Christian is extremely helpful, patient and, professional. His knowledge of the products and services Verizon offers was incredible. He worked with me about a month ago, and remembered small details of our 1st conversation. If that isnt customer service, I dont know what is. He over delivered in everything I was looking for in a plan. I wish every customer service encounter Ive been through was as satisfying and productive as this one.Im glad I came back to Verizon, and Im happy Christian handled my transaction. If not, I may have stayed with the other company.Cristian is a rockstar!!!
Phenomenal Customer Service! Christian went above and beyond more than any store employee I have encountered in any store ever. I inquired with Christian and his colleague Anastasia about an issue I had with a promotional pack in which I never received. This has been a problem more than 3 Verizon customer service representatives were not able to resolve via telephone. The team immediately took my issue into their own hands and did everything possible to resolve it. Christian looks at Customer service with a passion and it clearly shows by the way he handled my situation. Although I dont live in Manhattan I think it will be worth traveling to this store any time I need something. I am extremely appreciative of the way the entire store treated me every time I entered especially Christian, with his expertise and astounding Customer service.
Great service! Shah and Chris helped my mom and I upgrade my phone. I got a new phone and I love it. Also they help me see anything wrong with my account. Go to them!
I went there and activated a prepaid. The worker never told me that my number would be changed and I realized it later. I went all the way back and I was pretty upset. Another worker helped me to resolve the problem and he did not treat me gentle but rather annoying. I wasted about 2 hours to go back to the store and fix the issue. Worst service ever.
If you get the right person working there the experience is great. Otherwise not so great
This store needs help😡 everybody needs training on how to treat customers the right way. We are here to spend our money not to be given bull.....t attitude 😠 Especially the security lady at the door sooooo rude.
Worst service is in this location!, the security woman there need to have a basic training of what is customer service is with all of that attitude and rude behavior! And to stop using her phone during work! Was needing a emergency phone to buy because of lost my phone but that woman acting like she is the manger of the location say to buy online and pick up here with garbage attitude, no wonder why the store was completely empty!
Fast professional service! Thanks.
Very pleasant and helpful but I couldnt get an upgrade better said I would have to pay 1000 bucks for the the phone I really wanted mind you my phone is not even 2 months old. Now thats disappointing
My family and I went into this store on Saturday to purchase two new phones and had a great experience! Our salesman Nelson was efficient and knowledgeable. The store manager Lee helped us a great deal as well. Great customer service!! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our other phones.
Worker “Sammy” there, who greets people when you enter the store turned out an incompetent & unprofessional worker, impatient and with attitude . Very unpleasant experience, and is not the 1st time he gives me attitude. There was another girl there who refused to give me her name and refused to help me because of her own will.Details for those who it concerns:I had a very simple request to refill my data and I was sent by Sammy to the machine to refill it - but the machine doesn’t refill data, only the monthly balance. So I come again to Sammy ask for help - and he says “just press “the refill” - but again I try and of course it doesn’t work since it ONLY works for monthly balance refill - NOT data, so I ask for 3rd time him for help and he goes all impatient and pissed off as if I ask him something very hard. I tell him to be patient and he tells me that he’s not gonna help me if I talk to him like that, and goes back to another customer. Is that the kind of a treatment a 4 year Verizon customer should get?? And then the girl who works told that she’s also not gonna help me because she’s gonna be an asshole to me as she assumed I was an asshole to this Sammy! you need help from us? well we are not gonna help if youre not gonna be nice what she says. And here I am just trying to refill freaking data which I cannot do on my phone because Verizon app is broken to even begin with.I later go to take a picture of Sammy’s name and he slams my phone saying I cannot do that ???I can’t believe the workers can be taking such independence and basically spitting in customers face. Very unpleasant experience, I would advise to replace or downgrade the employees. Verizon -don’t make your reputation go down because of low class people like that working for you.
Walked into the store on a rainy Sunday afternoon. There were two groups of customers purchasing upgrades and 4 sales associates. Perhaps one was the greeter who was slumped over the entry display playing on her phone. I wish I photographed it.I was hoping to talk to someone knowledgeable about Android vs iOS. As a Google fan boy and old Apple fan boy, I was torn to go back to iPhone after a lack luster pixel launch. But no one talked to me. No one treated me. I everyone was kind of busy doing nothing and I kept looking around hopeful for an associate to do their job. After playing around on the Pixel 4XL on display and looking at the cases and going back and forth. I left the store after perhaps 15/20 minutes without saying a word to anyone.Verizon is known for premium cost but this was justified by how they used to set the bar for network and service. Its sad to see both of these going down the pipes in comparison to their competitors.
