Went in completely ignored and felt unappreciated as a customer. No thank you!

I ordered a brown card holder 2 weeks before Christmas. They shipped it on 23rd. It was very nice they overnighted it but unfortunately the post office never delivered it so I had to go to the post office to pick it up almost 2 weeks after Christmas. During the waiting period, Mr Dana said he’s gonna send me a monogrammed one and would get it out to me soon but it never happened. That’s why I decided to drive 30 minutes to the post office to pick it up. I sent the email to him asking if he’s still going to send me the black one as he promised but he never reply. Won’t buy anything from here again. The quality of the product is good but it doesn’t worth what I paid for because the seller doesn’t keep the word. How can you believe their lifetime warranty in this case?

Love the dog here, its a very cool store selling nice stuff, although its almost a pastiche of the stereotypical hipster store

Hard to find a better curated shop in NYC, the owner/operator Dana clearly places a lot of thought into what he both makes and sells. Coffee, beer, and shop dog are all nice touches as well.

High quality handmade leather products that you simply can’t pass up. Loved the selection of unique jackets and sunglasses (also did I mention theres a store pup?!).
