Walked in for technical support andthe gentleman said he only knows about iphones. I have a motorola edge plus, nonetheless connected with verizon. Most unprofessional, not customer orientated at all. Strictly sales. Its how verizon has gotten in the last year.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They sell outdated phones for the more money than current prices at Apple or legitimate Verizon. They are fast talking. Give misinformation about products--misnaming phones and giving wrong information. They would not honor return policy. Took advantage of problem with disabillity.
Have been very satisfied with the service received at this store. Bought my phone here as well and the Mgr has been very helpful - can’t say enough abt the service and after sales help I received. As a Verizon customer since I got my first phone in 1997 - this store has been the best. I can highly recommend for all us phone users. And I am a big user. 😃
The employees are not transparent about additional / hidden fees. They say what they have to say to get you to switch. Would recommend a different carrier or different location.
Was there today to get a cover and case for my phone after looking in many different places, due to an issue with my phone that made it more complicated. Mark took care of it professionally, with exceptional service!
Even when they dont make money off your issue, they are there to help. Everytime I come here I leave satisfied which is rare when comparing my other retail phone experiences. I go out of my way to come here.
RichGreat Experience with Rich! In fact by far the best experience I’ve had with any Verizon sales agent! Rich not only helped me with an upgrade, which I went in for, but he took time to listen to my husband and I and helped us resolve a device return issue that we were billed for! We are now receiving a $359 credit! Rich also invested time in ensuring my new phone was set up 100% correct and reviewed our billing with us, resulting in a ten dollar a month savings! I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. Zachary was of superb assistance and gave exemplary customer service. This will now be my go to Verizon store. The store is clean, inviting, well staffed and stocked.
A glitch with I Cloud made transferring data to a replacement phone difficult. Stephen assisted me with this. He was competent, efficient and personable. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new phone or service.
Just moved into the neighborhood and was so pleased with the caring customer service I received at the store. Gary was so helpful, he explained all the benefits and offered me some great discounts on my new phone. Very professional staff and I was able to complete everything during my lunch hour.

I called the store, a lovely associate named Alicia picked up, I told her about the problem with my phone and she suggested I come into the store.At the store, she was an amazing help and explained all options with me very clearly before giving me some recommendations. This place is great! Jay helped me have the easiest upgrade experience I’ve ever had and had my new phone with all of my information and storage transferred over in record time. Every upgrade experience I’ve had with Verizon takes a total of 4-5 hours. Jay had everything done for me within the hour. This is the only Verizon location I’ll be going to from now on!

The BEST Verizon store Ive been to! Mark was extremely helpful and made sure I got a restored phone in time for a long international trip. He stayed an hour after closing to transfer the data from my phone and make sure it was working. Worth going out of your way to visit this specific store!
Alicia is one of the most knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and customer service oriented individuals I have encountered in a long while. She seamlessly helped me navigate through a very frustrating insurance claim and miraculously found all of the stored data in my phone that I thought was gone forever! THIS Place absolutely defrauded us and changed our pin without permission. Avoid this disgraceful rip off at all costs. We are making a complaint with the Better Businees Bureau as they are privately owned and Verizon takes no responsibility for their dishonest policies.

The process took some time due to the transfer. But I definitely got ALL my information. In addition, overall, the experience was great. Alícia took care of me the best way she could and her manager Sami placed me on a very affordable price for my sister and I. They were very welcoming and I can definitely tell you that they care about their customers. If you need anything, anything at all, Alicia is your girl! Couldn’t say enough about the customer service at this Verizon location! Both workers in the store were extremely helpful and accommodating.
This is not a Verizon store. It’s operated by an authorized retailer. If you need real answers or supplies from Verizon, avoid this store. Try the one on 3rd Ave. The girl told me the only way to solve my problem was to exchange my iPad. She was unequivocally wrong and even worse, was rude about it when I confronted her with frustration regarding her suggestion to exchange my iPad. What she failed to tell me is that she is an employee of a fake Verizon store.
Verizon @1314 has SUPERB customer service! I worked with Albert who was very helpful and knowledgable. He went as far as keeping the store open for me 2 hours past closing time just to accomadate my needs . If you ever need help with Verizon I would reccomend you go to this location!

I walked into the Verizon store exasperated because my cellphone screen was black and I couldnt access any emails or texts. Worst is I am at71tg and first avenue in Manhattan and I rely on WAZE to bring me back home to Toms River NJ . Darin warmly greeted me and assured me that he would help me. He diagnosed the problem - I needed a new screen. He helped me with the Verizon password and went to work to fix my phone. After 30 minutes he handed me my phone. I am so lucky I walked into this Verizon store and met Darwin. He is kind,caring and professional. I am very grateful to Darwin and for Verizon having such an exceptional employeeThanks a million
I brought into the store( on December 11, 2016) a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. Greeted by a sales person, she plugged it into a device,and stated that I needed a new phone and offered upgrade options. I refused to pay about $300 and called Verizon Wireless Tech support. Dave fixed the phone!
This store is a complete scam, immoral, dishonest, and thiefs. Do not trust them. It is not a real Verizon store.1. They sold my wife a new iPhone 8 that completely stopped working after one month. She lost all her pictures of our newborn baby. The apple store said this was not a new phone.2. They told my father in law that the only way to view his verizon email account was to buy a new iphone. They also changed his verizon account pin on their own and he only found out later when he called verizon after he felt ge was swindled and lied to by them.3. I was working with them to upgrade my phone. This intentionally misquoted my current phones trade in value and kept overstating the price of my current plan to make upgrading seem better. I luckily backed out just before completion .Please save yourself and do not even step foot inside this store. It should be shut down and hopefully will be soon.
They tried to charge me $50 for a new SIM card... SIM cards are free.

Great customer service at this location. When I signed up for new service, I received a free hotspot as part of a deal. I wanted one; however, after receiving it and heading home, I realized that the model they gave me did not actually meet my needs. I went online to check into upgrading it, and I found that since I already had a hotspot, I was not eligible for the discounted rate on the model I wanted. It looked like I was going to be out $150 from the missed discount + additional activation fee. I felt duped, and I should have been more critical of the free hotspot deal they offered. Upon returning to the store, though, they immediately helped me swap the old hotspot for the new model, with the discount included and no additional activation fee.
The staff here were dismissive and totally unhelpful. They have very little grasp of the available plans and are unwilling to take the time to discuss service issues.
Great customer service, I was able to get a new phone that was within my price range with a plan that worked for me, and all in a timely manner!