A large corporate store with a nice variety of phones. Went during off hours so their wasnt a wait for service. Felt a bit pressured to upgrade my plan. Think Ill shop Best Buy or Amazon.
While traveling in NYC I busted my iPhone and stopped by to replace it with a new phone. Not a problem. I got great help and was out the door to set it up. 5 stars.Unfortunately the phone wasnt complying with the setup, (later found out this was due to poor wifi in my hotel.) The next day I stopped in to get assistance with the setup. This is when I met Sammy. I left shortly after the meeting without getting the assistance I was looking for. In fact I dont think he was looking to provide much assistance to anyone. Even though I had just spent hundreds of dollars on a new phone and upgraded my contract the day before, he directed me to the Apple Store without looking at my phone or offering to answer any questions. The only suggestions he gave was to walk down the street to the Apple Store or to fetch my box and return the phone to Verizon. Within 30 seconds at the Apple Store my phone was in service. I guarantee if I had that experience before I bought the phone and contract, I would have switch carriers without a second thought.
Back in July I switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless and was promised a $200 rebate debit card. Go to verizinwireless/switch to claim, were the instruction from sales person by the name Sammy. That site did not recognize my purchase made the day before, so I contacted Sammy who then told not to worry about it cause I took care of it for you. Needless to say I have not received the rebate, 6 months later. Now Sammy does not remember and tells me to take it up with the rebate center.... Rebate center tells me they will investigate.... and are now telling me to go back to the store. The store telling me to contact the rebate center. Rebate center is telling me to call Verizon support....
Had an incredible experience working with this store to handle my phone upgrade recently. Very friendly staff, very attentive technicians and an overall enjoyable environment. Cesar was especially helpful, and ensured I was receiving the best deals available. He brought to my attention an employer-based discount that I wasnt aware of, and went out of his way to make sure my devices were setup and usable before I left work that day. Will definitely be returning here for future Verizon needs!
I just left this store. I was desperate--traveling far from home and totally reliant on my OLD cell for phone +++ but had hesitated, because I had read some negative reviews. What a surprise! Lee the manager met me and fiddled with it for some time and got it going. Yes, of course I definitely need a.new cell, but want my small town store...and he understood completely. No hard sell or charge.
Ive been in this store many times. The last time I was having difficulties with my tablet. They helped me with the issues and introduced me to the new tablets. My tablet (Ellipses 7) constantly had issues however or was NOT Verizons fault. I purchased a Samsung 10 and Im very happy with it.
Walked in looking for 2 travel sims. Not only did this get sorted but were given some ‘local suggestions’ on where to visit during our stay.Fantastic customer service!
I did my best to avoid using this store. When I’d entered previously to upgrade my phone, the staff member was so rude that I ultimately made up an excuse to leave. She tried to up sell me continuously. Given this past experience I’m convinced the entire store consists of former used car salesmen. This past time I entered with no choice but to upgrade my phone, and the staff member pushed a “great iPad deal” on me. After refusing several times explaining that “I don’t need it” and “it’s not even my account” the staff member informed me that if I pay 60 up front there will be no monthly charge appearing on the bill. Needless to say, given the star rating I’ve left, that was not the case. I presumed my concerns would be taken seriously when voiced and that my initial protestations of “no” would be considered. They were not. Avoid this store.
First of all, I tried to pickup the SIM card I ordered online and at least I got it without paying anything plus to the fee I paid online in advance. First, the staff served me either doesn’t know the plan that his employer has clearly or he pretended to be so. Second, he did try his best to mass up my mind and try to find any flaw during that to let me buy something that I don’t really need to buy. I thank you, but no thanks.
The customer service person who helped was rude and completely disinterested in answering any questions I had. Then he walked away before I could even clarify his responses to a few questions. Only received help for 1 minute. If youre not buying from them, they dont seem to care.Update: I came back the next day and they were even worse. They were combattive answering any questions I had, and stared at me as I asked 2 simple questions. The customer is clearly not always right for Verizon.
