I’ve been to this locations plenty of times. I decided to stop by on warm day to enjoy some ice cream. The staff greeted us when we walked into the store and was very polite. What more can I say it’s delicious ice cream. The location accepts cash and card.

Excellent ice cream (as expected from any Haagen-Dazs spot). The server was nice and attentive.

Went across town from upper Manhattan to this establishment. Seems not a many as of these Love Cream placed as before. They had exactly what I wanted. Service is good.

Was told that they dont make shakes this late (2 hours before closing.) I was also informed that they dont close at midnight, but 11:30pm. Nothing about they *cant* make a milkshake 2 hours before closing, but they *wont.* lazy people. The store is empty, and there is no reason for it. Employees should be replaced with people that Will do their jobs.

I read reviews on this place after I was buying ice cream but they are all true even though they are older, so believe them. I’ve been to tons of Haagen-Dazs places in different cities and there’s always a high standard of service and the inside and decor is nice. It seems to me this is a franchise and it’s a dump and terrible customer service. I was going to use my debit card but something told to pay cash because this place seems shady. I didn’t want any fraudulent stuff happening. This is NYC there’re plenty of other ice cream places please go to them instead. Trust my review and all the others.

Unusual to run a scam operation from an ice cream shop. But that’s just my opinion.Ordered 2 sundaes through seamless. 23$. Arrived on time. The sundaes were ice cream - like one scoop - not even half the size shown - no Carmel sauce. 23$. ?! Just such an obvious cut in the volume of the contents.The restaurant seemingly blocked the ability to rate on seamless as my order indicates I ‘skipped the option to review’ and it won’t provide a further opportunity to reviewOrder online as one is forced to right now. Provide half the product at the full price. And censor the ability (on seamless) to rate and review. Seems like they have structured a self-funding relief program of their own.It was just so blatantly half the product size. Ya. It’s gotten on that nerve of - who would possibly take advantage now ?

Aweful customer service and unprofessional staff. I never saw such un-professionalism at any other Haagen Daz’s location. Not sure if this location is franchise or company own, definitely doesn’t seems to the standards of such International company. They even don’t know how many flavors a customer can get in a quarter size. There size is also always an issue with these guys. I always buy a quarter size they never fill it up. It always leave the room for at least 3 scoops in a quarter size and if you ask them about the quantity in the box then they these guys are too rude.

Haagen dazs is my favorite ice cream shop in the country. But tonight an hour before close they refused to serve me a shake and were inconvenienced by my purchasing of ice cream. Very rude.

Unable to scan for Häagen-Dazs points . Non of the workers were able to answer whether I could add my points from the receipt or not.A complete waste of time to have people sign up for the rewards app, to be told that i am unable to redeem any points or even add points for each purchase.Disappointed that after I have been paying $5 a scoop, I am unable to actually use the rewards.

The foreign individual that works here is extremely unprofessional. Just because you see a group of African Americans come in doesn’t mean we’ve come to cause trouble. We’re all working professionals, youth leaders in our church, actors and counselors there is no reason at all for us to be treated indifferently. The year 2020 is almost here why is there still such ignorance? Haagen-Dazs do better please, you’re bigger than this.

Ice cream was OK. Got little attitude from one of the girls. We still had good ice cream here. Will I return here? Probably will if I am in the neighborhood.

The ice cream is amazing, of course, its Haagen Dazs. This location, when I was there last, had some young guys who were working there that were pretty friendly. During the daytime hours, there can be some women working who are known for not being the friendliest. I know other people who come to this location and they have all agreed on this also. The cakes are really good! If Faisal still works here, he is the BEST, serves with a smile on his face and is really great.

The ice cream speaks for itself. The scoop on the other hand was less than desired. Served in a clear smaller than usual cup, not even a full scoop. The ice cream was smashed down into the cup and never rose above the rim.My sister said I should have refused it and walked out, I couldnt. I decided to share my experience instead. I regret not taking a picture to share. I wont ever go back.

Good ice cream, good service, very small store. The only place to sit is a bench with room for 4 people.

Its hard to imagine the words bad and ice cream appearing in the same sentence but here they are. This is my neighborhood place. Its around the block so I go regularly enough to say that their ice cream regularly misses the mark. It lacks taste. The mint chip tonight had neither chips nor much taste of mint. The butter pecan was basically vanilla with pecans in it. And this goes for the rest of their flavors. Were living in a town where genuine Italian Gelato is available - GROM and Amorino - theres no excuse for vapid flavors like this. From now on Ill walk the few extra blocks.

Staff is either very friendly and gregarious, or very short and annoyed to be working there. Usually the former. Ice cream is delicious. Havent tried the ice cream, although i wanted. But i got into the store and couldnt see anyone. I moded towards the back and saw a woman doing some paperwork, which then asked me to wait (shouldnt she have greeted me as soon as i entered?). Then i waited for 5 minutes and then realized that she her paperwork was more important than selling me ice crean

Good ice cream as Haagen Dasz typically is, but $5.25 for 1 scoop is kind of ridiculous.

They unpredictably close hours earlier than posted times, a nuisance on weekends. Sign in the window says 1AM Fri-Sat, online says 12AM, but doors locked at 11:30 PM with employees unresponsive inside. They dont care about inconveniencing the customer, unforgivable!

TWICE this week they were closed 15-20 mins before the hours listed. Not ok.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Last night, 07/28/2018, 9:00 pm, I was with my family there. We were visiting New York and deciding to enjoy one of our favorites ice cream Häagen-Dazs. I ordered and employee who took the order misunderstood what I wanted. At the time I paid and looked at my order, I told cashier that they made a mistake and asked if it was possible to fix it. He started to yield to me and said it was my fault and did not care if I talk to his manager about this issue. Then He returned my money back. He was unrespectful, rude and uncourteous. Some customers behind me left the place. This was a terrible experience.

Ice cream is always delicious. Prices are me h and its a tiny space.

Saturday night, we get to the door at 11 30 and they wouldn’t open the door . We tapped the glass and asked what time they close, he rudely says 11 from inside. The time of closing on the door read 12 am. Strange but whatever! Ben and Jerry’s it is! Please get it together.

Went for Oreo shake and it wasnt good compared to Burger King or Baskin Robbins
