I had the cupcake flavored ice cream. My son had the Cookie Monster shake. Happy with the product. I don’t understand the raving staff reviews. They looked unhappy and irritated. A little impatient. They expect you to know what you want as soon as you walk in the door.

Nice find on the island. In general Manhattan features a somewhat bland offering of chain ice cream parlors from Hagen Daazs to Ben and Jerry’s to Baskin Robbins. Depending on your level of desperation and ice cream preferences, any one of those might do in a pinch. But they are not destinations.Dubl Twister is worth a trip if your on the upper east side. Homemade hard ice cream. Traditional recipe and flavor profile. More mild, less sweet than richer counterparts.I recommend against a milkshake as it’s my instinct the flavor is not strong enough to handle a dilution of milk.The chocolate reminds me of U-Bets. The coffee is “light and sweet.” The mint chip leans more peppermint than spearmint.Service at the counter is pleasant.Enjoy!

You should probably list the flavors you have if you want people to order on seamless.

Lovely smooth flavorful ice cream

Excellent ice cream with the flavor of real milk and ingredients and the texture of old Fashioned Ice Cream. Every lick is a joy! The staff are exceptionally kind and will let you sample flavors. They also have an espresso machine and some breakfast pastries. Prices are good, too!

I have been to the other locations in CT and they’re outstanding, the place is clean and the owners are very welcoming the staff is caring and very helpful.Once again very very happy you guys are here wish you all the best, what a treat for me and my family.