This is your typical corporate mobile carrier experience. As soon as you walk through the doors, the representative will be there to convince you to make an accessory purchase, change your plan, or add a line. Other than the typical and troubling consumer experience, this store is spacious, easy to move around, and has a separate help desk location on the lower level.
Big nice store but staff not very friendly or knowledgeable. Had to file a complaint and went to a different location.
This is the second Time I putting in a review just like the last Persons post was deleted as was mine. Long story short I was lied to About my broken device being uninsured forced to upgrade another line Because of the information that I was given at their store. It wasnt a tell 3 weeks later that I found out that I had insurance on my line the whole time. They told they would take back the phone which is OK unfortunately I couldnt get back there For a few weeks because I had to wait for insurance and life circumstances to be able to return the device. When I was able to return the phone They said they wouldnt take it back and also claimed it was abused, Which it wasnt it because I had it in a case that I had bought that day! Yes was there a scratch or 2 on the screen protector that the S10 comes with yes Ill give him that, However I wouldnt have had that phone if it wasnt for his associate lying to me in the 1st place. Anyway I will keep posting this review every time it gets deleted But it also kind of makes you wonder why theyre so many bad reviews of this place anyway. Just goes to show when you do the wrong thing Karma eventually catches up with you. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this store. Nothing but liars and thieves.
Ive had pretty negative experiences at lots of Verizon stores, but overall this one is the best one Ive had in the City. They are SLOW, to be sure, but the tech support folks seem to actually know their stuff, are generally friendly, and are willing to keep helping until your issue is resolved rather than rushing you out the door. Ive even had people stay after closing if they have not resolved my issue, which I appreciate. My threshold might be low, but I think this might be the best VZ Wireless store in the City.
No point to go anywhere else. RJ the manager here is the best
Mike was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to figure out and solve the issue. Great service and thanks again!!
I had a really good experience here recently! I lost my new phone and brought my old one in and a young man helped me activate it and showed me how to change out my SIM card in case I found my other phone. Everyone was nice and helpful.
I came in to buy a new phone, but the salesperson explained why it made sense to wait a few months for the new flagship phones. I feel like most places, theyd just go for an easy sale instead of thinking of whats best for the customer.
The low ratings are really misleading! After having spent several uneventful hours on the phone with Verizons Customer Support team I finally called the store directly hoping for support. I received complete reassurance and support from the in-store team. A special shout-out to Brie - the store agent who ensured that the issues were promptly addressed. Very satisfied! and will definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area.
Ive never actually been to this store, but apparently Abigail decided to either forego vetting someones credentials or just hooked her friends up with almost $4k of merchandise on our account. Fraud claim filed and identify theft charges will be sought after.
Worst people work at this place customer service is terrible I bought a brand-new iPhone 7 from them and when I open the package it had fingerprints all over the phone so they sold me a used phone as new. Dont waste your time just go to the Apple Store and get your phone much better service customer service and less wait time. This particular store is just a complete waste of your time
I bought new iphone from here. While I try to reinstall my apps, there are some problems with my iCloud account, which even frozen my machine. Thanks to Jannifer and Karen, two amazing staff, they help me solve all of the problems. Appreciate for their time and patience.
Just walked out of the store 5 minutes ago. I was the only customer in the store, yet the sales clerk couldnt be bothered. She was the laziest clerk Ive seen, and rude as well. Im walking to a different Verizon store hoping to get some help
The clerk described a payment plan with me and my mother as we were both buying new phones. We discussed buying one phone ought right and the other on the monthly plan. All accessories were also bought in store with cash. Instead of following this sale he designed for us... he used the payment my mother made, and my payment for the accessories and put that toward the accessories and tax. Now the device we agreed to pay for it total, in store, is now a hanging debt on my account with Verizon. Poor poor business dealings guys. I dont feel like I was handles with honesty and integrity. Ive been with Verizon for almost 8 years and this makes me no longer faithful in you being a corporate store. Its really not that much money, but when you say one thing and do another without telling the customer, your not fulfilling the vision of a company that is suppose to be customer oriented.
