To whom this information may interest. I Recently went to this Morton Williams location (15 West End Ave, New York, NY 10023) since I live pretty much next door. I went in to see if you had an item I wanted to buy. Unfortunately your store didn’t have it. As i was leaving, a retailer named Kelly approached me saying “Do you want to pay for what you took?” in an aggressive tone as if I was stealing something. I stopped and I went back to her to explain that I did not take anything from there and I never will take anything unless I pay for it. I felt very embarrassed and offended. It was clear that she accused me of stealing something when in reality that was not the case at all. I even spoke to the manager on duty named Fabiola and she told me that she was going to address the matter to Kelly since she understood the disrespectful way that Kelly conducted herself toward me. However today I went to the store and the retailer named Kelly kept giving me attitude. The incident occurred on September 23, 2021somewhere between 10:30pm-11:45pm.Respectfully,J. Luis Borges

Katelin the cashier with the orange hair is the most rude and disgusting cashier I have encountered in my three years shopping here. She flung my bouillon cubes, stopped scanning my groceries so she could pick dirt from under her nails. Yuck! I approached polite and recieved no response yet the Caucasian shopper was greeted and with lots of enthusiasm. This was the worst experience ever from a new person working at the register. Please reprimand that behavior. Next time I wont be so polite about it. 10/18/21 7;30pm

Ridiculous employees that don’t know how to process a refund and even more ridiculous they display wrong shelf stickers for items and at checkout surprise. The manager acts like she’s doing you a favor by adjusting the price after you bought an item with the wrong advertised shelf pricing compared to checkout pricing. Fire the manager and it’s not rocket science to learn how to put proper shelf prices and even easier to provide proper customer service after knowing it’s YOUR mistake.

When I have time to kill i wonder grocery stores. This one did not disappoint. Lots of unique items. Cool layout. Fair prices for where you are.

Overpriced - which I can suffer in the name of convenience - BUT THE CHECKOUT SYSTEM IS THE WORST!!! They only have 3 registers and the rarely have more than 2 operating. I’m writing this review in the line for the ONLY register open right now. 15 minutes in the line so far and counting. Please spend the money and have the other two registers open. Is there even a manager at this place?

Its nice for groceries, and you can find your daily necessities. There are flowers too.

Spacious aisles. Wide selection across the board. Easy self checkout.Excellent value for prepared foods. Plenty of gluten and dairy free items as well.

Clean and organized. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Store is bigger than what it seems and a lot of different kinds of food to buy.If you need toiletries they have them or you want to get flowers for your special someone they have a variety of flowers.

I was wondering how long it would take for this shop to turn as dirty and gross as the one on 59th and 9th. There are flies circling the produce and people are walking around with their dogs in the store. Highly overpriced too. A shame the neighborhood cannot maintain a clean and affordable grocery store.

Not a bad place or a great place but there was some water spillage on the floor that wasnt cleaned up it seems even though it was big. But besides that they are a good place

This is the better Morton Williams in the neighborhood. The one on Columbus and 58 is a bit of an overcrowded dump. But I get pretty good fruit and ready made meals from both of them.

Its stocked with lots of things from snacks across the world to a variety of spices and fruits and vegetables, You can also get yourself a quick lunch there too

Clean and fresh stock. The butchers are very helpful and friendly.

Four stars only because they dont have any Hispanic brands beyond Goya and the prices are a bit more than western beef. The service is way better though. The staff is so pleasant and everything is fresh

New store, so no old smells. Very nice variety of pastry, sweets and beers.Pricey, however you can find some items priced amazingly low. Lot of items on sale that somehow are not entered in the computer system, at the cash registers show regular price. Staff is disorganized. Many times 3-4 employees in cash register area but only 1 working.UPDATE. After todays visit dropping one more star. Again, self service cash register area ... registers dont scan items, nobody cares to help, J. - floor manager seems annoyed that she has to help another customer...

Its a nice clean supermarket but their prices is too high

Im always trying to prepare new dishes and I have yet to get to this supermarket and cant find exactly what I need. Over at the deli you can find a crowd of loyals, on any given day, patiently waiting to order from the wonderful and limitless selection of fresh food and meats, prepared daily.S/B... I made world renown Chef (and my She~Ro) Alex Guarnaschellis Stuffed Peppers for my moms 85th birthday and because MW had all the ingredients I needed, they came out PERFECT and were to die for delicious: )

Great store! Slightly high prices!

It’s pricey, and now with Western beef and Hudson market being permanently closed they are the only grocery store in a few blocks radius. Selection is good, everything is always fresh. Just wish they’d bring the prices down a notch.

Over time this location has gotten better. The staff is friendlier the selection has increased and for a busy location shelves are stocked for the most part on a regular basis. There is still room for improvement. Pricing on some items similar in other stores particularly produce is higher than other locations.

Fresh produce, meats and seafood. Place had great hours and is clean as a whistle.

Great selection of products. However there is a bit of to many customers allow in with pets, for a business thats sells food Im not keen on seeing so many pets with fur around those products.

Support the local market, this location has ample amount of space for shopping during COVID, self check out options too. The hot bar is open again (wear the provide glooves), prepared food dishes for lunch, dinner, custom salad bar, and sushi. Nice overall selection of goods with some cooking hardware available.

BEYOND BURGERS ARE LIKE $11.99 OR SO, AND $4.99 IN WHOLE FOODS .. I LIKE THE BUFFET WITH FRESH HOME COOKED FOOD AND FRESH SALAD BAR. AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE FRESH SUSHI, BUT REGULAR GROCERIES ARE SOMETIMES MORE THN DOUBLE THE PRICE THEY SHOULD BE ..

Some cashiers here are extremely rude. Never going back here again. They make me feel like I’m getting the stuff for for free. Speaking of that, Some of their items priced at double the prices I can get from Amazon fresh or Whole Foods.

Nice Supermarket but lots of disorganization at registers at back of store. Associates should smile a little more and should be saying thank you for shopping with us.Most of them are rude and say nothing.I blame management. Retraining will help.

Well it is a very nice store and clean but some of the prices on things are very expensive my first visit was when covid started 2020 and I came across a price for a gal of milk was $11.99 I didnt need milk that bad because the bodega s in neighborhood price is 4.69 they have since reduced the price on that but they know how to gouge a persons pocket
