Before anything else, I would like to extend my warm thanks to my lovely friend for telling me about this coffee shop! Youre really the best! Knowing that this brilliant coffee shop exists made me giddy with excitement! You can never blame me for being a coffee-lover! Everything that was offered by them on their menus looked great and delicious! Thanks for your great service, guys! Ill definitely be a regular customer!
Breakfast here was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Also, the mid-morning cakes and coffee were yummy. The staff work well and cant do enough for their customers. I was having a good and perfect day with you guys with your foods and the way you entertain me. It was a perfect day to give you a big THANK YOU. Till next time!
Such a cute little spot for gaming. It was super convenient for me because I went to high school across the street. It was a great place to pass the time. Cant wait to come back.
Havent been here in awhile but love spending time here even tho I have a pc at home, love the atmosphere and having people around to play with. Made some friends here to play with. Friendly and nice environment to be in. Only $5 an hour to play pretty much the most popular games. They have drinks & food as well. Accessories, anime collections and other collectibles.
Where else will I go so my gamers can play while visiting New York? Waypoint has everything to make you comfortable while enjoying some times with your friends.
Never went here but thank God I live in NYC cant wait to check it out 😊
I went to the NYXL watch party organized by the 5 Deadly Venoms guys, so my review isnt really about the place as an internet cafe (since I didnt sit down on any of their computers to play games or anything like that), but as a spot for an e-sports watch party. And it was absolutely fantastic for that, Waypoint was totally on board with the watch party and had no problems with us NYXL fans making a LOT of noise rooting for the team while playing the game. The prices are quite low for Manhattan, and the strawberry lemonade and chocolate muffin I had were very good. My only negative is that it seemed like food was being fried right behind the counter, and the smell was quite strong and noticeable for a few minutes. Mind you, it smelled delicious and actually made me hungrier, but if you dislike the aroma of fried food it would have been bothersome. And it was just the smell, there was no grease in the air or the floor (which was spotless, as was the rest of the cafe).
Excellent service, best deal is 20$ for 5 hours, I try to aim for the corner units for the extra roo.. great for an afternoon of pounding out quests on Destiny 2!
Great environment, the staff are friendly and helpful and the cinnamon rolls are really good! I go there for pc gaming and if awesome to get a hot coffee and snack while in playing. They will even bring your order to the computer area if you are in game. I love it there, 100% recommended.
A very nice place to go to. But be careful not to become gaming addict. 😂P. SAddiction is not limited to Alcoholic beverages, drugs and tobacco. It also entails Gaming
Amazing Im happy that they are back and running
One of the best gaming cafes Ive been to! Great sets and in-game bonuses for players. Also a great location for in-house events.
A nice gaming spot, nicest place Ive found amidst the current pandy. They close at 6pm tho:
Small but the community and people here definitely make the place home. If youre in the city and need a computer to play games, stream, or even just to get some work done, definitely swing by and grab a cup of their various specialty drinks.Waypoint has also participated some amazing charity initiatives and the staff are beyond friendly. If you stop in, tell the Battle Brothers, I sent you!
Nice clean computer cafeVery Affordable prices per hour
I went here last night, and the impression I left with was this place is so cool. Not only was everyone playing smash as you walk in, but the staff was just incredibly friendly and had great customer service. It felt like I came to their house and they were a great host. The dude who doesnt know how to make grilled cheeses (sorry I didnt ask for a name!!)
Great systems and collection of games. Great professional staff. Great price.Enjoyed my time very much and would 100% recommend this place.
This is my favorite place to spend my free time. The machines are well kept, fast and the high speed connections enable great online gaming. The staff are courteous and the food is very good, especially the cookies. Their pricing is very affordable and the more you put down the more hours you get. They also stay with you so no need to feel pressure to use up what you purchased in 1 sitting. I definitely recommend following on social media as they do have events so you may not be able to get a machine if its reserved for a tourney.
Amazing coffee!! One of the best Ive had in NYC
This is a great place. They have food, drinks, and lots of computers with pretty new hardware that runs everything quite well. You can also rent a headset (for free) you just have to let them hold onto your drivers license. Very inexpensive prices for computer usage as well.
Love spending time here when I can. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with great computers that made playing some of my favorite games incredibly enjoyable without any lag. Sometimes I lose track of time in here too so if youre a gamer like me, Id recommend investing in some of their higher packages to save some money and get more play time for your buck.
One of the best gaming cafes Ive been to! Great sets and in-game bonuses for players. Also a great location for in-house events.
