I would let anyone know that this business is honest and trustworthy. I have had several vehicles fixed there. Just recently my wife’s SUV lost all its oil and Manning and Sons found the problem and fixed it in what I would say record time. I knew when I called the Wrecker Service where I wanted her vehicle to go. I will continue to do business with them in the the future because they have earned my trust!!

Im glad many have gotten 5 star service from Manning & Son but my experience was not as good. I had a busted passenger side mirror on my truck so I stopped by there to get a quote on what it would take to get it fixed. Everyone there was very friendly and seemed to want to help. The guy went out, looked at the mirror, came back and said hed call next day with a quote. Next day no call. On the 3rd business day I got a call saying the part was in so come on in. I called back and told them I didnt want a new mirror ordered until I got a quote for the whole job. I was told the new mirror cost $89 and the labor would be $111. Total $200. I told them that was out of my price range. I ordered a mirror from Amazon for $37 and replaced it myself in about 20 minutes saving $163. Im wondering if my job was too small and they just wanted to scare me away or were they trying to gouge me for a big profit on a small job. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I absolutely wont take my car anywhere else. I was referred to Manning & Son Automotive by a friend. My husband & have taken our car here for 11 years. Everything from routine oil changes, emission tests to more extensive mechanical work. The mechanics and the reception, China are wonderful at what they do. Once I had to leave my car there for some major work while overseas in another time zone. China was wonderful at communicating what the Mechanics found the problem to be, and what needed to be done.In 11 yrs, I have found them to be excellent, hardworking mechanics. They dont exaggerate the problem to make more money. They fix your car the most efficient and direct way. If my only days off are when they happen to be closed and my car doesnt have an immediate safety concern. I wont take my car anywhere else. I will wait and take it into Manning and Son.

My car blew a line and dumped all of the coolant. I was southbound on the interstate when it happened. I coasted off the exit ramp and stopped at a gas station convenience store. I called a local wrecker and waited for them to arrive. A random man walks by and made a casual comment about my situation. I told him I was from out of state and was going to be towed. He told me that his mechanic is Mike Manning and I should take mine there. He had a glowing review of Manning and Son so I considered his advice. I confirmed with the wrecker driver that I was not making a poor choice. The wrecker dropped my car at Mikes place at almost 4:30 PM. Mike told me that he understood that I was from out of town and trying to get home. He assured me that they would look at it first thing in the morning. I got a call with a diagnosis and an estimate 29 minutes after they opened the garage. Less than three hours after they opened the garage my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived I paid my tab and asked if the tech could walk out and look at the work with me. The mechanic pointed out the parts that were replaced and answered my questions. I am so grateful that I selected this garage. I was back on the road before lunch. I highly recommend Manning and Son. Thanks Marine!

Great service and good prices. Mike is so helpful. I took my van in, they checked but couldnt find issue so no charge. They also changed battery when other place said battery and alternator.

16Jul19. Mike Manning is very professional. He does great work. His prices are quite reasonable. Once my warranties expire, I will bring my vehicles here. His daughters are vehicle knowledgeable, as well. The only issue I have issue is that he is not open on Saturdays. But other than that, a great place for vehicle service and emissions testing..

This is a family owned and operated business. They are very honest and trustworthy. I bring all my cars to Manning and Sons. They even do inspections for emissions.

2 of our non profits vans have been down for a while & due to them sitting since March someone stole 2 of our catalytic converters. They had many other minor issues that weren’t resolved in my area. So I brought all 3 of them back to my hometown. Needless to say, we are back up and running. And it didn’t even take a full week to get them back.

I read all the good reviews and decided to give them a try. My A/C was blowing cool, but not cold, air. They got me in right then & there. They fixed it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Cant ask for much more than that! Theyve got a loyal customer from now on.

Today was my second visit to this business and I am so impressed with the people here. Several months ago I had a muffler problem where something had broken loose. These honest folks could have tried to sell me some new parts, but instead offered to weld my old ones back together. That was awesome news! Today I came back with a brake problem, thinking that I needed something far beyond my capabilities that might be pretty expensive, but once again these guys found that I only needed an adjustment! Again, awesome news! Both of these experiences show that these people are honest and we all know that is usually hard to find in this area of business. I just cant say enough about these fine folks!

I have only used them twice, and voth tines were beyond exceptional! The first time, i needed my o2 sensors changed. They got it done very quickly! Even fixed my brake light at no extra charge! Sadly, that vehicle needed alot more work and i sent it to the junkyard. My other vehicle needed the brakes and rotos changed, and an oil change. They were very efficient again! I recieved the call that my car was ready, and when i got inside, i realized that they also refilled my windshield fluid and put air in my tire without me asking and no extra charges! Its the little things that added the extra special touch. I know when i leave my car with them, it is in great hands!

Really regretting not reading the reviews before I gave them any of my business. My boyfriend and I failed our emissions. Between me and him, they got over $1100. Not including the $350 I paid the dealership for a part they needed for my car. I got questioned and a crappy attitude from the front desk girl about paying for my own part and how much and why would I and ect... First of all, it was being brought to you, secondly mind your business and do what I was going to pay for, THE LABOR! She also said they would do a free emissions test, but when I went to get one, she basically denied it and wanted $20. And to top it off, the prongs to reset my mileage weren’t in place, they were behind my glass pushed up. So I asked about that, she said it’d be something I’d have to pay for and can be expensive. I said it wasn’t like that before I came in and I don’t think I should have to pay. She said she wouldn’t know why they’d have to get in the dash. I wouldn’t even give them any stars if it was an option. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE CALL THEM CROOKS!! Unfortunately, I didn’t know before hand. AND GUESS WHAT I JUST GOT DONE DOING?? LEAVING AUTOZONE WITH ALL THE FLUIDS THAT NEED REFILLED!! GOOD THING I LOOKED UNDER MY OWN HOOD!!

Went to have my AC checked out and they charged me about 100$ to place dye and tell me theres a leak(which I already knew about). They were short, unhelpful and didnt listen to any of my concerns/questions. Will not be coming back to this place.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 4 door I went to get Mufflers put on my truck dual exhaust I was told that my spare tire would not fit up under the back of the truck with the muffler so now Im riding around with my spare tire on the back of my truck because I cannot use the spare tire mount under the back of the truck. Ive done had it welded three different times twice on the hangers and once on the actual Muffler glasspack. And now Im over here rating them because the weldes from the factory to the Y pipe that they put on there has broke and theyre trying to say is because I go down a rough dirt road. The Mufflers has basically fell apart. I would not take a bicycle to them.

These people will destroy your car just to make a quick buck off you please stay away from these people they are a rip off.. my car has never an issue until they got a hold to it
