Great customer service. I took my car in for an alignment. The software on the alignment machine said there was no rear toe adjustment, but they noticed there was an adjustment and got my car dialed in and rolling super smooth. I highly recommend these guys. They also have comfortable chairs in the waiting room.

Driven is by far the best repair/service shop I’ve ever dealt with. I’m glad they are located where I live in Newnan. If you own a BMW, you would be crazy to take it to the dealership to get work done. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do better work than the dealer for almost half the price. The service here was great. The workers were extremely professional. They were honest and upfront and made sure to walk me through the entire process. The work was done promptly and unbelievably quick. They also have an extremely comfortable lunging area for those who decide to stay and wait for work including coffee, water, wifi, and even a tv. Overall was a great experience and will from now on exclusively be using driven for all mechanical needs.

They did it all! They are A MA ZING!!! My husband and I took our 2011 Mazda Miata MX-5 in for maintenance issues. We bought this used car not really knowing what the car needed. This company assessed it for a VERY reasonable fee, and in a timely manner, hit it all for bringing the car back to Miata Marvelousness!!!They restored the integrity of the what this car is all about and what it can do as a performer!!We could not be more pleased! They programmed my cars battery for 60$, which is half the price of anybody else in the area. Clerk was upfront about it costing whatever the labor would come out to be. I was amazed that they had programmed my cars battery and done a full inspection in less than 30 minutes. They work diligently. When the job was done, the clerk informed me that I had an oil leak that would cost nearly 3,000$ if I wanted them to fix it. I was confused because I just had a professional inspection as well as an oil change just two weeks prior to my visit. Like anybody else would, I drove home slower than I usually would and checked for leaks as soon as I got home. I’m sure the work they do is good when you are specific about what you want done. Update: high battery drain warning has come on again the day after going to the shop Update 2: owner has contacted me to let me know he has full faith in an oil leak, and the high battery drain is probably something in my car drawing amps, which I will have to check. They seem to have great ratings so I’ll continue their streak of 5 stars. I’m impressed with the dedication to have a happy customer. Would recommend this place to friends now, and tonight I’ll remove my lower shield again and feel for any oil and update this tomorrow. Couldn’t find any yesterday but a small oil leak can sometimes leak only a drop every 100 miles. If they cleaned the area it could be a reason I couldn’t find any leak. Didn’t get angry about a previous 3 star review but instead tried to fix it. Even offered to drive an hour to come show where it might be leaking. Respectable businessmen Last Update: I removed my skid plates and couldn’t find any oil that was fresh. No oil leak that would present any problems for the near future. There was a lot of grime from over 100k miles driven, but no spillage. I respect the opinion of these mechanics, but there isn’t a leak of any significance.

I had heard from my local Porsche club members that Driven Import was a great place to bring my Porsche. I have worked with other euro shops with good experiences, but nothing really compares to the service and attention to detail that I received from this shop. They performed a full brake job, oil change, front lip install and speaker install on my Porsche 997. Their expertise is well rounded and specialized on everything they did - these guys are real enthusiasts and I felt confident leaving my vehicle with them. Everything was done flawlessly with no hiccups. Ill definitely be back for routine maintenance and further modifications that we discussed. If you have a specialty vehicle - be sure to give these folks a try. Im a picky car collector, so if they can make me happy - - they can make anybody happy.

They not only work on imports.....such as my *seasoned* BMW, but domestic vehicles too. They have repaired & maintained our 1998 BMW 740il, 2014 F-150, 2018 Dodge Challenger, and 2018 Dodge Journey.They have been there for my family during vehicle breakdowns & emergency with very timely & reliable repairs. They took in my fairly new truck and fixed an overheating/water-pump issue in 2 days. They took in my older BMW and took care of radiator/coolant, heating-A/C, and oil leak issues....again in a very timely and efficient manner.Brandon, Perry, & and all other associates (I cannot recall the names of the other great associates, so I apologize) are very personable, experienced, knowledgeable, empathetic, & very customer service oriented. They have been on target with any/all questions & concerns I have ever had for them with all my vehicles. They have been faster than expected with all repairs & maintenance. These guys can be trusted.Lastly, vehicles repairs are never cheap. If they are you should be very cautious. With that being said, any repair I have ever had completed by Driven was at a price that didn’t put me into shock. In my opinion the costs were better or at least comparable than what you’d receive at a dealer. Biggest difference is the care and personal attention you’ll receive at Driven.Bottom line, if you have vehicle repair & maintenance needs (from brake & oil changes to a water pump failure) use Driven Import Auto Care. After experiencing a vibration on drivers side for 9+ months and thinking it was the tires; took car in for a look. Driven found the problem (it wasnt the tires) and fixed the problem. I had tried to take my Kia to the Kia dealership in Union City. They had the car for 2 weeks and could not figure out why the infotainment center was not working. They tried changing out monitors and all. Finally i needed the car back and went and picked it up. We drove around like that for another 5 months. Then we had to get the emissions done on the car and it wouldn’t pass. The guy told us that some wire wasn’t connected so he couldn’t get a reading. So I went on line and found Driven Import Auto Care. I called and Perry told me to bring it in and see what was going on. What Kia couldn’t figure out in 2 weeks, Perry and his team figure out and fixed in less than 2 hours. They also identified a couple of other things that was going on. Some we knew and others we didn’t. We knew we needed new brakes and the rotors turned and an oil change. Things we didn’t know was that we needed a cabin air filter, engine filter, new drive belt (it was cracking and dry rotted), and an alignment. They did all the repairs in less than 24 hours. The guys were so professional and inviting. If you are in Cowetta county there is no other place you should take your car to. Go see Shawn and Perry and all the guys at Driven Import Auto Care. You will be blown away by their service.

