Got my moms lamp repaired here today. Such nice people and they fixed my lamp so fast! The store looks to have every hardware item you could possibly need and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood business.

Every time I go in here the staff is so helpful in getting me exactly what I need to do the various home improvements Im working on. They always take the extra time to make sure I have the proper tools and to provide guidance. They’re also way much more knowledgeable than when you go into a large department store like Home Depot, etc. Cant recommend them enough!

This is the best hardware store on the upper east side. Its not a very big store but in true Manhattan style, they seem to have everything. What sets this store apart from the others, however, is the exceptional customer service. If you visit this store, I guarantee that you will be greeted right away by a knowledgeable and helpful employee. I love this place!

I concur that you cant find nicer guys. Store manager Yuri is the best, Sarah as well is a ray of sunshine whenever you walk in. Not to mention owner Frank whos wonderful. Theyre not satisfied until theyve provided the help needed. Product variety for all home repair and cleaning needs are extensive and for sure if they dont have it, they will get it for you. Convenient, reliable, friendly, cant ask for more. Thumbs way up!!

Very good place to print. they do not charge you like other places in town. in UPS/staples to print 1 or 2 pages you will have to buy computer time. (3$ min).in here, you can just give a USB stick or send email and they will print:25c per b/w (1$ min), 75c per color (2$ min).if you do want computer time - its 2$ min (vs 3$ in other places)the people are nice, and there are 2 computers you can use if you need.

First of all the store is much bigger on the inside that you would imagine. Dont be put off by the small storefront. Inside is pretty much everything you need for small at home projects. Everyone there is super helpful and assisted in running through a bunch of different ways I could make my project come to life. Fantastic service!

I adore this place. The employees are helpful and it has anything you need for repairing or replacing. They even cut keys.

I had a basic emergency with an art piece of mine today and they helped work a miracle for me! Im very retarded when it comes to tools and being handy but they were very helpful and kind to me :) very sweet and the fact that they r all very cute/great sense of humor is a plus! Thx

Been my go-to hardware store since we moved in around the corner. Its got all the necessary basics and a really helpful staff who quickly find what you need.

It’s a trap don’t do it… They don’t put prices on any merchandise and their prices are sometimes twice as expensive as any other store. Deceptive business practices!

Go to hardware store. Upon entering the staff always ask if they can help me find what I am seeking. The prices are a little more than normal but hey it is Manhattan. I continue to shop here.