They deleted my previous 1-star review from last Friday (9/6). Wow. Long story short, I went in there at lunch time to start transitioning into an upgrade (I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted and was giving this some thought for the first time in a year or two, so I just wanted to browse). I received zero customer service and was snickered at, with one sales rep saying something to his co-worker that made the other guy laugh. If they gave just 1% effort, I would have turned the corner and upgraded my iPhone 6 on the spot. I ended up going to the authorized Verizon retailer a few blocks north on 49th and 7th and purchased the iPhone XR that night. Avoid this 42nd Street store at all costs. Extremely lazy employees who have no drive, awareness, empathy, or ability to connect with people.
Made an appointment to go to talk to someone on my lunch break, when I walked in the guy at the door said he didnt have any appointments, but was quick to go and get me someone who could help. Im not sure what position she held at the store but she was SUPER friendly and inviting. I was really thinking about dropping Verizon, because its just so expensive if you use a lot of data, but Hope worked with me, gave me more options, and helped save me some money. This store was a much better experience than Ive had back in Jersey, I would definitely recommend it.
The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Extremely poor attitudes, very unapproachable and unfriendly environment. Not at all helpful and knowledgeable on devices and services offered! Not sure how this is allowed at Verizon. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and I have never experienced such poor treatment and attitudes towards customers as I have at this particular location. I didnt want to give any stars because they truly do not deserve one but I had to give at least one star to post my comment! I am truly turned off!
These guys are REAL A-HOLES. Got a new phone for my wife, tried to return it and all I got was attitude.Im from New York, I dont expect fawning customer service. But I had three different employees be rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in me. When I asked for the phone I wanted to exchange, one treated me like I was an idiot for even asking.Talked to another employee, he told me he couldnt even check his incoming stock and blew me off. Told me go online. These guys are jerks. Verizon should fire the whole bunch and get employees who can better reflect their phone customer service.
Worst Verizon branch ever. Glad I walked in to this store and experienced the worst customer service ever so I know I would never ever get involved with company. Store manager acted retarded with some attitude problems, he didnt even know how to solve customers concerns.TRUST ME, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE AND SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. These employees really need to be well-trained and learn how to be a sales representative.
Nice place with charging ports while walking around NYC
Great deals on random days.....employees are always helpful & get things done fassstttt
Dont bother with this location. The store manager was rude to everyone he spoke to, acting like they were inconvenicing him with their existence. He was also very dismissive and completely unhelpful to me. He refused help me, and ultimately blamed it on the people who had sold me my phone in the first place. I would not give this store any of my money.
The people work there are clueless..verizon dont care about their customers any more. Can get connection any more..complain about it so many times..n its only more aggravation. No more verizon .
Having broken my original phone on a Friday night and trying all weekend to replace it with another old phone I had, I was running low on patience with the entirety of the Verizon retail network (note: Do not break your phone - it is a horrible experience to not be able to use it #firstworldproblem). Having run into multiple issues with other Verizon stores, I didnt have much hope of success at this one either - I was pleasantly mistaken.Upon walking into the store, I was amazed at the wide open floor plan and clean tabletops - seems like the iPhone isnt the only thing they took from Apple. After explaining my predicament to the customer service agent, I waited about 20 minutes. This was rather irksome, as there was no one else in the store given it was a rainy Monday night. After the technician came out, and I re-explained my predicament, he quickly and efficiently made the swap between my phones and set me back on the grid.
Greeted by an army of agents the minute my toe passed the shoreline. They must get paid commish, cause the sharks were out.Otherwise great service. Knowledgeable staff. Worked well with me to get the what I wanted, nit what they were oushing at the moment. Very patient . Stayed with me the whole process. Some sales people tend to nab another client atvthevsame time. Not this place. 1 client at a time.
Pay the bill in person at the kiosk, or online. Either way, Verizon is a good service for people on the go.
Stay away from this store at all costs!! They scammed us into taking a free phone and set up a new line for no reason. The cost of this new phone on my first bill was over $200 plus an additional $48/mo going forward. I have tried calling the store 4-5 times but keep getting left on hold and no one picks up. Nightmare.Marcel told me 3 days ago he would get this straightened out I never heard back from him. Now I am dealing with FRAUD unit at Verizon.