Very Good games and PCs. Has good food and good customer service. The staff is very nice and eager to help. I also like how making an account at the cafe carries over any time you have left to the next time you go there. I highly recommend . Also, the Essex street and Bowery subway stations are close,(Less than 10 min away). Tournaments are held there every once in a while so it can get a little crowded at times so I recommend going there weekdays,( but definitely not on Sundays!) .
My time here has been, alright. The staff can be terse with you and the PC area can run a little toasty (was starting to sweat). The equipment was dusty and dirty and the stations/tables have seen better years. They dont seem to have a Steam cache server either as my request for an install was declined due to how busy it was. The clientele also makes you believe that some gaming stereotypes are still true.
Extremely welcoming and plenty of PCs so never had to wait to play even at peak times. Vibrant atmosphere. Overall great experience, would recommend.
Let me just say that I absolutely love Waypoint. The staff there is always very kind and ready to help should an issue arise. The only issue is how crowded it tends to get as the afternoon progresses - if you do want to grab a computer, come as close to opening as possible beforehand.
I love this place.I had an amazing time there. Awesome staff. Wicked vibes. Dope interior. The raging from randoms was hilarious.Shout out to Ryan:Hands down, The best bloke in New York city!
Had a blast in this place with a friend, but even though you payed to play the games some are unplayable because you need to sign in (blizzard or steam games) to play and some require to purchase them. Maybe I did not know of another account i can try and play on that they can provide but luckily my friend had two accounts so i can play somethings with him. Overall tho great hang out for friends and even meet new ones. (ps pc games are not the only things that you can play, they had a switch and possibly more up front)
Friendly staff, I enjoyed the smooth jazz music they played and the great prices on everything, especially renting time on the computers. Sadly my positive notes end there. The bathroom is really gross and (I know its not the staffs fault) but the clientele smell. I wish people would try and elevate above the gamer stereotype but sadly its smelly and full of axe body spray. Also the keyboards are very dusty and the tables/chairs up front could use some replacement, theyre pretty beat up and broken. One table had a bad top if you so much as rest on it. I wouldnt rest my coffee on it. Over all I wish a little more pride was put into the cleanliness. Small fixes could go a long way to make this place 5 stars.I give it 3/5.

Great place, always clean, great computers and the guys are awesome .I’ve been here a lot of times and love it .2 things that i don’t like, it closes to early on weekdays (10 pm), and they don’t let you have any outside food or drinks .The food understandable, but drinks ? I’m coming here to play for 4 hours 3-4 times a week and i can’t enjoy a drink that you don’t make while playing ? But overall its a cool place
Great for online gaming and chilling with great friends. Just absolutely loved this place. Would love to come again and again for sure
Very chill vibe and cozy environment! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! Would definitely recommend to any gamer who wants to get away from home to chill and relax here. The coffee and pastries were great too! Pricing is extremely reasonable . Definitely paying a trip back soon.
Need update their times ?!!!

All around great place. Have made good friends there over the 1 year I was there...
Clean, friendly, and modern. I found everything i needed for my PC gaming needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their iced coffee is tasty as well. I also got to play a couple games with another player that sat a couple seats down from me, so that was cool! The pricing seems fair considering all of the above.
This cafe is filled with toxic people. The workers are loyal and everything but if you want to meet friends people are pretty much toxic. The workers even allow some people get computer time for free and that’s unfair. If you’re broke ok but many other people are financially struggling the cafe should stick with charging everyone.
My brother and I coming here all the time to play Age of Empires. It reminds us of our childhood. Hahaha The set ups are sick and very comfortable. It’s cool you can also order a coffee/water in the same space as well.
This is a safe, fun place with a good vibe. This other one I went to, Alien Gang, is dirty and sketchy, and they threatened to call the police on me, made me leave without all my time being used. The workers there are nasty. I would rather go to Waypoint where the workers are sane and considerate. Just avoid Alien Gang - it is a disgusting nasty place where theyll cheat you. That place shouldnt exist!
The folks here learn your name and preferences quickly. Walking in here as a regular is one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Video games, Death Wish coffee and amazing food make this place like a home.
Love coming here after work to play some games for a few hours. Great atmosphere and good computers and monitors
Amazingly friendly environment & staff. I love this place, a great place to play games, make friends, and just laugh if you’re having a bad day. This place is always considered my happy place :D
Always a great place to visit. Love the workers and staff forever people that always make my day better whenever i visit. Be it by making jokes or simply greeting me warmly!
I love coming here. Great staff, computers, games, food, and community. They also have great events like OWL showings. Waypoint really filled a big need within the gaming community here in NYC, and theyre only getting bigger. Congratulations on being showcased by the Overwatch League, you deserve it!
