VERIZON needs to up its game. CX is abysmal. Technician tried to set up new phone in company store.... over 2 hrs later still issues. Tried on line Chat with Ram, my AI bot, no reply. Finally got someone on phone after 2 calls who fixed issue in 30sec.

I was helped by Syed, a highly knowledgeable technician who was able to solve all of the issues I was having with my phone and even pointed out some details about my account that I hadnt noticed before. On Sunday 8/23/20 around 4 pm I walked into this store intending to upgrade my Verizon wireless plan from go unlimited to more unlimited with three lines. Upon entering the establishment with my wife and daughter there was one service representative in the store busy assisting a customer. He did not even look at us or acknowledge our presence. He did not greet us or even say I am busy assisting a customer I will be with you soon. He just kept on doing what he was doing.I sat with my family for around 15 minutes without so much as a glance from the service rep. After that we just got up and decided to leave. Even as we were leaving he did not attempt to stop us or excuse himself. He kept right on doing what he was doing. We were completely ignored and will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I had been trying to switch to Verizon for the longest time but I was always reluctant to do it given that I did not want to go through the hassle of the much overwhelming process. Yesterday I finally decided to walk in the store and maybe first just ask questions regarding the process, what needed to be done and what plans were available and a good fit for me. Within 10 minutes Syed, the representative from Verizon explained how I could switch, the information I needed from my other providers, which data plan was the best for me as a student and which new phone I could get for the best deal. I went back later in the afternoon and was able to not only switch two lines from two different providers under the same new Verizon account, but also upgrade to a new phone. Syed was super helpful, gave honest feedback and opinions and really made the whole process ten times easier. Will definitely go back for any phone/line related issue. Highly recommend this store!!

My first experience was not as positive (despite the stars) - but it wasnt their fault. The store employees Syed, Mohammed etc. are very friendly, helpful and competent. Verizons systems on the other hand seem to be having a nervous breakdown (Nov 2020). My first visit was in order to start a plan with a new phone for 3 lines but they were unable to port our numbers in because their system kept throwing an error that was undecipherable. I started the plan online myself later. But when I tried to add another line online all hell broke loose. After multiple hour long calls with Verizon customer care, fraud prevention etc. (each call ended with them assuring me all was taken care of and the path ahead was smooth and rosy AF) I had to go in to the store. Syed helped me out and the problem was solved within 15 mins, but also required us both to speak with fraud prevention and an ID check. Verizon should just clearly state that some things cant be done online and we need to go into the store for verification.

The help I received when I purchased a screen protector for my iPhone was friendly and efficient. The sales assistant greeted me immediately, put the protector on my phone, answered some questions about my service contract, and also greeted other customers politely while he was assisting me. The store itself was very well organized and super clean.

Syed saved the day- I needed a new iPhone to continue working from home. I was greeted and helped immediately. Syed asked me about my needs, what all I use my phone for, he checked for current deals and promotions, found out I was eligible for an upgrade, found out how much data i normally use to see what phone and what plan would be best, basically he made sure that I left with exactly what I needed and for the best price possible. He recommended exactly what I needed and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t- he just recommended a few things and told me about some new products out there that I might want to consider that I can purchase later. If/when I buy other products or accessories I will definitely come here first.Great customer service, very knowledgeable about products.