I have been with Verizon for awhile now and in the past several months I transferred my cellphone to T-Mobile and left a Verizon tablet on Verizon ...what I didnt know is that accounts with tablets are different then accounts with phones you cant access your online account because it creates a whole new account and you can not be an account owner for that line because they dont offer that to tablets which means you can view stuff some things but you cant make changes to the account. I tried for several months to get access to my new online account they reset it everything but I cant get text messages to a tablet so they had to mail passcode and by the time I got it I couldnt enter it because it had been too long even though I just received it because they only allow like three days to enter the code and so I would get it resent and I did this for months I still do not have an online acct but I called an paid my bill every month and when I got emails saying your almost out of data I would call and upgrade and backdate my data then I switched to the safety overdrive which I dont know why I was never told about this plan but whatever this month I switched to it and paid off my cellphone I had ported over to T-Mobile so my balance was zero last night. this morning I call and discover over night I have a 1000$ bill! from what when where how?!!! I get told its a mistake and the supervisor will call me back to remove it at 1pm well at 230 I get anxious and call back where I get another lady who tells me its data overage charges !!!!! From when?!!! I pay my bill every month I call like every week so how do I accumulate that much overag when is it fro,m? First she says its from this month well how can that be I have safety over drive then she tells me its an accumulation for several months bills. Wait bills i already paid?! Yes she says how is that possible Or legal ?! Its legal it says that in our clause we can add the charges when ever we want. So for Christmas they added all these charges never told me about them even when I upgraded and backdated my bills so I wouldnt have charges I still get charged an I have now been on the phone all day with Verizon about this beware do not sign on Verizon!!!!!!!!!! They take advantage of people and only want to steal your money and manipulate your bill to where even they dont understand it. Con artists!!!!!
Was there a while but I have to say at least the people were nice.
Robert is a staff at this location who always provides excellent service! Thank you very much!
If I can give a negative star, I would. Purchased a new phone from Verizon and gave as a gift. My wife went to the store to have the new phone activated and apps transferred. Gal there just changed the card and told her she had to go home and do the rest herself. We are not tech savvy and asked for help, being wireless, internet, landline, FIOS for home AND business with Verizon for over 15 years, we are taken aback at this attitude. To further, I called the store myself and was told by the same gal that this is now a nationwide policy - NOT to transfer apps from to another. This was a simple lie as I had my own phone transferred at a different location a little over a month ago. I think its time to shop for a cheaper monthly service as I always stayed with Verizon for the customer service, even tho they charge more for all three services......What I would like is an invitation to have someone in your store to Transfer the apps as other Verizon stores have done for us in the past.......that will go a long way in repairing this relationship. Not just saying we hope you give us another chance.........Thank You
These people are terrible. Super pushy, wont take the time to explain anything. Just want to get you in and out of the store as soon as possible. Theyre push accessories and a bunch of junk you dont need and wont explain all the plan options that theyre not currently told to push. Both employee and manager equally terrible. Id say just buy online but the site fails every time I attempt to use it (which is about 20 times by now). The only option is to call and wait 40 minutes on hold. Verizon is making it very hard to give them money. Selling my Verizon stock after this experience.
The people who work at Verizon on 125 W 42nd Street are friendly and one person put up with my utter confusion so, I respect their patience and ability to assist. The store has been remodeled and is now clean, bright and modern.Verizon has updated how their system handles purchasing and pricing and the time it takes to buy or upgrade a new smartphone is less than 30 min. I remember the lines used to be over an hour and a duffle bag of receipts, but now it is fast and worth stopping by.
Lee was a great help very patient. He answered any equations or concerns and helped us pick out exactly what we needed and explained all of our options too us.
Impressive store. A nice stop in the city. Modern and new.
Very Helpful young lady. Rashad is best.
