I bought a Fiesta ST from this dealership. Im not sure if he works here anymore but the sales rep I did business with was Tut. He was a really awesome person to do business with, he treats his customers right and actually knows about each product hes trying to sell. Although I was a bit aggressive with my negotiations, he was completely on board and gave me a great deal. The rest of the staff here is also very friendly. If you are in the market for a ford, this dealership is your place to be!
Lauren provided excellent service and was so friendly! Highly recommend this place to service your Ford. They have great customer service and will fix up your car like new.
Friendly and helpful staff. Buying a new car is always a bit of a pain but they make the process more simple than most.
I bought my 2019 Toyota Highlander at Priority Ford last month and the first time we had a heavy rain I noted there was a water leak on the drivers side. I took it back to the dealer and Tien Lien the sales manager sent my vehicle to Toyota corrected my issue for me. The whole experience impressed me and I will be a customer for life with the Priority team!
I wouldnt buy from here. Bought a Ford Fusion 2018 in April just so it can end up in their service department for a whole month in September! Turned out the car needed a new engine!!! Barely drove the car - just to work thats all, so I know I didnt cause the issue. They gave me a rental car for 5 days and loaner vehicle for 2 weeks. But I was without a car for a week while pregnant! Service department was super slow with replacing the engine supposedly because of the insurance company - took them a while to send a replacement engine. Just horrible experience overall. You wouldnt expect 2018 vehicle with 60k miles on it that you just bought to need a new engine but...
Excellent customer service, attentive, friendly, timely status updates about my vehicle.
Awesome service. Got the part ordered through them and picked up easy! I will not, however, be paying $500+ for them to replace this piece. “I’ll do it my self” - ThanosAlso they did a easy oil change for me a month ago. Took a while I thought but fixed my baby up good!
Laureen was an awesome! She was quick and ready to answer any questions that I was able to through at her and more! She also was not afraid to come to me with any problems that a raised with my vehicle, and also had a solution at the same time when she came to me. She came to me instead of me going to her, which is always nice, since I didnt want to sit inside. Thank you Laureen for the great service and I will see next time I come in. C.
Priority saved the day! I woke up on a Saturday morning and headed out the door to a full schedule for the day only to find my tire had gone flat! I was able to get the spare on but knew I could not drive on that for long. I drove directly to Priority’s quick lane where I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and quickly checked my vehicle in so I could get on my way to the first part of my day. Lauren’s texts to keep me posted on my vehicle progress was helpful to not distract me from celebrating a friend’s birthday. The car was ready to go after they fixed my tire, replaced my rear windshield wiper, and gave my car a full complimentary check. I was able to pay online so when I picked up my car I got my keys and was on my way to my son’s baseball practice! The whole experience was so easy my day was only delayed by the time it took me to put on the spare. I am so grateful I picked a priority vehicle and have them to help me through what could have been a day of missed activities but instead I never missed a beat!Thank you, Lauren & Priority!
They are always ready to help. With our busy schedule timing a visit is essentially pain free. Coffee and snacks available in the waiting area and HGTV. Shuttle drivers are very courteous.
The Quick Lane employees failed my inspection in May 2021 for a little tiny hole in my back light on the very top saying it interferes with my lights. The hole was no where near the lights. So I replaced it so it will pass inspection. So now July 2021 2 months later I took my SUV for an oil change and they tell me I need to replace the same back light because it gets moisture in it. My back light is only 2 months old and the one with the hole in it they passed it for 2 years and told me it would not cause my inspections to fail and there was never any moisture or water that got into it. But now that I spent $300 to replace it. The new one gets moisture in it. This is crazy.
Overall service was great. Martha was very helpful and very sweet. She was friendly and cool.
First of all, beware of Priority Ford when doing business on internet sales. They will advertise a price and then add cost back in so the price you think you are getting is wrong (i.e. Priority Ford is owned by a DISHONEST CROOK); actually the sales people at Beach Ford warned me about this underhanded practice. Secondly, the maintenance coordinators are pretty good, my is Layken and she does an excellent job for me...however, the mechanics are not so good, they normally default to cannot duplicate and move on without fixing things (e.g. I have had numerous things in for repair that remain not fixed). Lastly, the maintenance department is a little disorganized and things end up taking longer than they should...and we all know that none of us buy cars so we can leave it at Priority Ford for a week at the time and drive a loner car. All-in-all, I would not do business here; I definitely wont in the future.
Wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, and timely. Each we had contact with had these qualities. Our experience was very pleasant and we enjoyed the suttle so much, thats are thinking about saving up to purchase. It was so roomy. The dashboard was understandable and the ride was so smooth. Thank you Priority Ford.
Lakyn DeNobrega was very professional and gave me a time it would take and it was done when she said. Very pleased with the service.
Don’t waste your time- this place is AWFUL. I honestly don’t have anything nice say
I would like to thank Mrs larynx Lang’s for her superior service in gettin my 2016 Ford Explorer tail light assy. completed. She is definitely a credit to Priority Ford of Norfolk
Always courteous. Took care of one of the issues.. Could not pinpoint the problem with the NAV voice, but was assured it would be researched. Working on getting the folks to call me Mark instead of Mr. Barboza
Check-in process was a little slow, but everything else was satisfactory. We received updates on progress regarding our vehicle thru out the 2 hrs we were there. We were offered rides elsewhere if needed (for lunch or shopping). The new facility is great. It has a very nice customer waiting area. Everyone wore a mask. Work was completed faster than predicted.Thank you, Amanda.
I just bought a Ford Explorer XLT from Priority Ford. They give you first class treatment from start to finish of your car buying experience. Mr Jason Wood was professional, knowledgeable car salesman. I have bought many vehicles in lifetime but this was a experience I will never forget. If you are not considering them for your next vehicle then you will missing out on great savings too.
Went to Ford after being on a waitlist for a year to finally see the new Bronco. I was told to stop by any day this week before 8 pm, no appt needed by the sales team. Got there at 7:35 to be told after waiting about 15 minutes that their “manager” literally just left and decided to take the ONLY Bronco for customers to see HOME for the night and I should come back tomorrow. I said since he literally just left could they maybe call and see if he could turn around since I was a serious customer and was told it would be there. Mr Guzman? giggled in my face and said no. Gave me a completely fake apology and that was it. Zero respect for a customer who had rushed to get there before they closed. I will not be buying any cars from this dealership and I am sure another Ford location would be happy making the sale. Hope that manager loves the Bronco in his driveway more then the Commision on a sale.
Martha, is the pillar of customer service and she is extremely professional. Great Experience!
The service professional, Lauren, who helped me with my oil change and tire rotation was incredibly helpful. She noticed that I needed a car inspection and went out of her way to make sure that was taken care of.I can not say enough good things about Laurens professionalism and helpfulness. It is a joy to use this service. Thanks again Lauren.Kimmie
It would be nice if the next oil change sticker was placed in the upper right windshield as a reminder.
Very clean, polite, hard working and observant workers. The gentleman was super polite, fast and welcoming. The woman (Lauren) who wasnt even helping me recognized me from the past, got my key, then noticed I didnt see my vehicle out front when I was leaving. She then came outside asked for my key, said let me find it and bring it out front. She then literally ran around to the back to get it.Felt like old school manners and effort. Im glad I brought my truck to them and wont ever take it anyplace else!!
Priority Ford repaired my 2001 F-150 correctly, and I am quite happy with the result. My service advisor, Katie, kept me informed as to price and timeline; being a 20-year old truck, they had to scour the country for an exhaust manifold, and of course, that took some time, but I had no surprises and no worries. Everyone I came in contact with was cheerful and cordial, polite and professional. The service bay in the area where the advisors have their desks is immaculate and makes a wonderful first impression. Payment online is available, and that is very convenient. Bravo, Priority Ford (and Katie!) - I will have business with you again.
We recently moved to the area and were looking for a place to have our F-150 cared for and Priority Ford was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and worked quickly to ensure we received the best service. We would recommend Priority Ford as highly as we know how. We will definitely use them every time. Thank you.
I dont own a Ford, but this is the closest Priority to my house. Theyve always treated me well. Free oil changes on my 16 year old truck because it was purchased at a Priority. Easy scheduling online for inspections and other issues. Everyone wears masks and social distances.Today, they really went above and beyond. I noticed a flat tire when I got off work. Put the spare on and filled the flat with air to find the issue (leaking valve stem). Called the Fast Lane and they had me bring it right in and had me out the door with a fixed tire in minutes. Best part? The manager waived the price for it.
