This place is a gem! Really fantastic service by friendly folks at a reasonable price. I called Monday morning to see if they had availability for me to come in to get 2 passport covers embossed. I left a message a little before 9:30 and got a call back within 15 min, and agreed to stop in later that morning.They are located at 40 Exchange Pl, check in at the reception desk and take the elevator to the 17th floor.At the store, I was helped by Brett (sp?) who was very helpful and gave me guidance on font sizing and color (gold/silver/blind stamping). It was a gift so I was not sure what to choose, but I felt like I was able to make an informed decision because they stamped each style for me on a scrap so I could see all options. The work was done quickly and professionally while I waited (took ~15 min), and it was $25 per piece (FYI, Smythson does embossing for their leather goods but it is $12 PER letter! And it is usually a few days turnaround). I will not hesitate to use Sam Swick for any future leather personalization needs.Tip: Google says they open at 9, but it is actually 9:30. Call first to make sure they are available to handle your item!