Walked in with a Galaxy Nexus stuck in a boot loop. There was no line, so I was able to speak to a technician within 30 seconds of walking in. I explained the problem and walked her through the steps I had taken to try to fix it. She agreed the phone was broken and began ordering a replacement.First, she told me the phone would ship the next day, but wouldnt arrive for 3-5 days. If I wanted next-day or two-day shipping, that would cost extra. She then asked if I had a spare phone I could use in the meantime. I told her I had no other phone to use in the interim. No response from her--she wanted me to be the one to admit that I was out of luck. According to her, they have no replacement/loaner phones in the store, so she couldnt give me anything to hold me over for a few days. A cell phone company without cell phones? Major fail.I finally pushed and asked if she could waive the ridiculous fee for next-day shipping, and she said shed need to ask the manager. A few minutes later the manager, who never once made eye contact with me or spoke a word to me, came over and punched in the necessary codes to get the fee waived. This was a chance for Verizons customer service to shine, but didnt. I had to fight down the extra charges, was never acknowledged by the manager, and couldnt even get a loaner phone while I wait for a new/refurbished phone.
Waited for 2 hours in there. The guys at the door were quick to tell me where to go and put my name on the list. Didnt ask how to spell it, what I needed, or anything. Then I had to wait downstairs for service because there were only 3 service reps, one of which was preoccupied talking to a celebrity. Lets get real, celebrities are no more important than aggravated customers. Too much fraternizing, not enough servicing.
Debbie, the assistant in this store, has just given probably the worst ever customer experience I have had. She failed to look up from her tablet during the whole time, she was unable to offer any solutions or options to our problem and she was disinterested throughout. Weve been Verizon customers for many years and wanted to discuss options available to us. Ive since found via their Live Chat facility online that there are many possible solutions for us, Debbie however was unable to suggest even one, and/or to find someone in the store who could have helped us.
Best offer. excellent service. knowledgeable.
The staff here were not helpful at all, especially the overweight guy; he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Very unpleasant experience for me.
Just had the best service ever in 10 year! A big shout out to Allen & Charles for their patience . Thank uuuu
Went in for expecting a simple service. Person who treated me was so rude and didnt even finish the job, didnt even ask me if im done with him and he just left. Poor service because i had to call them back several times to make it right. What is point of serving their customer f2f when i had to go back to online chat and phone customer service to get what i wanted? Never go here. Go some place else.
The staff are very rude,I told them I have a problem using the verizon app, they told me to call 611. I called several times but its still voice messege, then they refused to answer my questions and complained to the manager that I dont understand his words. After I speak with the manager,he found out my phone really cannot call 611. Such impatient staff should be laid off. Not intended to help customer at all. They would prefer to stand there doing nothing than helping me.
Walk in... immediately I can see that something is off. Literally 1 person behind the counter, 1 person running around trying to catch all the walk-ins for their name, and a bunch of customers lingering around. The associate wanting my name asks how they can help...I say I need a new phone. She says, okay it will be a 15 to 20 minute wait - thats Verizon language, in English it means 30 minutes. So, let me get this straight, I walk into a store to make a $650 purchase, but have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to do so? I have nothing else to do today I guess, never mind that Verizon has it backwards. I should not have to wait that long to make a purchase. Whos doing who a favor here? This location is under staffed and poorly managed - and its location is on 42nd St... 100 feet off the center of the universe (times square). I wonder whats going on with the other locations.
Have been prepaid for years, saw a promo for gounlimited 55+ and tried to sign up. 3 states allowed this promo, one was florida and I am a oregon resident and the rep said that would not be an issue cause I spend more than 1/2 the year there. the was a block of some kind and I spent over 3 hours over 2 days speaking to several reps trying to resolve the issue. in the end I got frustrated and went back to prepaid. then i went back to prepaid and was told that after using allowed data that speeds would slow to 3g. I read online that speeds slow to 2g (128kbs). It seems the reps you talk to are poorly trained or dishonest as hell.
Went in to upgrade my phone and plan on the spot with money in hand. Listened to a sales pitch for products I didnt want, need, nor did I ask about for a half hour by an overly aggressive salesperson. Was then told to more/less go home and buy the phone and plan that I wanted online because there might be deal that was not available in the store, which there was not. Still have not upgraded. Total waste of time.
Couldnt be bothered to talk to a customer. Lol
Sammy was very helpful solving the problem I came in for.
I went there for information on prepaid phones. I told a guy working there that I will buy a phone in a month or so but I prefer to get some information beforehand. This guy told me wait a second and immediately turned around to serve a lady who just came in. Then he showed the lady around and never came back to me. I have been with Verizon for over two years and I cant believe they are treating customers like that. This is ridiculous.
