Sometimes you have to wait for service, and the store is pretty small, but everything works and the staff listens to your needs. Ive gotten keys made here quickly and cheaply (and they worked!). Ive also purchased screws for a project — the staff grinded down the screw heads to my specifications with no upcharge. Ill keep coming back.

A small hardware store nearest me. I like that each time I go the employees answer all my questions regardless how simple or basic it is without making me feel foolish for asking.

The personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and offer helpful advice to further assist you. Even if you may be confused about what you actually need to purchase, they will listen to what you want done, and will then honestly direct you to the items that you will need for your project. No project is too big or too small for them. And they treat you just as nice if you are in the store just to buy a few screws as they treat someone who is spending a few hundred bucks. They have a very thoughtful selection of everything you need for your apartment. I have received excellent customer service every time I have been in- help finding tools, getting down hard to reach items and one time I only had my card on me and the Allen wrench I needed was only going to cost 75 cents. The shopkeeper told me to come back the next day with the money and let me take the wrench right then. Trusting, helpful and well stocked. So glad these guys are right aprons the corner from me!

I only gave them one star because I had to. I have been going to this place for 9 years. Not anymore. I went in to have a key set made. I handed them the key and 2 cards to make a new key. I told them I didnt know which card it was and to please help me figure it out. They made the wrong key. And then lied about the fact that I had asked them to help me figure out which key I needed. And on top of it, they held my other keys hostage while they wrung up the key they made a mistake on. Instead of being courteous to a long time customer, they lost one over $7.

The place is clean the staff is nice and helpful and I was in and out of there in like 5 minutes

I live in the neighborhood and whenever we have problems like with pipes, keys, plumbing, you name it, these guys are always available, super helpful and have always gone the extra mile. We are really lucky to have such a great store with wonderful people just around the corner.

No store sign about no exchanges. Only signs for no refunds. Bad business for the community. Save money and spend at a reasonable store. Customer service is non existent to certain people as well.

This store needs some competition. They have no customer service and run a purely transactional business. I have been shopping there for a few years, but they are still sticklers for their return policies.The worst of all is that, when they dont carry an item, THEY WILL GIVE YOU MISINFORMATION, rather than refer you to a competitor. I was sent to Staples to look for a peg board!
