This place is great. From the manager to all the employee, patient, kind. I Just switched from Verizon to T-mobile because they have a much better international plan, the lady, Leeanna, did a lot for me which I believe it was not her job: transferred everything for me, downloaded apps for me, labeled boxes for my returns on old phones (I did a trade for phones), shipped my sons phone to another city (he is in college), I couldnt help to buy them pizza.......This is not the typical Manhattan service, more like a small town business when everybody knows each other and treat each other like family!

Came in the other day to get a prepaid. Was not disappointed! Everything was so seamless and easy. Everyone was very kind and understanding that I’m only here for 2 weeks. This is my absolute favorite T-Mobile store in the city to go to! After a bad experience at another store over my broken phone, representative TEDDY helped me upgrade my phone in no time! He was kind, really informative, gave me many good phone/ plan options. I walked away with an iPhone 11 Pro! Couldn’t be happier.. seriously, he made my day.

Super happy with my first experience at T-Mobile. I received help immediately from Patricia. I walked in before closing - just about 15mins to 8pm. I was immediately assisted and helped. She was quick and efficient in helping me set up my new season number and plan with T-Mobile. I was in and out in less thanks 10mins. I came in with the phone I had purchased at Apple because earlier in the day, I went to another T-Mobile and found that they did not carry the new iPhone 11 Pro with the highest amount of storage(512 gb I believe it is?). She set up my number and my auto pay and I was done. As they’d say in France, “Wallah!” Haha, I’m not French but it felt super amazing to be helped by someone knowledgeable and positive that wasn’t trying to rush me out the door. I’ll come back for any further assistance but needed to make sure Patricia was recognized for her amazing service. Thank you!!!
Tried to rip me off!I asked multiple times what the options were for a smart watch and they convinced me the only option was to pay for a $500 watch AND pay an additional $10/mo on my mobile plan. I asked if there was a way to not pay for the monthly data and just get the watch and she said no because it wouldnt work without the data.I went to best buy, bought the watch for $220 and you definitely do NOT need to pay anything extra on your monthly plan. I can text and talk on my watch.I get that youre trying to sell your product but lying to customers is NOT okay.

Ive been coming to this T-Mobile store in particular for over two years now. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Usually I speak with the same person about what Id like to do with my accounts, but everyone here basically has the same skill set. One thing I must say about the service I receive here- they do a great job of creating a third-place environment for me. This store is like a home away from home. Im always acknowledged, they offer me water on hot days (or any time Im making extended changes that can take a long time) and most importantly, they remember my name. Here I feel like a family member and not just another customer.Great job Ali, Steph, Luci and the rest of the T-Mobile team!!!
All 3 employees seemed essentially incompetent. They did not even know that 5G had rolled out into their city and seemed even less enthusiastic about helping me set up an account with a 5G device to connect. Highly suggest finding more savvy employees as these seemed to have no idea what 5G even was, let alone it had been rolled out into their city. Lost my business sadly.

Horrible customer service. Manager is too lazy to look up a serial number wanted me to call 611 and speak to corporate but did not want to look up the system that is right in front of them.I would give zero starts if I could. I am surprised at the rating they have here.

