Although their designs are nice, the handles for their faucet do not hold in place. I had 2 plumbers take a look. Both of them couldnt do it. I believe its a design flaw. Rather than design, the item must first be functional. I cant have a plumber living with me full time to tighten the faucets.

Terrible team. Horrible customer service. Caused a $2000 overspend. Terrible product support team - you follow their advice and recs but all turn out to be lies. Verbally abused and lied to. Not interested unless you’re rich enough. Avoid like the plague - Rosie the manager is the epitome of awful.

The sales lady was really patient and sweet. I was able to see the brass color in person and got other amazing ideas.
