The new Bally meatpacking store is absolutely beautiful! The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! They have a great selection and their current collection is amazing! A NYC must see !! Overall awesome experience !!

First class service and quality. I have a leather messenger bag I love, but the should strap is the original Bally red stripe, and it felt a bit off. I checked with the store and in less than 3 weeks, custom made Bally black strap! The girl who helped me was SOO nice every time, and except for the color, the strap was EXACTLY the same. They must keep detailed plans in Switzerland or something! Of course the store is impeccable and I just really appreciate their workmanship. LOVE it.

I loved that I was the only customer inside, so I had great service. They sell shoes that run large, which is great for me. Also, their discounted items were insanely cheap and excellent quality. This might be my new favorite place for mens shoes.

I bought several shoes from this store and had a great experience until I left a pair for them to get repaired because they got torn in several places just from the second wear. When they called me to pick up the shoes after the repair, I went to the store, inspected what is supposed to be “fixed” shoes and saw that they were still not repaired in certain places. The sales associate suggested that a shoe-specialist can call me the next day to tell me what can be done about that. I waited a week, no call. Then the store’s manager called me to say that I must pick up the shoes. I explained that I did just that but something is still wrong with them and told him where they still had flaws. He confirmed that he can see it and then simply said: what do you suggest we do about it??!! I am not a cobbler! I dont know what they should do about it! frustrated with his response and unwillingness to provide the service, I said I will pick them up the way they are. I went to the store, picked them up.. and the last shock was when they gave me the shoes in a used STARBUCKS BAG!!! I have never seen anything more unprofessional from a so-called high end store. and they apparently tried to glue the unfixed part after I the call because it had fresh sticky glue on it that was leaking to its surface. I am never shopping here ever again.

Awful disrespectful employees. I asked for some help on how much money vintage shoes were and all they told me to do was Google it. Instead of helping me find another place they just kept telling me to Google it. Don’t go here. Awful experience.

While they didnt have what I wanted instock - the service was five stars! The sales associate was very attentive and tried to find a suitable alternative despite not having exactly what I wanted.

Love the brand and most of the people that work there are really good. But when you are a client it seem like the treatment is a little less procured.

The new store on Madison Ave and 62nd Street is beautiful, and the team is so friendly and helpful. The product this season is fun and chic!
