Excellent experience. Called at 7:15 AM for quote on 4 tires for my travel trailer camper and they were able to squeeze me in an appointment for 10:00 AM the same day. I arrived 10 minutes early, with the installer outside ready to back me in. Went inside and I confirmed my tire request with front desk. Drank a cup of coffee and 15 minutes later I walked out with my tires installed on the camper and paying the same price quoted over the phone. Overall great experience.

I will go here for all of my car needs from now on. I had an appointment to get my car looked at and possibly breaks redone. My mom dropped it off for me. They gave her a ride home. Then, when it was done, they delivered it back to her. On top of it all, after looking at it, they called me promptly to let me know that nothing really needed to be done with my vehicle, that the breaks and everything were still fine. They said theyd be happy to replace them if I really wanted them to, but that they wanted to save me money and not buy new parts if I didnt need them. That is unheard of! From past experience, car places try to drain you of your cash. T.O. Haas not only didnt give me new breaks that I dont need, but they didnt even charge me to look at it. The whole thing cost $0! ...and the employees are very kind. It was just an overall great experience. I strongly recommend them!

Dropped vehicle off on time to get new tires and alignment done. They said they were a little behind on schedule due to some workers not being there, so I was figuring they would take longer. Had a battery that needed to be replaced, and a sleeping baby and impatient toddler. They were able to get the battery changed out in minutes! And were quiet enough that the baby stayed asleep.

Have a VW Beetle is locking lug nuts and they worked with me and the VW dealer to locate the correct tool so they could remove and replace the tires. They did a nice job of keeping me informed about the progress. Great to work with.

I compared prices at three local tire sellers and T.O.Haas was the lowest. The price also included free rotation, balancing, and flat tire repair for the lif of the tires.
