Unbeatable prices and a quality product using 1/4 inch plywood and solid wood on face. But make sure they build the cabinet for you ($25) unless you’ve watched them build one or you’re a pro. There’s no directions in the box. But even paying for the build you will save a bunch.Customer service was 5 star awesome. I dealt mostly with Curtis. He was very helpful to me even though I was a small time customer buying only 2 cabinets. When I realized I was out of my league building one of these cabinets, I called Curtis at 5:30pm on Friday. It sounded like he was at the grocery store, but he answered the phone any way, then told me just to meet him in the morning to build it for me.I could go on about Curtis the warehouse manager and cabinet builder. If you’re his boss and pay him for these roles, don’t forget to add some compensation for customer service and advertising as I’ve been telling everyone I talk to about this place. Keep this man happy as he’s worth more than you probably realize.

I have been working on this Kitchen project for a while now and have even recommended family and friends. Ive done small simple projects with this company before but this one takes the cake. My sales person Ty was absolutely outstanding. He was very patient and was really working with me to stay in my budget. He and the warehouse manger helped me pick out the perfect cabinets for my set up and I could not have been happier. Then after about a month I received a follow up call to see how everything turned out and I just couldnt help but rave about this club. Keep up the great work Woodstone!!!!

I needed quickly one bathroom vanity cabinet and started my search at Woodstone Cabinetry. I met Curtis on my visit and he was great. He showed me their offerings, answered all my questions and I loved the look and quality of what they had sone I bought a cabinet from them. And the customer service did not stop there, Curtis shared that there were videos available on line so I could learn how to put my new cabinet together. Then when I had some questions during the process, I called him multiple times and he was very patient and really helped us get it right even after their store was closed that day. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were able to get it completed. After that, we accidentally dropped a piece and dented it, Curtis helped us again by getting us a replacement part. I cant say enough about what it meant to us to have that truly caring support and the vanity looks amazing! Great, solid quality!

Hired them in Aug 2020 to do our complete kitchen cabinet renovation. The end product turned out phenomenal. Very nice quality cabinets, installed very professionally... BUT... the process was an absolute nightmare! The initial salesperson who greeted us and took our order ended up going AWOL within a couple weeks. We paid for half the entire project upfront and then all of a sudden we couldnt get in touch with her at all, and it was very hard to get anyone else to answer the phone or return any messages. It was very scary during that time! After over two weeks of totally being left in the dark we finally got reassigned to a new rep. He was also hit or miss, but did try to help us. We were promised our job would be completed before Thanksgiving, but it was not completed until the first week in Feb 2021. There were MULTIPLE frustrating issues that arose throughout the process, and because of that the company did give us a nice LED lighting kit as a concession. The install manager Janice was our only real saving grace. She tried her best to help us get the process completed to our satisfaction. Our installer Cody was a very nice young man and did great work on the installation, although the install also took a lot longer than it should have. Again, we are very happy with the final product, but due to all the hassles and frustrations we endured getting there we could not feel good about recommending this company.

My Bathroom cabinet renovation project had some unique complications ….which comes with the territory in construction scenarios. However, the difference maker is that as soon as I contacted Janice McKinney in Customer Service, she bent over backwards for me and made everything alright with no delay. We love the extra touches on our new cabinets and Janice was such a pleasure to work with to make it all happen. I will definitely do business with this company again solely for the fact that Janice truly cares about end results and satisfying her customers!

While looking for a pair of 48 vanities, I stopped by Woodstone where I met Curtis. Curtis was a tremendous help. He had the 2 vanities I needed and for a great price. I have since been back to purchase additional cabinets and Curtis help me get exactly what I needed. I look forward to working with him when we remodel our kitchen.

I went not knowing a thing about cabinets but trying to help my mom make decisions on getting the kitchen redone. We met Ty who was absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and kind and had a lot of patience with us. He was very quick with getting us what we needed and always had a smile on his face. He made us feel like family when we were there. If you need help or information I highly recommend Ty he will definitely get you in the right direction and get your project going.

This cabinet maker also goes by Renovation Center. I have bought 4 kitchens of cabinets from Woodstone. The last couple of times I had issues. Great rapport with the sales person, who was 95% responsive. I was in a time crunch, though, and my items were suspended in transit with no communication. but CURTIS the warehouse manager is a amazing. He has fixed a few mishaps. Construction is intensely busy, and the process can get hung up. Curtis is responsive and a real problem solver.

Just left Woodstone Cabinetry and was speaking with the young man Ty in the front office and his customer service and knowledge was fantastic. My husband and I asked about about different styles and and he gave professional opinions on things that work and won’t work. We had our rough measurements already and he was able to get us a quote in less than fifteen minutes. The pricing is fair and it really was refreshing not just having a sales representative trying to upsell to boost the commission but actually get us what we need and want. Highly recommend. Five stars just based on customer service, knowledge and quickness.

Ive bought several pieces of cabinetry from Woodstone (laundry room + Butlers pantry). Yesterday was my first custom order piece because I couldnt find what I needed in the existing stock. I like that you can go in and touch and feel and measure the pieces before purchase. The staff is friendly and the sure is clean and organized. The person I worked with yesterday didnt know everything, but was willing to help and make calls to find out. Ill definitely be going back, this is my cabinet shop now.