Very good service; Service rep was very friendly and professional. We were taken care quickly. Llayke helped resolve an ongoing problem we had.Definitely recommend Priority Ford
When I received my service bill is was $70 higher than I was quoted on the phone and verbally. It took about 15 minutes before the bill was lowered $50 to be closer to my quoted price. Still a bit unhappy about the extra charges. The day before my appointment I got a text to ask about having my car appraised during my service appointment. I agreed. When I picked up my car it had not been appraised yet and I had to stay at Ford for another 40 minutes before my car was looked at. I was bothered that the appraiser and other worker took my car for a test drive while not wearing masks and keeping the windows up. Nothing was done to sanitize my car or additional hygiene steps taken - it was as if we werent still in a pandemic. Overall fine with the service done on my car but very disappointed with the customer service and treatment as a customer.
I dealt with Lakyn at the service desk. I was always kept informed on what was happening and received constant updates. The price was fair for the work that was done. Also, I get the piece of mind of having the dealer perform the in-depth repair my explorer required. I have had vehicles serviced with priority and have bought from them as well. I had a good experience with both.
Service was excellent. To a person the folks that assisted me were courteous and quick to provide updates on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Priority Ford to anyone looking for quality service
Great initial experience with the sales team. They even helped me build my dream truck to include aftermarket parts (suspension, exhaust, wheels/tires, etc) but since the purchase of the truck there has been little to no communication with me about parts status for install. I’ve had to reach out on multiple occasions to ask the status and get the response they’re awaiting parts arrival but can’t give an ETA. Gives the feel that they already have my money for the truck so they’ll get to me when they get to me on the other stuff… Hope my purchase and install ends up being a good decision because the initial portion of the purchase was a great experience. They just need to ensure they’re taking care of customers through the entire purchase. Would be 5 stars if comms were improved. On another note, Lakyn in service is awesome. Very accommodating and updated FordPass that wasn’t updated before driving off the lot after purchase.
My service representative knows me and always keeps me informed! She keeps me a priority customer for life!
Dropped my car off the night before for a state inspection. Received a call around 10 AM the following morning stating my vehicle was ready. Great service and prompt calls to let me know it was ready. Truly enjoy the text message to be able to pay in advance. Come by to pick up the vehicle and they have the vehicle, receipt and keys ready for me. Truly professional. Special thanks to Lauren.
Had my car inspected. They were professional, friendly and efficient.
I just want to say I highly recommend Priority Ford. I had an awesome experience there. Not only do they have the best warranties Ive ever seen, my salesman Leland went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If you want a great deal get on over there and make sure you ask for Leland. He will take good care of you
Priority Ford continues to amaze me with it’s exceptional customer service. The red carpet treatment doesn’t end after you buy, you are treated as a valued customer through every stage even for a routine oil change or maintenance.
I will never return. First they forgot I had an appointment for an inspection. I should have known right then not to trust them with my vehicle. After asking to keep my appointment due to upcoming holiday travel they agreed to “work” me in. Isn’t that why you make an appointment? Next up, they failed my vehicle for having off-road lights. Vehicle is two years old and has passed inspection both years with lights mounted as is. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to talk to me. He sent a police officer out instead. The officer basically said they can fail my truck because he said they could. Talk about great customer service. I took my vehicle to another station and they passed it. The other station called the state police to confirm Priority was wrong to fail my vehicle. Evidently they had to do this due to the comments Priority placed on my vehicle’s record. The station also warned me that the officer was upset and my vehicle is “tagged” in the system. All thanks to Priority Ford and a manager who refused to speak to me. To add insult to injury, they had a vehicle just like mine, with the same off-road lights, sitting on the lot. When I asked about that one passing inspection, they said it was not my concern. STAY AWAY! Too many legit service and inspection stations in VA Beach to have to deal with this type of behavior.