Teddy and Check were awesome (let me start there). After having a horrible experience at 2 other Tmobile stores and teleservice I went here to try to resolve my issue. Teddy and Check restored my faith in Tmobile customer service. They were attentive, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful, and were great at multitasking. Too bad this isnt a corporate store. They helped me with my defective phone that I purchased and also helped me upgrade to an even better phone. Even after closing time they still helped me with the upmost patience. Kudos guys. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Wali and the whole team actually were very resourceful in advising me on the best options for my family plan. as a result I got a very good deal, upgraded my phone and got nice accessories for the phone that made be a very happy customer. This store has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced with T-Mobile. My issues were addressed and solved almost instantly. The rep that was assisting me thoroughly explained what the procedure was as well as did a full overview of my account with me to help understand my needs. THIS is what customer service means! All T-Mobile stores should be like this!
I wanted to switch from one carrier to T-Mobile so I stopped by this store to ask a few questions. There was a little wait from everyone coming in at once (probably a good sign) but the service was amazing! Not only did the representative answer everything I asked, I ended up switching over on the spot! Ken helped me pick out a plan, a phone, and protective cover and screen protectors that I think are perfect for my phone (I advise everyone to purchase at least this impact screen protector), switched my old number over, and taught me a bunch of stuff about the phone. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I know and will only return here for help.
Shady ripoff artists. Every transaction I attempt here -- four separate occasions, they tell me theres a required $50 fee. How odd that the T-mobile store JUST AROUND THE CORNER always -- without fail -- processes the same transaction WITHOUT a fee? Go here at your own risk.Note: T-mobile as a carrier is just fine. Its the people at this store who you cant trust.
Prompt service for a pre-paid SIM card while Im in town on business in the USA over the next few months. Also helped me set up my online account for bill management.
Just took 5 min to get a new cell phone and a prepaid plan with a very nice guy who explained everything perfectly and helped me to choose the best option for my needs. I cannot remember his name, but he told his family came from Pakistan to the US. I will definitely pass by the next time I need any help with phone rates or to get a new smartphone
The BEST T-MOBILE location in New York, in my opinion. Working here, Ive met so many people from so many different places globally. The traffic is consistent and the atmosphere is just so much fun, at least for me

This is the T-Mobile store you need to go to if you want efficient, professional service. Mezz provided me with excellent assistance and found a way to activate my service in less than an hour for something that normally I would have had to wait 30 days for. I have no hesitation in giving this store 5 stars!
Terrible service. Not only she was completely rude, but she gave me misguided information to pay more. I mentioned that I ran out of data but it was not yet the end of the monthly plan, and asked that if I recharged my account will I have data again immediately, and she mentioned yes. Well, its not true. Terrible service

Worst cell phone store experience of my life. They completely screwed me over when I tried to switch over from ATT, made me buy a useless phone, and then once they realized they brilliant employee did this, all they could say is sorry, meanwhile I have to fix this and clean up their mess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service and incompetent staff. If you want it done right, do not go to this pitiful location.

Be careful, the representative there named Lynnora is a liar. She promised me free trails of an expensive data plan, so would I signed up. Afterward she refused to cover the expensive. I spent countless hours to figure out trying to contact her, eventually found out she didnt want to hornor the deal from beginning, she just wanted me to sigh up the expensive plan so she could earn commission. I had to call customer service to cancel the plan, another hours lost there, not to mention I got charged for the time I used it. Do not do business with her, she will say anything to get you on an expensive plan that you dont need.

They seem to want to rip you off in here. I was recently in NYC and had enquired about getting a SIM primarily for light data use mostly for using maps and getting around. T mobile on live chat had recommended the $30 tourist SIM with 2gb of data that would have been more than ample for my stay. But I got to this store and I was told it would be $50 for 10gb. When I said I wont need the 10gb and that 2gb would be loads the shop assistant told me I would only be able to get a $50 or $75 plan as the $30 would need to be ordered online! Why are t mobile advertising the $30 plan on their windows then? The connection despite being 4g wasnt even that fast! I left the shop with the feeling I had been done, if I had the time I would have contacted live chat while in the shop, but then again I didnt have a data connection! Make sure you know what your getting. Data is expensive in NYC! It ended up being over $56 with tax. Avoid.
If you have a choice, this is the T mobile shop to go to, professional, helpful and efficient - something that cannot be said from all T mobile shops in the neighborhood.

I walked in to buy w new SIM card. I havent always had great experiences with Tmobile stores so I wasnt expecting much. Come to find out this store was very good! Lynn helped me along with one other guy. They were very nice and I ended up getting a brand new phone! They explained all the prices and were up front with me which is important. I had originally gone to the Tmobile location on Lexington and 45th and they were extremely rude to me and tried to sell me things I didnt need or want. I will always go to this location from now on.
When to the store with 15 mins before they closed and they say the system down however they were helping someone on the counter just because they want leave at 8pm on the dot, they even had the doors locked so no one enter the store.
Awesome people representing T-Mobile. They helped me save money on my bill and I was able to get a upgrade. I also upgraded with an ipad and I love the service! When visiting the store ask for Mezz and Kawsar. Pleasant experience, will return.
Had a fantastic experience at this T-Mobile store. Having visited another store before, Mezz, Kawsar and Sabia made the process smooth and easy. They are knowledgeable about dealing with foreigners and diplomats (and the paperwork involved). Highly recommended!
Still on the line after 10 minutes. My question for the sales rep was whats the tax on the one plus 6t? Then I had my wife call and no answer.
Stay away from this branch. They will say one thing and deny it once your bill arrives, end of the month.