Great, honest, friendly mechanic.Call to set up an appointment to make sure they can fit you in. I had called but didnt set up an official appointment (communication error). I showed up the following day and they were very accommodating anyway.I had a trunk latch issue on my Corolla which they said they could look at. They had it fixed in 5 hours despite being so busy and all it cost me was the initial evaluation fee. These are my guys from now on.

I got there right as two of their mechanics would be leaving for lunch. Instead of making me wait or come back later, they got my car up and got the alignment done in less than an 45 minutes.Also figured out why they thought my upper timing seal was already leaking at 46K mi. When I did my oil change two weeks ago, I spilled a bit while filling and did not do a very good job of cleaning it up.

Trustworthy, Good Mechanics - now thats refreshing!I trust the mechanics and team at Driven Import Auto Care to correctly diagnose my car problems and fix them! Great customer service, excellent attention to detail. I have taken my car to them 3x over the last year, with various problems and questions, and they have fixed problems at reasonable cost, and even recommended one that I could wait and watch - rather than suggest additional work that would run up the final bill.Recently, I had taken my car for an oil change at one of those In/Out places, and they overfilled the oil so that it was dripping everywhere, including my garage floor. I went back to them, concerned about the excess, or screw / filter not tightened, or leak, and they claimed - No, not their mistake, and that it was Steering fluid leak, and also now I have broken CV boot which is slinging oil everywhere! Got the whole little woman treatment - ugh. Really regret going anywhere other than Driven Import.Took my car to Driven, and the guys thoroughly checked everything, found nothing wrong, cleaned up the mess, and reassured me that we had previously decided the CV joint was a Watch Item, and wait until it starts to make noise at the turns - or they could fix now also - my call. They spent over an hour, yet cut my cost for diagnostic, b/c they know I will return when I need to!I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and especially to women! So often we get the Jerks who prey on us - but not so at Driven. You will get the straight story, a good service and reasonable price!

I hardly write reviews but the guys at Driven definitely deserve one. I’ve never experienced customer service and quality service at the level Perry and they men at Driven provide. We have 3x Porsche 911 all custom build to race that we take to get pre-race maintenance at Driven. Along with a Mercedes AMG GLE 63 S and a BMW. The quality of work will rival anything you will find at a dealership (including a warranty on any work done by Driven) without paying dealership prices. Would recommend to anybody.

I took my car to Driven Import Auto Care because it failed emission test. They inspected my car and called me with their findings. They explained in detail the problems with my car. They were very professional and honest when discussing my car. They helped decide what would be the best course action, which lead to me trading in my car. I had never used Driven auto care before this but I will be using them in the future. I would also recommend this shop to anybody needing repairs.

A car that won’t start is never fun. A German car that won’t start is worse. Difficult to find a good mechanic that works on that German car. Found them at Driven in Newnan, GA! Nice clean waiting area. Fantastic service from my first phone call to when I picked my car up. Perry called me to explain what I needed. Explained what it all was. I took my 08 BMW X5 in for CEL and running very rough . they had me troubleshot and ready to get repaired within a few hours and had me all ready to go by the end of the day. They also did a multipoint inspection and informed me and provided me with an estimate of those repairs, should I choose to have those accomplished as well. I will definitely be a return customer for all my automotive needs while living here in Newnan.

I recently trusted my 10 yr old Mercedes GL450 to Driven Import Auto Care. Previously, my SUV had only been serviced at Mercedes-Benz dealerships. Immediately, I found Perry, the service advisor, to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very comfortable trusting him and the technicians to perform the service recommended. I went to Driven Import Auto care knowing I had several items needing tending. These included; radiator replacement, suspension work, catalytic converter replacement, fixing a side mirror and a few other minor adjustments. I had agonized as to where to take my 2014 Honda Accord Touring to be serviced once the 3 years warranty had ended. I found Driven Import Auto Care when I needed a wheel alignment. My experience here was great! I don’t trust many places to work on my car because of the horror stories I’ve heard about shady mechanics and German cars. The guys here fixed a pretty complex problem with my car in only two days. After about 1,000 miles, I’m confident they did the job correctly.Also, when my car was serviced here my brake light was on because of a problem with the sensor (not the pads). He was honest with me about the cause of the warning light when he could have easily tried to talk me into paying for an entire brake job. Thank you, you’ve definitely earned my trust!