Decided to check this place out after some of my gaming friends came into town and we wanted to play some Overwatch. Previously, we checked out a different Gaming Cafe in Jersey that blew away our expectations. My friends and I walked in with high expectations and left disappointed after requesting a partial refund for not staying as long as originally planned.Waypoint Cafe is warm and cozy, LED lit computer cases line the top of cubicles, gaming chairs, headsets, keyboards and mice all await you. Once you sit down you realize how low quality the peripherals are.The seats are probably the cheapest option you can find on the market for gaming chairs- very little configuration options for the armrest. The WORST part is the fact the chair height adjustment does not align with how high the cubicles are. This makes sitting properly extremely difficult, I cannot imagine someone shorter than I being comfortable, let alone be able to game without back or neck pain. The headset quality is low, and my mouse had 2 nonfunctional side buttons. No access to system sound and proprietary peripheral applications limits your ability to fine tune and adjust.Overall all of the complaints I had with Waypoint, were solved at Local Battles in Jersey. I highly suggest taking the trip over the bridge, your back, neck and wrists will thank you.
This gaming spot actually goes above and beyond in terms of kindness and cleanliness. The bathroom is remarkably clean. The offerings in the cafe are diverse and good. The people who run things are kind and welcoming to everyone.
What a great place to visit when youre needing some time away from the house. Game in peace! Great lemonade, so refreshing. I cant wait to go back and try the snacks.
A really cool place to game, good for the NYC local or the visitor parking through. Genuine atmosphere and well-stocked cafe make up for the packed space and gaming stations that are just a little too high. Cant beat the price either!
Mouse pad wasnt great and you can tell the keyboard is very cheap. Some of the workers there were really nice and helpful while one of the workers were plain rude. If u were going to that place bring ur own keyboard, mouse, mouse pad and headset. But if ur going there to play any games like league of legends or non shooter then u should be fine.
Discovered this place was literally right next door to where I stayed. Popped my head in and felt very welcomed. David gave me three low down of the place and I just visited with him, Craig, and Chris. Each were super chill. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a group of gamers to hang out with for the day. Only complaint was they sold bean chips. Ew. Doritos n mountain dew plz
The guy explained to me how the internet cafe works and we talked for a little bit here and there throughout me playing on the PC, one of the best if not the best place with gaming equipment.
Officially my favourite place in the city. Prices are reasonable for top of the line equipment, the staff are incredibly friendly, the regulars are incredibly friendly and the food is very good! Im very happy I found this place! I will be coming here a lot more often.
Fun, a bit tight on space, bit it is Manhattan. Crowded especially if there is a smash tournament, but good prices and lively.
This is just my kind of place; nice delicious meals and an avenue to play computer games, which Im fund of. Great place to chill out especially when you come with your friends
Really nice and clean
Excellent staff at any time of the day. They dont have the wraps anymore, but they have pastries and coffee drinks any time of day. And Bawls. Theyre open to game suggestions to add to their system if they can do it, and the chairs are comfy! Super nice spot to spend time at.
This is a great place to game. The PCs are reasonably speced and the network is great. To top it off, the cafe portion has ample seating and friendly staff make it a chill place to hang and work during the day as well.If youre a gamer who enjoys the chance to socialize or needs a new place to practice or play for a few hours, I highly recommend this spot. If youre not, this place is very inclusive and youll find people of all backgrounds and ages.
The computers are okay. The games load in a bit slower than Im used to, so Im assuming theyre downloaded onto harddrives instead of SSDs. The rates per hour arent bad ($5). Also, I would avoid the discord channel if you see it advertised. I have never seen such a no-fun, toxic, unwelcoming community. The people who work physically at the store seem nice, but all of the admins and some of the members on the channel that attend the store are very rude.
Great place. Very friendly. I come here every Friday to hang with old friends, unwind and just have fun playing games and meering new people. 👍
Do not leave if its busy, it is worth it. fast, efficient, and courteous service. it has a good interior.
Great environment. Closes too early for me on weekdays (10pm) but is really good otherwise. Great people and good equipment.
My favorite hangout place, clean space, great staff and fast PCs and interface. I find their costs to be reasonable and the hours you dont use rollover as you create your own account that you log into when you play. I find the connectivity online to be fast and stable as well.
A real good place to sit and watch games with friends. The staff are really friendly. The hourly cost for the gaming rigs are a fair price as well.
Expensive relative to places outside NYC, but the equipment was good, environment was clean, and the staff was helpful. They even let me install a game they didnt have so I can play it on my steam account; unfortunately the game didnt work but thats just because the game has a lot of bugs. I have not tried their food or drinks so I cant judge on that but they do seem to be good, and other reviewers mentioned they were good. Its not that crowded. A problem Ive noticed this place had was that it closed so early. Back in my home country these gaming cafes would literally be on 24/7 and there would be people playing all the time. Nonetheless it is pretty good as far as gaming cafes go.