I hate going to this location, the employees are beyond inept and glacially slow. Takes 20 mins to pay my damn bill and half the time they just send me to another location. And T-mobile wants to text a week after the bill is due threatening shutoff (??) Maybe if it wasnt a whole ridiculous process I *would* pay on time. Sheesh.
Soo.. Im not one to write up reviews but I had to say that going to this particular T-Mobile store was a pleasant experience. I ended up going to this store a few times, about a month and a half ago bc of all the good reviews I read on Google- and Im happy I did. There was no big sales push/hassle/pressure or whatever you want to call it. I dealt mainly with Ken and Mezz... good guys- who work hard- that really know their stuff- it was a pleasure to deal with them. Any questions I had, they nicely answered them.I wanted to write a review after having my new phone (went from a Droid Razr Maxx to a Samsung Galaxy S5) and service for at least a month to make sure there were no problems. I was looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for a while in large part bc of-- the expenses & constantly having to monitor my data usage making sure I didnt go over and have to pay for it on Verizon-- and also bc data usage for music streaming services, like Pandora (of which Im a subscriber & avid listener), do not count against your monthly data plan & also no overage charges with T-Mobile. Dealing with any issues (transferring contacts, pics- learning new things about the S5, etc..) Ken and Mezz were really helpful-- Go out of your way for these guys! Im sure if I have any future problems with the phone or service they will be able to help me with no worries. I would recommend T-Mobile, this particular store, and its personnel to anyone who asks.
The whole team here: Mezz, Kawsar, and Fahrana are absolutely amazing. Mezz mainly helped me with my transaction. A phone associate at T-Mobile gave me wrong information and sent me a phone that I never should have been allowed to receive. Mezz was able to explain to me what went wrong and fix the situation as quickly as was possible. These guys are funny, friendly, and extremely helpful. If youre in the area, even if you only work in NYC (Im from Jersey), go see them.
Great service from Mezz and Farhana at this TMobile location. Purchasing a phone for my husband, they walked me through all my options regarding the new plan and pricing for each phone option. Will be making this store my go to location for furture T Mobile needs.
I have no words to explain how good my switch over to tmobile from Verizon went and its all thanks to mezz rahman who gave it his all to make sure I got exactly what any customer deserves and thats satisfaction, he had the answers to every question I asked and made sure I understood everything, he went the extra mile to set everything up and Im glad my experience with tmobile has been outstanding from the minute I entered the store all thanks to this gentleman who definitely deserves acknowledgment thank you tmobile for having such outstanding individuals representing your company
Reference Mezz, salesman at the T.Mobile storeFriendly, extremely helpful, and most important very knowledgeable about the T.Mobile operating systemI initially open an account at the Larchmont store, first it took ONE and half hour to complete the transaction, from post paid to prepaid, leading to call from debt collector agency etc..The chip did not work, changed it twice, and finally met Mezz who look methodically into all the problems, and advised me to open a new account, with SS number post paidSince then it works perfectly, and no more troublesThe only unfortunate thing is he could not help me for the credit of the cancelled numberI stayed with T.Mobile and did not switch to ATT-Verizon .. because I really appreciated the professionalism of Mezz and he is located 3 blocks from my sons officeGood job MezzNicolas S.
Be careful of this TMobile store, they play pricing games. They overcharged me up front and then did some shenanigans with my bill afterwards.

On my first day in NY I went to buy a prepaid card because I was going to stay two months in NY. I do not know if they saw that I was a tourist and I did not know English, they sold me a cell phone saying that mine did not work with their cards, because later I checked it at my hotel that if it worked, they sold an external charger for my cell phone and a cable, which I returned a few days later. The rates I consider expensive. And every day that I have gone I had to wait a long time to be attended.
