Stay away from this place. Their Google reviews are a lie they must be writing themselves to boost their rating. I bought a 2017 F250 a little over a month ago, but it’s showing on their Google reviews page that some dude from Michigan drove all the way to Georgia to buy it 3 months ago, yet it’s sitting in my driveway. Easy tell is the small crease in the front bumper on the passenger side. I’ll attach a pic.Aside from that, Travis said he would put new tires on the truck as a part of the deal. I ended up asking for a swap on the cheap tires he originally planned to order, even offering to cover the difference in cost on my end since they are more expensive tires. A couple of weekly check-ups asking about the tires and he stopped answering texts and I can’t get a call into the dealership.Be warned also, they don’t do any service at all to the vehicles they have. I put 200 miles on the truck before it popped up telling me to change the oil. $250 right off the lot to get the oil changed and replace the air filter that wasn’t even on the truck.I knew better than going to a dealership that’s not actually associated to Ford, but figured I’d give them a shot since the truck was priced right. Don’t make the same mistake I did. The only good part about the whole thing was the paperwork was quick, but that’s easy to do when you have good credit and the loan is already approved before you get there.

Had a great experience getting my new F-250 here last night. The GM Travis personally handled all of my financing and made everything super easy. Never in my life have I ever been in and out of a dealership so quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a refreshing car buying experience.

Searched high and low for this car and couldn’t find it anywhere. I was here buying a truck for my son to take to college and mentioned to Travis what I was wanting to get for myself, and he went above and beyond by hunting down the exact vehicle with the exact specs I wanted. Within a week he found it for me, set up the financing, got the vehicle shipped all the way from Washington state to the dealership, and this morning I went and picked it up. Had a great experience buying my daughters first car. Very friendly employees and the whole process was easy. Buying the vehicle along with the paperwork went fine the guy that was working with me was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. However, a week after purchase I had to buy a battery, and door seal. The transmission has debris in the catch pan, the engine has a oil leak that went from a drip to a puddle within the first month. I have now owned the vehicle for a little over a month and am now discovering it also does not have heat in it. These are all things I asked during the purchase, was there any major repairs that need done and are there things that have been done recently I should be aware of. I have never had to leave a review on a dealership before but I feel inclined that this needs to be known for anyone who may possibly be shopping at Newnan autobarn. I was trying to get a vehicle with better gas mileage to save money and am now burying myself deeper because of a car that should have never been sold to anyone to begin with.

The fastest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. It did help that I knew exactly what car I wanted to purchase, but still! Aaron helped me, and he was very patient and didn’t push anything. Very laid back but professional. I had a trade in, and that process was insanely easy. Got an amazing deal on my Mercedes here. Everyone was really helpful and the environment was much more relaxed than any dealership I’ve ever been too. At first I wasn’t sure about this place just because it’s not a “big” dealership, but I’m so glad we came here for my husbands Tahoe. Called on a Saturday with capital one pre-approval. drove there on Monday to test drive the truck. Less than 1 hour at the dealer and i was on my way. By far the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. Warranty and the finance guy even called capital one and beat them up on my interest rate and dropped it a full point. Now its in my Driveway. Love the truck!

Where to begin…showed up to look at a f150 that they said had 0 issues. Get there and the truck was a rust bucket. Had multiple codes for overboost. We hooked a snap on scanner on it and it was pushing 40 lbs of boost. Second vehicle the wheel almost fell off before we left the parking lot and had rust all over the frame. Third vehicle had no ac. GM Flys in and out of the shop in a Lamborghini and tries to tell us they haven’t negotiated the price in over 10 years and tried to act offended for us asking. Only good thing about it was the salesman’s. Super polite and professional. Wouldn’t stop apologizing for the inconvenience. STAY AWAY ALL VEHICLES ARE MECHANIC SPECIALS.

By 5pm I was pulling off the lot with my new F-250. They even took care of all the minor things I asked about (bed liner +wiper blades) .I know exactly where I’ll be getting my wife’s next car!

