Great company, overall great prices. Every now and then you will get something slightly more expensive than a larger company, but that’s to be expected with a small business. At least you know when they do your work they put their time and effort and do it.

Do not recommend*** I had an alignment done on my truck. When I picked my truck up I noticed that my trucks steering wheel was not even close to being straight. When I returned I received attitude about their technician not doing it correctly. I was advised that straightening the steering wheel was not normally part of the of an alignment (later states he never said that) I asked to place it back on the machine since adjustment was done and I lost confidence in there technicians. I was told to come back another day however I was going out of town and this was unacceptable. The argument took longer than to just check it. Once he put it on the machine it checked out correctly and I left.I decided to give them a second chance by dropping off 5 tires to be mounted and balanced and new valve stems at 8:00 am and advised I would return later that day. When I returned at 4:45 my tires had not been touched and they had worked on several other tires (an entire pile that was not previously there.) when they finished mounting my tires at 5:30 2 out of the 5 tires did not have new valve stems in them. When I advised Terry he looked at the screen removed 2 valve stems from the work order and checked me out. No apology or anything. He never verbally recognized they had made another mistake. They used to be the premier shop however I will never return. I just left and didn’t even have an argument about it. It would not of helped.

How about a Jeep and tired work rotation specific labor on backwards they charged me 40 bucks which I guess I ate bad for a tire rotation