Yet another incredibly incompetent experience, in a long history of incompetent experiences with Priority. This time, I had a front end/wheel/axle issue (loud squeak while driving), so I took it to the Quick Lane service center at Priority Ford, since it didnt appear to be a proprietary issue (Hyundai). Left my car there all day - again... only to find out at the end of the day that, according to the Service Rep, after the mechanic test drove my car and checked out the front end... and brakes (where he passed my state inspection) the problem was, in fact, a Hyundai issue and I had to take it to Priority Hyundai because, they had the proper tools. So, I called Priority Hyundai and the Service Rep told me she couldnt get to my car for about 4 or 5 days. As I set there silently, she told me she was sorry and I should try another dealership.SO I DID. I called Checkered Flag Hyundai in Virginia Beach, they had me bring my car in immediately that evening, got to it first thing the next morning, and my car was ready by noon.Upon inspection by the Checkered Flag mechanic, and test driving, they discovered that one of the front calipers on my brakes had been sticking and in the process RUINED the full front end brake job I had done less than a year and 10,000 miles ago. And it cost me another $500 to get all new brakes.Who did that brake job last year? PRIORITY FORD.And who inspected my brakes and passed them his year? PRIORITY FORD.So... Im done with Priority. But, hey... thanks for the tip!
Kept me updated on everything going on with my car! Super friendly and clean!
Clean office area and friendly and knowledgeable salesman.
I always come to priority ford because of the level of service I receive when I come. Jonathan ALWAYS looks out for me and makes sure that I am completely satisfied with my visit. Sometimes it is about the level of service you receive and not the price of the service. I will continue to come to priority because of Jonathan and the level of service he and his team provide.
They called me and clarified everything. While I still think they were trying to sell a vulnerable young lady things she didnt necessarily need, They did make this experience better.Sent my daughter here for a tire plug or patch.1-told her the tire could not be patched because the puncture was in the sidewall. Not true, it was on the tread. (pic attached)2-told her all 4 tires had to be replaced as they were all BALD. Strange how in February at my local (Texas) Ford dealer that did a 40+ point inspection before she left said they were still in great shape.3-charged her for new lug nuts because they BROKE hers removing the irreparable tire.Embarrassing for your dealership. Sad that a young woman cant come to have work done on her tire without being presented with an unnecessary $800+ bill.
*****Update: I was contacted by priority Ford after just two days. They wanted to see what they could do to make everything right. Mr. Mertz continued to reach out until he was able to get both the keys reprogrammed for us for no additional charges. I appreciate it very much. Thank you.---------Very disappointed in my last service. My husband and I brought in our F-150 because they keys were no longer working. When we purchased the vehicle, the dealer had a third party person, high tech locksmiths, program the keys for us. Now the keys dont work, again, and they would not fix them without charging us over $500. We had to pay $140 just for the visit. This is our third vehicle purchased from priority and weve not had a problem like this till now.
We bought our ford from here. Recently I got an oil change they found a water leak and they fixed it but had to wait for parts. Meanwhile, they gave me a loaner car and even picked me up from home to get the car. highly recommend this dealer!
Wished the lot was more organized.Went to go look at a truck and new and used were all mixed up and trucks and cars were all mixed up.Jason the sales guy is pretty chill and was doing the best he could but when things are scattered about it makes it tough to shop.
Went in for trade in 3 days ago. Havent heard a thang. NO COMMUNICATION
Honestly, I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership, but wanted to leave a positive review for Dionne in internet sales, Vitas the sales manager, and Jimmy the sales rep. Dionne did an amazing job of getting me into the dealership by providing me some basic pricing on a 2020 Ford Expedition Max via text message, so I decided to see what the dealership was about. When I got there I was greeting by Jimmy the sales rep who showed me all around the vehicle. Out of all the sales reps I spoke with across the Hampton roads area and Northern North Carolina, he was hands down the BEST! Super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! He was so good, I felt like he was truly trying to earn my business. When I went in to discuss numbers, Vitas (sales manager) presented me with some GREAT pricing right upfront. The team was amazing. In the end, I just chose to go with a dealer in Elizabeth City. If you’re in he market for a new vehicle I would encourage you to check out Priority Ford!
From the minute you walk in the door seeing the cleanliness, organized maintenance bays, and courteous service providers, you can tell why this facility is so popular. Although theyre very busy they seem to handle the large payload with ease.Johnathan (the manager) and his team are why Ive brought my vehicle back several times for service and will continue to do so even though I have a Ford dealership much closer to my location.Highly recommended!
Very good service. very pleased with priority ford.
Outstanding help and service from Lakyn. My break and electrical problem was solved very efficiently.
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Gave me a better deal than I was expecting the first time we looked at the trade in value and what they could do on the new car. I’ve purchased multiple Ford trucks over the years and this place was the best I have ever dealt with. Will recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new vehicle
I received excellent service at Priority Ford.
