Fantastic customer service (in addition to stunning bags that are amazing quality for the price). If you need to find a specific bag or need something shipped out quickly, Rocky is your girl! (also paralleling this with an experience same day with another luxury brand thats much pricier than Mulberry, but not only did they under-deliver, but completely messed up a specific order...)

Good store for high end bags.

A little bit cool, but not my favorite

The staff was not helpfull, nor in a good mood. When I spend over $800 in a store I expect so much more. The women that helped me did not remeber to take the alarm off, and when I came back they did not even seem sorry. Next time I am buying my Luxery items in another store!
