Great out of state experience I’m from Maryland and was really interested in finding a perfect 350z and auto expo had it so I travelled 4 hours out of impulse to take a look at the car and it was even better in person. There was a few minor obstacles we had to go through in order for me to purchase the car but Paul worked with me through the whole process. Just wanted to share my honest opinion of Auto Expo in Norfolk. I bought a car from them few days ago and very pleased! First of all, its seriously the LEAST pushy dealership you would ever find, period! I read their good reviews before I went.. but still didnt know what to expect (We went to many aggressive dealers in the past, and it was stressful because most of them were SO incredibly pushy!). But I was pleasantly surprised with Auto Expo! They are honest, friendly, laid back and totally no pressure! One of the owners, Eugene, is a nice and sincere person. He showed us the car, provided information, and let us decide whether we want it or not. (NO fishing for personal information upfront, like other dealers do, NO chasing customers and flooding emails/phones with demands to buy a car from them! None of that.) This is not a big dealership, but they have pretty good prices.. therefore theyre popular and dont have to force anybody into buying!I rarely write reviews, but I really felt this guys are honest and trustworthy, IF anything turns out wrong with my car within 30 days - I know they will help out.

Paul was very informative and detailed when it came to the mechanics of the car and the specifications of the paper work. He was also punctual and made it his duty to work around your time. Best service used car dealership Ive ever bought from. They fixed a few things and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. We checked out many used cars in the area with many dealerships, the cars here were by far the best price and were in excellent condition as well.

Paul made available a rare late model BMW I didnt even know I was looking for, on Facebook Market Place. That post lead me to his website where I found more information than Ive ever seen available from a dealer. He must have spent all morning taking and uploading pictures and all afternoon uploading every piece of information available for this vehicle. Solid.I was in New York on a 3 week business trip and at the price he listed I was concerned the vehicle would be sold before I returned to Virginia. I asked Paul if he would show the vehicle to my business partner, and I asked my daddy if hed make it happen on my end. Being I owe both of those boys some considerable coin, and this ride was nicer than both of theirs, I figured it was going to be an uphill battle. They got together with Paul, looked over the car, and to my surprise, they couldnt find anything wrong other than the front passenger side tire needing a 5 psi shot of compressed air. The car was that nice. Turns out they just wanted to borrow it, which they have done a cumulative 7 times since September. I dont know, what am I going to do? Anyways, I then asked Paul for his advice on financing. After a few questions he suggested using one of my credit unions rather than his in house financing and he was right! Baam, pre-approved.I sent good faith funds to let him know I was committed and when I returned to Virginia we filled out the appropriate paperwork. An hour later and I began my new relationship with this sweat crossover yall dont even know. Paul later disclosed putting 500 miles on this BMW before he listed it, which is exactly what Id have done, and exactly what I wanted to hear. He knew the car. Honestly I think he loves all his cars and so much hes sad when he sells them, especially for considerably less than what youd find for sale by owner which is important to me because I like prefer buying from a professional.Auto Expo is an owner operated small business with an eye for the kind and variety of quality cars and trucks I like to buy. We, Paul and I, mutually agreed our transaction was extremely very fair, which is the best possible outcome, because at the end of the day, were neighbors and these are just cars. We both felt good about it. All Im saying, if Auto Expo has what you want, you want to get what theyve got. It would be fiscally irresponsible not to at least take a look, youll like what you see.

Dealing with Auto Expo has just been one big BALL OF STRESS!!!!! I bought a used 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i premium hatchback at the end of 4/2018. As soon as I drove it off the lot it threw lights (check engine, traction & cruise control). Paul took it back and diagnosed it, said there were no issues to be found. He also drove it around for 100 miles and said the lights werent coming back on. Paul and I worked out a GWC Warranty 3 year agreement (Auto Expo paid for $580 of it, I paid for $730 of it).Then the REAL issues began. This past August I noticed that my oil stayed low, despite my keeping up with having the oil changed. I had it checked out and an auto technician said the drivers side engine/cylinder head was leaking oil into exhaust system. He recommended that the driver’s side cylinder head be removed to further determine internal issue. He also said that the best outcome was to REPLACE THE ENGINE. When I told Paul about it, his response was only to call GWC Warranty about it. Wow, he pretty much just said,Im not dealing with this.I got a second opinion from the Subaru Dealership. They said it was a valve guide seal leakage issue. GWC Warranty wont cover it. My engine blew from the excessive oil consumption about 2 weeks ago. Oh, and it keeps throwing those same lights on top of it all, to add insult to injury. DONT TRUST AUTO EXPO!!!!!!
