Stopped by the store looking to move my business to new carrier. Reed immediately helped me build out a business plan. The price was drastically less than what I was paying with my previous carrier.Everything Reed promised was delivered and more!! He went above and beyond to provide great customer service and was available for any inquiries we had. Even when there were minor issues needed resolving, he was there working tirelessly to correct them. Other reps would put you in touch with someone else or tell you to “call this number”. Not Reed. He was there from start to finish. Thank you Reed for the incredible customer service.

Reed, the sales associate, was knowledgeable, helpful, personable and made some features with which I was not familiar easy to understand. He made the experience and the transaction relaxed and enjoyable.

Just got back from the store, was in a rush and the staff, David & Nick were amazing. Not only did they expedite a phone swap for me but they were sure to notify me of all discounts, best options for what I need and were super polite and kind through out. I change phones maybe every 4 years because I am lazy and hate the process but Nick and David made it easy and stress free. Definitely will be going to this location for all future needs

This store has the best employees of any Verizon location that Ive ever been to! They will hook you up no matter what your issue. Very professional. They hooked me back up with a plan when every other store said my phone was ineligible to be on the Verizon network! The associate even ran next door to get me change when I only had a 50 dollar bill.Saved me lots of money and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

The best staff in NYC! It’s a blessing this store has recently opened. Hats off to Kirk the store manager who made sure all of the customers in at the time had a tremendous experience and providing each customer with an experience you couldn’t get in any other store. Vlad and Malik were also very helpful when it came to asking questions about transferring my data from one phone to another. I live in queens and would happily come here for all of my cellphone transactions. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who has Verizon because prior to me coming In I considered switching providers. Happy Holidays!

Kirk, whom I presume is the manager was the most patient, knowledgable and helpful. Even on Christmas eve when the store closed at 6 and I was getting last minute gifts he stayed well past closing to help me without rushing and for that he deserves recognition.

I needed internet service for my home, Tanzeel was very knowledgeable and hooked me up with a great deal tailored to my familys needs. Installation technician arrived the same week and set all the cables up very neatly and went the extra mile to remove all old cables left by the previous owner. Overall, great experience with the sales staff and field techs.

Tanzeel was exceptional in helping me navigate the adjustment of my Verizon account and my new phone. He went above and beyond the service required. He is the only rep. Josh was amazing. He pointed out we were overpaying for our lines because we have been with verizon almost 20 years! So our account was adjusted as packages changed. He fixed it up saving us about $100 a month for our family plan. Many reps have seen our account but Josh was the only one to say something, explain, and solve the problems. He is the only Verizon guy I will go to from now on!!

Can’t believe how helpful these staff were! I came in after months of having a phone that had almost ZERO sevice—dropped calls everywhere. David Martinez and Alex Steinkoenig quickly identified the issue with my phone, solved it, AND upgraded my plan to save my $70/month on my phone bill. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Definitely go to THIS store if you have any Verizon troubles!!

This store is great, Austin, is a G. He helped me work a new deal out with my plan and my old battery depleted iphone to a new android which makes me feel whole again. Everyone here is wonderful to work with and saved me a,ton,of money and i got a sick,device! Thanks guys

Mack was a fantastic sales representative for Verizon. Mack was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and helped us make informative decisions about upgrading our phones. He is truly a 10 out of 10, and I would recommend Mack to anyone. Ask for Mack! The new location on 8th ave and 38th street is a fantastic location, and all of the sales reps were all very friendly and made my brother and I feel at home. Highly recommend!!!!

We recently upgraded our phones at an authorized Verizon retailer - Cellular Sales - 302 West 37th Street NYC - and upon receiving our bill we realized that we were completely confused about the terms. I came into the store and the manager, Maklin Ryan, arranged for a new plan within our budget and ordered us new phones which we will pick up next week. He was awesome - beyond patient and and polite. We are so impressed by the integrity shown here.

Had the BEST experience buying a phone from Daniel Louissaint. Please ask for him if you want to have an honest, really smart person to help you buy a phone. I cant thank him enough and highly recommend him. I take one star off for this store because of another salesperson I worked with that was dishonest and disrespectful.

First off let me start by saying that I don’t write reviews. It’s time consuming and I have a short attention span. Today (10/11/19) I walked into the store spur of the moment to inquire about upgrading my phone line. Yomi walked me through everythingggg. He answered my thousands of questions and helped me to make the best choice for myself. The overall upgrade and updates took about 2 hours but I didn’t mind because he was good to talk to and I learned a lot. The other staff in the store seemed knowledgeable as well based on observation, but I am happy that Yomi was the one helping me today. 10/10 would recommend.

I came to the Verizon store to find the nearest metro pcs and ended up switching my service over to Verizon. Not only did they handle everything accordingly but they treated me to coffee and donuts!!! Truly a wonderful and kind staff!! This was the best, one on one, technology service I have ever had. Gas in the tech rep. Was very expedient, professional, and especially patient.

Went into this location a few months back to put a hotspot in service. It was probably the fastest I’ve ever had it done (typically I spend a lot of time inside the stores to do this) Maklin was extremely helpful and all of the guys there were super friendly and helpful (to my surprise, as it’s not my usual service at any wireless stores.) When I needed to cancel the account shortly after and had an issue doing so, Maklin went above and beyond to assist and see it to the end. I didn’t have such a good experience at their 34th st flag location with the less than enthusiastic staff there. Definitely superior costumer service at this location, would definitely recommend and revisit.

Alex was great. She helped me get out of my blackberry into an LG g6. She is very knowledgeable and one of one the best Verizon reps ive worked with.

Lying salesperson. Signed me up for an iPad with LTE when I asked for an iPad WiFi only. Entered an alternate email address on my account. Never received a receipt. Denied access to my account for 4 weeks. Called the store to complain - no response. This is not a Verizon store - they are independent. Verizon will not support you as a customer when you have a complaint related to this Verizon store.To make matters worse, I specifically requested the unlimited plan that allows 4G tethering up to 15GB. This rep did not sign me up for that plan. Signed me up for the plan that allows for 600k tethering.Verizon should shut this store down

Walked in after being frustrated with customer support on the phone and Maklin was a wizard at troubleshooting, he solved my issue in no time at all and did it with a smile. I would revisit this store with any other Verizon needs before I pull my hair out with phone support.

To be honest I dont really like Verizon too much, I think theres always a catch and hidden fees each month, its never just one set price, but since I went under my brother family plan I was like what the heck. Long story short I was frustrated with this company because my new phone wasnt working and it took a lot of back and forth just to get a replacement and to top it all off they had charged me for devices that I never even received. However I came to the Verizon store on the corner of W 37th and 8th and let me tell you its this best customer experience Ive ever gotten from this company, maklin was amazing, he was very attentive and helpful, he even fixed the problems I was having with the other Verizon store and assist me with calling them and getting everything rectified.. if it wasnt for him I would have just cut my losses and never use Verizon again. Thanks maklin job well done.