I drove down to test drive a car and decided to buy it and they were going to deliver the car 6 hours to me (I left a deposit and paid for the car 2 days after) at my cost. Before delivery they were suppose to fix the ac and replace my battery. Money went through and I kept calling and texting the pot head salesman and he would ignore my calls and texts.. After a week of me calling every couple days they finally called me back and said they fixed the ac and ignored my concerns about the battery. On the technicians test drive the check engine light came on. Ok.. things happen. They diagnosed it with a promise they want the car to be shipped to me in good working condition, ok cool. 2 weeks after they diagnosed it and telling me they had the part, they kept telling me they were going to work on it the following day and it turns out they never ordered my part.. It got to the point where I needed the car and I told them Id fix it my self if they ship me the part as im an ASE certified exotic car technician. It was just a servo motor that needed replacing underneath the valve cover. Easy job. Took 1 hour. I had the car for less than a month and only put 2000 miles on it and the oil pump failed destroying the engine. I called them 3 days in a row being told the gm is out of the office I already told him you called before I finally got ahold of their GM and explained what happen. His immediate response was what do you expect us to do?. I get that I didnt buy a warranty but seriously? After less than a month of owner ship of a car I got from you guys you couldnt even offer some sort of help or be understanding of the situation? Now I gotta drop 18k on a new engine from the dealership and take hours out of my time to replace this engine. At least the last place this same thing happened to me, offered me a rental till the car was finished. I read reviews before buying and figured there might just be rude people writing bad reviews. But after dealing with them and realizing how illnolegable, lazy, rude, negligent and straight up unprofessional they are to a paying customer. No wonder they have such a bad rating.

They were unattensive. Not willing to negotiate. I almost got the vibe that it may have been racially related. I wondered if I came in there with a different skin color with they have helped me more and been willing to get my sale. Its okay I went right up the road and found the service I needed and purchased the new truck.

Sold me a truck (2016 f250 with 68k miles) under the premises that it was a good running truck with no issues. that in fact was a lie, as there was a major electrical issue with the truck that my personal mechanic said you could be chasing the problem for months and still never get it figured out. i will say they did give me my down payment back with no questions, but admitted to knowing about the issue. about 2 weeks later i got a message on facebook from someone else who bought the same truck asking if i had the issues with it, and they said autobarn swore they had no clue about the problem. bottom line these guys are dishonest and i would avoid them

DO NOT buy a lifted truck from them, everything is wrong they installed it in their shop. All the work they did there and 5 months later everything will be falling apart. Even the control arms are backwards!! Anyone that can read English can tell this is wrong! I sent pictures of the rear shox to PRO COMP and they will not fix it under warranty because This dealer installed them UPSIDE-DOWN.

This was the worst experience we have ever had!! My husband was communicating with a salesman for about a week on this truck. The salesman said everything was great no mechanical issues at all! So we drove 3hrs with check in hand ready to deal! When we got there he said oh they were fixing one minor detail. That should have been the first red flag. So we proceed to do a test drive just to make sure everything was ok. We haven’t even got out of the parking lot when we noticed the heat wouldn’t work nor the radio! Drove down the road parked so my husband could look under it when he noticed the emergency brake wire was hanging down! Further into inspecting the truck the front drive shaft was missing. So at that point we were like ok this was a waste of time and gas. Arrive back explain what was all wrong and the guy was like deer in the headlights. Then he’s like I have One more we said ok started that truck up and it was missing so bad we never even pulled it out of the spot! So no I would not recommend this place at all!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My boyfriend has been waiting for the title to his 2016 F350 Dully for 4 months now. They say it’s out of their hands but yet he paid for the tag and title. They have “boys” that are maybe 20 years old working there. Our temporary tag has been expired for a month now. We probably will get pulled over and a ticket for that. So now we have to get a lawyer. Just don’t waste your time here. Very unprofessional business.