WPC is such a great place to either meet new people who share interest with you or just a place to grab a quick coffee and be greeted with a smiling face.
Best pc gaming around, equipment great, staff very friendly and super helpful/generous with their time and attention
Awesome when I walked in.Couldnt believe a inet cafe still existed!
This was really cool to see a cafe, gaming place, it was really warm and the people there are really cool too.
Great place with a great staff. I had a lot fun and the food is delicious 👌
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I had a blast. A great place to hang out and play some games.
Really amazing PCs with a lot of favorites pre-installed. The staff is very down to earth and were great at giving me a tutorial on how to get started playing on my account. The coffees also really good. Will be coming back for sure.
I went to play League of Legends with colleagues. They have all champs with several skins unlocked. The place is a chill hangout place, great hosts. They take reservations for >5. Okayish food but the service more than makes up for that.
Awesome place to relax after a hard day of work school or just want to relax and game. great taste and staff are just awesome people to talk too. i enjoy all my visits here
Great way to meet new people and game! Fair prices and hours for PC and Console players.
Pretty cool place, you can go with friends and play games, they have a booth for streaming, and the prices seem alright.
I went there today to check it out because I had been putting it off for a while (I get busy).Ive never been in a cleaner cafe. I mean, with all the pc gaming rigs in there, they cant afford to let dust pile up. It was so sleek and spotless, especially with how packed it was. There were around 30+ stations to rent and nearly each one was taken. There were also standard cafe tables for hang-out customers or card/small board gaming, and these were full, too!Everyone I talked to was nice, and the mocha was excellent (tasted like they added honey or something similar, and that was honestly delicious). It appeared that they had their own unique launcher for their available games. I would assume thats standard (never been to a net cafe before), and the printed price options were really attractive. Plus, your unused time rolls over and accumulated on your account, so youre never wasting money if you have to leave early.
The menu at Waypoint, a new semi-secret restaurant on the Southold waterfront, has something for everyone. In the summer, my friend and I swooned over the seviche while sitting on the deck. As the weather got more brisk, we returned with another couple. Everyone was delighted with their food. The specialty meatballs were dreamy, the veal chop first rate. The wine list is well chosen, and the desserts were a big hit. The friendly, knowledgeable attention from the owner and waitstaff was both relaxed and poilished. A welcome entry on the list of go-to North Fork dinner spots.
Fun atmosphere. Great selection of games. I just wish they served beer, but I totally get why they dont.
Spend a couple of bucks there and this is by far the best Cyber Cafe i ever went to !
Fun, only interactive if u talk to others? Bring your own stuff not food. Video games unite.
Awesome little cafe. Good atmosphere and the drink I had (the Arthas Hot Chocolate) was really tasty. Highly recommended.
Fun place and friendly people. Played a smash tournament now and it was fun.
Staff was really respectful and nice and everything we wanted was catered for
Honestly an amazing place with even greater employees! Don’t even think twice about going or not. Just go and have a blast!
Great place. Very friendly. I come here every Friday to hang with old friends, unwind and just have fun playing games and meering new people. 👍
Nice cafe for gaming with good value and great location. AC is minimal though and computer freezes like once a session, which is crazy annoying when doing competitive overwatch.
Such a great place perfect space for gamers to co-mingle without losing the idea of being out somewhere and the pastries and drinks are great! Definitely a long time place for me to get my gaming on
Beautiful place, spacious and fitted with high end computers setup with the latest in games and gaming accessories! Plus the convenience of food and coffee you could spend hours gaming with friends.
Cafe has a variety of games set up inside their PC cafes and events weekly. Its friendly and the food are good too
Wonderful place. Love the atmosphere. Locals seem to love it. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Will be going back.
So hard to find some good freakin game cafes and these guys are amazing, super chill and cool bout stuff definitely would give it 5 stars
I go here all the time the staff is super Friendly and very knowledgeable. It is also priced very well. Should definitely go check it out.
People here are SUPER nice. I come here every saturday all the way from New Jersey just for this cafe.
I enjoyed my 1st visit here. The pcs preformed well, the place was clean ands the staff was pleasant. The hourly rates were also very reasonable. Ill be coming back to play more ands watch the Overwatch league matches.
Great place to go have fun play games eat good food have coffee and enjoy time with friends
Awesome atmosphere, all the latest games, lots of regular teams and groups. Extremely clean, and awesome equipment. Staff are all very friendly, and helpful.
