Avoid this place like it had COVID !!!!. There are other repair shops in the area that are similarly priced, that uses higher quality products and have techs with more experience. My review mirrors that of Ray. S. My phone went in for repair and came back with a broken microphone and speaker. The quality of work and customer service just is not there. If you have money to waste then I suggest coming here. If not, take your time to read the reviews and go someplace else. I wish I did. Needless to say, I had to get my device service someplace else due to incompetence.

Took my phone to QUICK REPAIR at the advisement of a T-MOBILE REP. The worst thing I couldve ever done was take my phone to this place. $203 later-After several attempt to fix my phone. (I just had a cracked screen) The young lady was the one that tried to replace my screen. What she actually did was she glued the buttons down. So I couldnt use the phone. I took it back then they changed the whole body of my phone. I couldnt even charge my phone and they insisted they only changed the screen. I had to go back to T-mobile to buy a new phone. $203 down the drain.

Avoid this place !! I took a phone here to get my battery replaced cause it wasnt lasting long enough, the phone worked otherwise. They broke the screen and almost a week later the phone still isnt fixed. Instead of apologizing, they were rude and unhelpful. When they broke it, they said it would be ready the next day. I didnt hear from them for almost a week and when I did show up to pick it up, the phone wouldnt turn on. When I asked if they would replace it since it isnt working at all now and they broke my screen they said we didnt break your screen, we broke our screen whatever that means and declined to replace the phone. No apology or explanation for why the phone isnt working now. I asked if they would reimburse me for the $50 reactivation fee my provider charged me to start up the loaner phone and they said no even though I brought the receipt. I pre-paid and they damaged my phone which was less than a year old. I get that accidents happen but they did nothing to make up for it and I still dont have my phone back. Avoid this place!!!

First .. the guys at the shop are very friendly and nice, that been said, highly incompetent, I ended up paying $200 more than what was intended because of the bad info they gave me several times ..1st time i bought a BOOST line ( avoid at any cost .. got 50+ scam and sales calls per day minimum CAUSE ITS A RECYCLED NO. ) i got the line with a cheap phone at $50 monthly plan that should have switched to $10 dollar plan after the first month as they informed me when i was making the sale .. when i went to switch the plan THE NEXT MONTH, another employee told me that that info his co-worker gave me is incorrect and i have to pay that plan for 3 months not 1 .. at this point getting an iPhone 11 from AT&T was cheaper .. but i was stuck with the number for work purposes .. after 3 months i went again to switch to the $10 plan the same employee this time told me that its again incorrect Info .. the lowest i can go to is $35 cause i got a phone .. the phone was a cheap phone and i would have never bought the whole thing if they told me it would cost $200 + for a boost line and an LG phone.The second time i went .. i bought 2 ULTRA phone lines .. no phone and after i got them i went 3 days later to pay up a balance of $30 .. for the next 12 days both lines were not able to make any calls .. and after i had to got back to see whats wrong .. they discovered they didnt activate the phone cause the guy i paid didnt tell the other guy that the balance was paid.I guess i shouldnt have went back to the same place after i got that much incorrect that cost me that much money and time the first time around .. NEVER AGAIN

Typical bait and switch. I called on the weekend and was told free diagnostic. Upon arrival, they informed me it was $75 and the “policy changed.” Really? From two days ago? They then agreed to lower it to $50. Against my better judgement, I left it with them only to be informed it would be $300 to fix and up to 2 weeks. When pressing them on what the exact issue is, they could not give me a straight answer and simply no power. No explanation on which part is damaged or what needs to be done. I dont think anyone needs to pay $50 for something that obvious. They knew I need this for work and would not have left it if it wasn’t for them convincing me it would be done quickly. I ended up getting a second opinion at St. Marks Place where I was told diagnostic is free. The suprising part is, they informed me this was a faulty cable and would only cost me $85 ($25 for cable and $60 for labor). The job was also complete within an hour. Shame on you! Like similar reviews, this business does not know what they are doing and only cares about taking your money. AVOID BY ALL MEANS.**UPDATE:Nice try Timmy. It was Quick Repair on Avenue A. Short stocky middle eastern gentleman. And no Im not monitoring reviews, I went to leave a great one for the legitimate business on st marks since they did such a wonderful job but instead saw a fake one with my name slandering their page. But thanks for removing it! and please stop scamming people for diagnostics when you have no idea what youre doing. Unethical business. Do not give them your money. You will be disappointed. AVOID!**UPDATE:THE MANAGER TIMMY ACTUALLY CREATED A FAKE ACCOUNT, TOOK MY REVIEW, CHANGED THE LOCATION AND POSTED IT TO THE BUSINESS I WENT TO IN ST MARKS. Friendly staff but sadly when I returned home my phone wasn’t working the same. The sound was off and the coloring of the screen I got replaced was also not working properly. Won’t return and please check your phone for any issues before leaving the store.

I had a very unexpected business trip just when I was a couple of weeks away from replacing my old cell phone. Quick Repair saved the day with a battery change in a couple of hours. Fast, friendly and quality!

I brought my sons iPhone 7 plus with a cracked screen for repair. They quoted about $90, which is reasonable. All other aspects of the phone were working. They returned the phone with a new screen - but as we later discovered, they broke the microphone and speaker. In short - without AirPods, the phone is a brick.We went back once we realized (my son uses AirPods a lot). They quoted $180 to restore the phones speaker and microphone.Rubbish service - DO NOT USE

Walked in, while helping a customer took the time to acknowledge me and see what I needed (cracked screen replaced).Explained to me the cost for repair and I sat down to read my book barely got through a few pages (approx. 15 minutes) my phone was repaired and looking like new. Knowing a thing or two about the field it was sufficent for me to not trust them. I did submit my phone for inspection which took around 5 days out of which no information was garnered that wasnt already known. I would highly recommend you to not give your phone here for any kind of repair.

I am in London. My Galaxy Tab stopped working. I took it to Samsung. No luck. I took it to 4 different experts here in London, including a specialist IT repair service. All of them said it is done. However, someone suggested I look at services in New York. It took a while but I found Quick Repair. I was visiting in New York so I took my Tablet in. Not only did they retrieve the data, they actually got the Tablet up and running in full working order. Amazing. The people there are very friendly, very helpful and very fast. The best service I have had regarding digital technology. Fantastic.

Well not the boss but the worker was so helpful when I was first told a price with a trade by the boss which I waited almost 3 weeks to get this done I gave him my iPhone 6 Plus 64gig and was told by the boss I will need to bring 230. So I can get a iPhone 8plus 64gig then the boss said He made a mistake and he thought I had an iPhone 7 Plus which she looked at but never mind the worker help me and he got me not the iPhone 8 plus but the iPhone 8 thank you for your time and patience