The truck broke down after the first month and they kept my truck for 2 weeks now And didn’t do nothing to it just bad service I’m sorry to say but all they care about is money don’t care about the customer at all

I flew out to buy a truck that looked clean online and in the pictures but when I got there it was not so, they had tried covering defects with a poor paint job, the truck was 3 different colors by the time the last paint job had been done but they did a great job hiding it in the pictures online. They also listed that it had thousands of dollars in suspension work when in all reality the truck suspension was stock. They also said engine work had been done but again that was not the case, they were low on oil, had a leak out the bottom that appeared to be wiped off just before me looking at it. The rear bumper was completely dented in as well. They agreed to do some of the work there that had been stated by the employees and in the ad free of charge, new gaskets, some suspension work, replacement of the rear bumper and some paint corrections to give me what I was told from the gate and that they would ship it to me with a temp plate and $50 worth of fuel since it was practically empty when I went there, I went ahead with the purchase after we agreed after negotiating the price. The truck came over two days late after promised with hardly anything done to it still leaking, still with a dented rear bumper, with the paint looking even worse and no fuel added to the tank, simple easy corrections their “mechanics” should’ve been able to handle in the 2 weeks it was there not to mention there was no temp plate with the truck so I had to wait an additional week or so for that after they swore they had put it in there. Their lead guy Travis was very unprofessional after I had received the truck not answering phone calls, giving me the run around over text, and not addressing any issues or concerns that persisted with our written arrangement. They’re unprofessional, lazy, have hack job mechanics, unorganized, and quite sleazy and I encourage anyone else looking to buy a vehicle from them to take the time and read about the issues with this dealership.

Got a loan and had a big down payment talked to the every day Had the check in hand for truck and took off work tomorrow to go get it! Then they call me and tell me they let it go to one of there contractors and they was sorry????

Honestly didnt even feel like i was buying a car from a dealership. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, no pushy stereotypical car salesmen that are oh so willing to screw you over. Amazing experience. My husband and I just bought an F-250 to pull our new camper with last night (our old f-150 wasn’t cutting it), and it was literally the easiest experience I could ever imagine at a car dealership. The manager Travis was completely straightforward with us about everything and got everything done very quickly. We were in and out of there in less than an hour, finance paperwork and all. The truck is exactly what we needed and exactly what we were told it was going to be. Thanks guys!

Honestly was skeptical as a younger woman trying to buy a car, but these guys were nothing but kind and informative. The guy worked hard to find a lender that would give me the best rate, even negotiated for about 10 minutes talking this lender down while I was sitting in his office. No complaints what so ever. Satisfied customer over here!

Flew to ATL to look at a car because the pictures they sent me of the frame were promising, and the interior didnt look too bad. However, the pre-purchase inspection found tons of rust and other issues underneath: rotten gas tank protection plate and rotten engine protection plate, a severely corroded crossmember, leaking steering pump, leaking shock absorber, pretty decent leak from the steering rack, AHC is broken, SRS system doesnt work, needs alignment, VSC is permanently off and the EVap system is throwing a code.When I got there, I hung out in their dirty waiting area while they brought the car around. First thing I noticed once I got in the car was the smell of mildew/mold. There was no mold visible, but the smell was overwhelming. Also, the center console was busted and wouldn’t close at all, and I can’t forget to mention the handful of melted candies in the bottom of it.Went on the test drive and got to experience all of the car’s issues first hand. Got back and told them I didnt want it and that it wasn’t worth what they were asking.Had they been honest and sent me pictures that showed the issues, I wouldnt have wasted my time to fly down there and look at it. I guess trying to deceive a person into buying a car from them is just their way of doing business.

The vibe of the place is awesome, no pressure, no tricks, easiest dealership to work with which is why we have made the trip from Cobb county more than once. Travis and Reed are excellent! We will be back when we are ready to trade in for something new in another year!