Went to see Guisella at Bryant Park for a new Business Iphone plus case and screen. Process took less the 15 minutes with the activation and placing of protective case and screen protector. Plus she managed to figure a way to get my company bill reduced by switching hotspots. Professional, reliable, and speedy service.
Fraudulantly jammed with a second line...I had the nicest salesperson that offered me a free wifi hotspot with my iphone 7 purchase. I asked any number of times if there were any fees at all, as it wasnt something Id ever choose to add. I was assured it was entirely free and used my plan data. Lo and behold, turns out I ended up with a second line on my account with a monthly fee and no way to remove. I spent multiple hours fighting with Verizon to no avail, and they really never even aknowledged that they were at fault, despite mentioning that a number of people had experienced the same problem. Ill never use Verizon again.
Quick service from Richard and well stocked.
Typically awful Verizon service, which we all put up with for some reason. The staff is always short and acting like they dont have time to answer questions, and tell you you are wrong when you point out their errors. Very aggravating store.
Just go to the other Verizon store. Staff here are not helpful and not interested in giving you more details about products. They are like, Are you buying one today? If not, I wont deal with you kinna attitude. The store manager has a stupid policy about displaying products so I couldnt see all the functions of the phone. Dont bother.
Julietta Gurgova was a great help!
Went in with voucher to buy a speaker, the guy voided the voucher accidentally then tried to pretend the whole system was down just to get rid of me. Strangely started working when I got interested in a more expensive speaker. Staff spent the whole time being unpleasant to each other and customers.
I needed to switch from my old service provider beacuse the number of dropped calls was just unacceptable to me.So, while visiting Times Square, I stopped by this Verizon store and my experience was A+++.As I walked through the doors I was greeted by Breya, a very professional young lady with a warm smile that lights up the entire perimeter of that location. After short Q&A she suggested a service plan tailored to my specific needs and a few devices that met my requirements.Breya helped me through the entire process and after just a few minutes interacting with her and I felt as if I had gone out shopping with my BFF! And most important, shes super knowledgeable and patient.A short while later I was a HAPPY New Verizon client. Thanks again Breya!!! 💜💙❤
Awful customer service. I went in with damage to the charging port and was willing to upgrade. When they said they would have to delete everything on my phone I asked if they could back it up first. They said I needed a charge, I explained that I cant charge it because of the damage to the port and asked if they had a trick or a way they could try. The salesman tried for two seconds and said, sorry cant help you. I asked if they had a wireless charger and they said I would have to buy one. They said I could buy it and return it right away but they couldnt charge it for me to back up my files and numbers. They then suggested a Samsung repair shop. When I asked where one was they directed me to the BestBuy on 44th and 5th and said BestBuy could direct me to a repair shop. It was like they went OUT of their way to not help me.
Always count on good friends and services

Linz Intelligent- patient- kept me a Verizon customer
Worst customer service experience. Spoke with Sammy who was not at all interested in answering any of my questions. 1 star coz they were close by and open.
Quick and easy
Its exactly fine.
THE WORST VERIZON STORE EVER! The man greeting me at the door (Mananger?) couldnt work his ipad to check to see if I was due for a New Cell phone even though the SAME store verified I was the week before. I was a on waiting list with ONE person ahead of me. There were 3 Techs working. There was 2 people in the ENTIRE TIMES SQUARE STORE. The guy with ipad told me 3 times it would just a few minutes and I was next. I waited 45 minutes and when was it was my turn for service 2 Techs Bailed before I even got to the counter. One told me it was break time and left and the other told me he thought I just needed service and didnt have the time to hook me up with a new phone because he was leaving. When I complained, the ipad guy just looked at me, shrugged and told me the 3rd Technician would be just a few more minutes. At that point I said, Do I really want to do bring my business to a store like this with a bunch of inept people working it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE> STRICTLY FOR TOURISTS!
This Verizon wireless location is amazing.
Rakeem was polite and persistent with fixing my service problem.
Very large location. Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help.
Staff is very helpful. Depending on the time, there might be a long wait.
The staff is miserable here and horrible service
I like the service very good
Bad services when you come in the are nice but when you come back for return something that you bought or they did something wrong ppffffff so different history never come back again
Hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Ive waited in queue for a representative for 20 minutes before while watching several employees standing around chatting with one another, and other times, Ive gotten help right away.