This is the third place we visited for cabinets. Apparently we saved the best for last. Before making a decision, we were going to visit a few more stores, but after our visit to Woodstone Cabinetry, we were done. The customer service is so phenomenal that there is no reason to go anywhere else. Constanta Grozavu was so patient and knowledgeable (unlike other places we had been) that she actually made it a very pleasant experience. We had not planned on buying our cabinets at that time, but the prices were great, the product beautiful and our customer service amazing. There is really no reason to look further. The turnaround time is 2 days. Home Depot was 8 week delivery and we were treated terribly and the cabinets were $1700 more. Woodstone Cabinetry is definitely the way to go! The design team was very easy to work with and provided great designs for the space that we needed renovating.Since this was a space for a small office building kitchen it was an easy project, but given the nature of our non-profit we were unable to follow through because of the time crunch we had to get a project deposit paid for and the designs came in after I emailed explaining said time crunch and the decision to go with another cabinetry business. The designs came in 5 business days after the estimated 24-48 hour wait response once the measurements were sent. At that point we had to go with the other option.The designer we were assigned to was knowledgeable, a great eye for design and layout, especially with a small space, and understood the requests we had in mind. The estimate was fair and was under the budget we set aside for. I would recommend Woodstone Cabinetry as long as youre not working in the strict confines of a time table that is only 1 month.

The folks at Woodstone worked closely with us to design a functional and attractive new kitchen layout for our A-Frame Chalet. The cabinets are really good quality for their cost. Dee responded favorably to competitive pricing and the charge for assembly was reasonable and very well worth it!! The delivery charge was also reasonable and the guys at Coach Delivery were great!

Woodstone Cabinetry in Norcross, GA is wonderful! We worked with 2 outstanding employees, Janice Mc and Curtis T. They picked up the pieces in the midst of an employee leaving the company. They worked diligently and tirelessly to put everything together, and went above and beyond their normal duties to ensure we had exactly what we needed to complete our project. There are many “cabinetry” shops in that area on Jimmy Carter Blvd. Frankly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else except to Woodstone Cabinetry.

We had a great experience. We were in a bind because our original contractor installed incorrect cabinet doors. Over a year later we decided to contactWoodstone and they had us the correct door that we picked up in less than 24 hours.

Woodstone cabinetry has been off to a great start this year! I have ordered over 25 kitchens with them so far in 2019 and they have not once made me miss a job on back order nor being out of stock. Robert was fantastic to work with. He designed our kitchen island and 2 secondary bathroom cabinets. They are quality construction, look beautiful and have all the storage we need. His team of carpenters made sure everything was installed perfectly and even made some custom adjustments to cabinets original to our home. I went in on February 14 and requested a quote. I was told by Justin I would have it by the following Wednesday. On the 28th I followed up and was told he was busy and that is why I haven’t heard back. I again asked how long before I would have a quote and he said at least by end of day or next (interesting since they are not open on Saturday). Anyway, today is March 7 and I’ve never heard back....i find it most irritating when you are told something and it doesn’t happen. As far as I’m concerned this company has wasted over 3 weeks of my time.

Horrible experience with these guys I wouldnt recommend them at all. I gave them over 5k for a cabinets in November. I didnt receive my complete order until the end of February just to realize that the items werent correct at all they have very bad communication after the sale. Once they get your payment youre at their mercy. This place has nothing but excuses and the manager Timothy is quick to point the blame somewhere else. They dont return emails or phone calls BEWARE of wood stone cabinets and fake Google reviews.

Service was great from the minute we walked in the door. We were in final phase of remodeling our kitchen and needed an Island as a final piece. We were greeted immediately after walking in by Robert Ristow. We talked to him about our requirements, he listened, got on his computer and quickly sketched out several digital drawings that were in line with what we were expecting. Roberts guidance was critical to coming up with a feasible, practical and beautiful design.Once Robert came by the house to take the actual measurements we adjusted the design of the island and made several updates to it based on suggestions Robert made. Robert was patient and took our updates and adjusted the design accordingly. We love the final product; the installed island looks great and we are again looking forward to working with Robert on several other projects very soon. I would definitely recommend Woodstone.

I have to say my wife and I were so happy to finally find this place. We were greeted by Timothy that day and Andy assisted us as well. Andy gave us a price list as well as what they had in there stock. It was right after Christmas and he asked us to take the list and wait until after the holiday because a lot of there staff was out. My wife and I again were so happy. We cancelled contractors from pryor companies because we were focused on the list given to us. We emailed our picks from the 3 page list of cabinets and were ready to pick them up. We arrived back to the Company on January the 4th which was the appointment made to meet Shirley. Shirley was not there, her assistant said that she had just left but she would be able to help. We were disappointed but it didnt kill our joy because her assistant Sydney was very nice. Shirley came back and apologized for being late for the appointment and we were ok with that until she said that they did not have what was on the price list and that we could not receive what we wanted for the price we were quoted. A tremendous bummer for me and my wife who took a day off of work and traveled 46 miles to make this happen . We had to reconfigure our kitchen drawings and accept what they were given us at the price that was quoted before by Andy. We sent our money a week later for the cabinets and today is Feb. 1 and we havent herd from the company, not even a freakin email....we are very disappointed. We asked for our money back and they are sending it in 3 business days. The customer service was ok at first so thats why i gave them stars...Im just tired of typing so you all got the gist