We visited this ford dealership about a month ago (November 2020) to test drive a F-150. We knew the new 2021s were not yet on the lots to test drive, so we asked to test drive a 2020. The salesman showed us all of the different 2020s they had and was very knowledgeable about the different features. At the end of our test drive, we were completely sold on the F-150 and requested to put in an order for a new 2021. However, the salesman told us that the hybrid model that we were interested in was unavailable to order right now. We asked him to give us a call when it is available to order and before we left, the manager came out to see if he could persuade us into buying a 2020 on the lot (but we declined). After a month of not hearing from them I contacted Ford Headquarters and they said they have been available to order since August 2020. We immediately called another dealership who said they would happily place an order for us. I am just very disappointed and confused as to why this dealership didnt want to sell us a $70k truck when we were ready to order that day. This dealership was very unprofessional and wasted a month of our time.
I had to go in for a warranty issue for the transmission. From the moment I walked in the door at Priority Ford I was treated with respect, and was kept up to date with the process. The service was done in an orderly manner, and I was in and out in no time. Anyone not dealing with Priority Ford in Norfolk needs to reconsider.
Well received and friendly staff. Between inspection and repairs it was all done timely and efficiently
The rating is due to the customer service you get when youre there. The wait is usually your choice and once done I feel like I have a brand new car again.
Took my vehicle for diagnosis, Laykn was awesome. There was not much they could do with my suv because of age and milage, yet what they could do they did with a question. I was very happy with the service and honesty.
Very efficient. Nice waiting room.
Service team was courteous and timely. They answered my questions and were instructional with services that will best suit my needs.
Went on line to get my 2020 ford f550 serviced. I do travel around the the states for work. But I use a fleet company to take my truck to. Amanda at Priority Ford went out of her way to get me in and out. They are really good team.
Amazing service quick and easy and not expensive
Long wait but it is the Express Service. No apptThey worked quickly and professionally.I like Ford Priority
The team at Priority Ford did everything possible to make my experience easy! They understood that my career doesn’t allow for hours spent at a dealership and I’m very thankful for the ease of the entire process.
Ive had diesel trucks since the 80s and the diesel shop at Priority Ford has never let me down. For issues that I did not understand, the mechanics have always taken the time to explain the workings to me. Amanda out front has always been pleasant and manages to squeeze my work trucks in on the rare occasion that they need repair. Thanks to all.
I purchased a used car a week and a half ago, the service was excellent! Robert was so great!
I had a small issue with a vehicle I purchased in June. The manager Tien Lien, not only handled the problem swiftly and professionally, he also apologized for any inconvenience and explained things to me, in terms that I could better understand. He is one of the most professional and helpful managers, I have encountered as a consumer, and he did a great job representing Priority. Thank you Tien!!Best,Sara Bray
At first it seemed to be an OK sales experience; not really their fault that inventory was limited, shortages of computer chips and steel limiting their inventory. Was able to get in and out in on about 3 1/2 hours purchasing a 2021 Ranger.Wishing they would enforce mask requirements stricter. Then things turned very ugly.Update:They installed the wrong bed cover on the Ranger I purchased. Convently the paperwork for accessories was missing from the stack of my copys they handed me. They finally found their copy. The woman who sold me the wrong bed cover was unwilling to admit her mistake. She didnt seem to understand that writing a brand name and a price with no part number or anything to identify the product sold ia not a defensable contract. Completely unprofessional and devoid of any concept of customer service in this matter. This is where a good lawyer priceless. Also theres a significant gap between the truck bed and the front wall of the bed..... With a spray in liner..... Their explaination for that should be interesting... It was, if it was offered by a child. From a car dealership it was pathetic.Going thru my paperwork today I also found $4k worth of extended warranty I didnt want. With some...perserverence its supposedly cancled and Ill get a prorated check (for the 50 miles its been driven out of the 48,000 miles of coverage) for the refund. In about 2 months because theyre backed up because of COVID.....Their service department has many 1 star ratings on Google so I think I will not use Priorities for life and keep taking it to the guy who kept my old truck running 21 years.Overall the RUDEST people after the sale has been closed, unwilling to own their mistakes or make any reasonable effort to make things right.I highly recommend going to one of the other Ford dealers in the area.
As usual, I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and the service was excellent, as always.