I’m a retired Army Ranger Veteran and I was lied to from start to finish. I drove one way with a rental to purchase a car that I saw online. I told them from the start that I’m super thorough and I was assured the car was perfect and ready. When I arrived there that morning, I was notified they had to change brakes. I waited for that and was understanding a little. When I got to see the car 2hrs later, the tires were bald with belts showing. Things started going down quick from there. I drove the car to a nearby service center and they gave me a laundry list of items that needed to be completed to make the car 100% and safe. I came back to dealership not getting the car and advising them of such. Then they said they would significantly lower price and repair all items, new set of tires and deliver to my home the next day. We put everything in writing and they did fix the things but were very unprofessional and confrontational. I purchased the service contract until I got home to have it serviced by BMW dealership and then I canceled that part of the service. I had to call 13 times to request refund from Travis because he wasn’t making any money off of me so he says. I’m in the car business and I know I frustrated them because I know all ends of the business but they were still unprofessional, unorganized, unethical and dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone buy ANYTHING from them. They give the car business a bad name. I wish I could tell you something they did right. Worst Experience Ever and I’m not exaggerating. I promise I give great reviews when service is good but this is the 3rd bad review in my life...

On god these dudes got the best prices in the whole state. All there cars are super clean, very well maintained. Impressed the AC didnt smell like the heat coming out the back of a PS4, smelled CLEAAAAN!!!! Getting my charger was such a breeze, I dont know how these boys do it but they on a straight 10.

Man I have never seen so many beautiful diesels. Very wide selection of vehicles from work trucks to luxury cars abroad. Customer service is excellent and the job always gets done right. Thanks for all the help!

These guys were absolutely great to deal with! We found our Tahoe online and made the 2-hour drive a couple of days later to look at it. They were honest with us about the condition of the vehicle and it was exactly as described when we got there to see it in person. They didnt give us any of the usual sales gimmick lines and we were in and out in no time. We are referring our friends here. Thanks for the great experience guys!!!

Super knowledgeable staff. I bought a car from here and have not had any of the issues from the other reviews! No lights ever came on in my car and if I had any questions multiple of the employees helped me. I never felt rushed or persuaded to buy anything. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family back to this place!!!!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a vehicle from here. I purchased my wife a bmw x6 . The next day we got home the check engine light came on. We took it in they put a cleaner in it, the check engine light went off and came back on. The car started leaking oil, we took it to them they had it for almost 2 weeks, we got it back and it leaked oil worse. We was missing bolts from the finder and the biggest criminal act was when we got our vehicle back and it was a foul smell. We took it to BMW of Macon to find out that auto barn had gutted out the entire catalytic converter causing us alot of money!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, I REPEAT!!!!

Perfect experience on buying my first car!!! All i can say is wow.. everyone there was so helpful and so informative, everything was so smooth from the moment i walked in the door. Hard to find a good place with good people who wont take advantage of my inexperience in the car buying world. Nothing but positivity over here!!

Worse experience of my life. I had been talking with Travis for a few days about one of the trucks. I told him that I had gotten a pre-approved loan for the full asking price and was driving over 5 hours to buy the truck. Upon getting there Travis didnt even come out to meet me I dealt with what i think was one of the mechanics. When looking at the truck it was in worse shape than the photos lead on. When I started the truck for the test drive there was NO gas, NO DEF, NO wiper fluid, NO tire pressure sensors in the tires that they said they put on the day prior. The fuel filter caution also said they needed to be changed. The entire truck was caked with red clay all along the frame rails and underneath, it looked like someone had been mudding with it the day before and they just decided to was the paint. This was all before I even put the truck into gear. Getting ready to leave the parking lot I tried to turn the radio on and the volume did not work at all. I finally started to drive the truck and it sounded like the left front wheel bearing was completely gone. I turned right around and went straight back. They said they would work with me on the price and look into what was wrong. I couldnt handle it, knowing I was driving 5 plus hours for a guaranteed sale and they couldnt even put fluids in it. Who knows what else was wrong with it!

Highly satisfied customer. Very impressed to find out that their staff is non commission which means no pushy salesmen. Everything was very smooth and easy if you’re looking for a quality diesel truck this is the place.

Guys really know how to treat a customer... very satisfied with everything. was kind of hesitant cause of the wheels and the chrome but they had blacked out emblems and a different set of rims in the back that they (very professionally) installed. just got home in my new truck and after the experience, i could not be happier. they really went above and beyond to make sure i left the place a satisfied customer. thanks to everyone their who made it possible, yall just made a customer for life.
