Not bad not great. It’s 7th floor in Macy’s. The woman who worked there was nice and pleasant and quick. But I’m used to the hot fudge sundaes at Clinton street baking company. Where they pour the fudge in the cup first. Then the ice cream, then more hot fudge. The lid also didn’t fit. So I lost a bunch of the hot fudge see pic :-(. Ice cream was good. Soft serve.
The ice cream here is some of the best in the city. Very creamy and tasty. The service might be poor and slow as their staff is combined with the pretzel shop, but based on the ice cream alone it is easy five stars.
Love the ice cream but very expensive when you have 4 kids.they need to lower the price I this place spending 50 dollars on ice cream is kind of rediclous sorry to say I wont be going back to Carvel any time to soon I will be going to key food for a gallon of ice cream for 2.50 !!
My ice cream cone was delicious 🍦❤️
Short staffed but the ice cream was still good
I dont remember going to Carver
Who would say no to Carvel
Don’t EVER order from this Carvel!! They are complete crooks!! I just ordered a $50.00+ ice cream cake from them, and they suddenly canceled my order and haven’t explained why or returned my money. When you call their number you don’t get a human, you get an Auntie Anne’s voicemail which immediately hangs up. I’m convinced they’re conning others out of their money as well and this way they feel they can’t be held accountable. I’m reporting them to the BBB and the police/District Attorneys office for frauds and corruption. Consider yourself warned.
Good service
