I can’t rave enough about my experience at Kleinfeld! I had Kelsey as my consultant (she is no longer there), and she was my perfect match! I went in with one dress in mind that I had been eyeing for months. After speaking with Kelsey before she brought dresses, I shared photos and our vision of our venue and day as a whole. She brought 6 dresses in, most of which I favorited online, but I was immediately drawn to one she pulled on her own. I put it on first and knew that that was going to be my dress! She nailed the look and feel I was going for and I wound up walking away with a dress that I never thought I would get. I also opted to do my fittings there, I required 2. I do wish that the fitting appointments went a little better. They felt incredibly rushed and despite being the first or second appointment, mine were never on time. It’s also really hard if you are an out-of-town bride like myself with a full time job trying to schedule an appointment. I had the signature alteration package to try to keep costs as low as possible and I didn’t feel comfortable having less fittings, so maybe if you opt for a more expensive package, it wouldn’t be an issue. I did have one bead come loose and hang off my dress on my wedding day from where they had to take it in. I’m assuming it just wasn’t attached absolutely perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and I am still so in love with my gown!

Kelsey helped me pick out my dress in 2019. I am not a fashion person and I asked her to select something she thought would look good with my skin tone and body type.She returned with a gorgeous A-line Eve of Milady dress that had blush tones. It was beautiful and when I tried it on, I knew it was the dress.My mom and I had so much fun with our shopping experience.

It was amazing! Visiting during a pandemic can be a little worrisome but they always have the customer in mind. Olivia was great! She did not pressure me at all and she always had my needs in mind. She made me feel super comfortable and she listens to your concerns which makes her the perfect consultant. Overall exceeded my expectations!

I’m so thrilled with my experience at Kleinfeld. I was engaged in September of 2020 and I had my first appointment in late October. Krissy was my consultant and even though we were masked and socially distanced, she made me feel so special during my entire appointment. I found my dress really quickly (I had researched dresses before I went and knew my budget ahead of time) and Krissy gave me my own “Say Yes to the Dress” moment.Josephine was my seamstress for my alterations and she was wonderful every step of the way. My dress fit beautifully on the big day (June 15, 2021).I highly recommend Kleinfeld for any bride looking for a truly special experience.

First off what an amazing experience!! I found 2 dresses I loved but one that could be the one ! I never felt pressured and I’m so glad I got Kayla Bienwald she was absolutely a breath of fresh air from previous experiences I had in the past. Thank you so much for making my experience the greatest! If it wasn’t for covid19 I would come back in a heartbeat! I can’t thank you enough and the fact you showed me the dress I saw someone got it on say yes to the dress it was truly an experience!!!! I can’t wait to come back !!!!

I’m glad I got to have the Kleinfeld experience as a New York City bride. A few helpful hints:- the store is hot & changing in and out of lots of dresses will make you sweaty- weekend afternoons are crazy busy; make an appointment in the morning or later afternoon if you can. My appointment started 20 minutes late because they were so swamped.-My consultant did not pressure me to buy a dress at all which I was very grateful for.

My experience at Kleinfeld was practically spectacular!! My consultant went the extra mile to make my time super fun and worthwhile. I got to try on so many different dresses until I said YESSS to my Dress ! They have a great eye here for details to fit and match your body style. The store is absolutely gorgeous and I had an amazing time here with the ladies I hold closest to my heart.

My experience here was wonderful! The store is absolutely gorgeous. I had such a fun time. I ended up saying yes to the dress that my bridal consultant, Sunny picked out for me. She did an amazing job at looking at the pictures of dresses that I sent her and then narrowed it down to my perfect dress! She knew exactly what I wanted! If you can choose a bridal consultant, choose her! She’s amazing.

What you see on TV is not what your experience will be like. When you arrive there is a lobby full of people also brides, waiting for an appointment. Unless you are on the show, you are getting a small gray fitting room which you will use the entire time. Its hot, small, and uncomfortable. For some reason, the store doesn’t have a lot of options unless they hide everything in a secret area. I walked the entire store and looked through all the dresses, nothing impressive. This store is smart! They made a tv show that looks fabulous so we all want to shop there. Then when you get there, is a huge disappointment. Just beware because I had no idea and flew in from Florida to shop there.

Staff is super nice! Was running a few minutes late for the appointment but they took us right in! Overall experience very good!

I had an amazing experience at Kleinfeld. Morgan helped me find the perfect dress! She knew what I wanted more than I did. I truly felt beautiful. She even was able to find a veil that matched my dress perfectly. Everyone at alterations did an amazing job making my dress fit me like a glove!

My experience at Kleinfelds was 10/10. From the get go, everyone greets you and makes you feel unique (even though there are many people there). It takes skill! My consultant, Morgan, was absolutely amazing. She gave just enough input to make you feel guided and supported throughout the process, but also knew when to step back and let you decide for yourself. She made me feel so special and truly listened to everything I had to say.

I visited Kleinfeld in the middle of the week with a $3k budget. I had visited two other local bridal stores prior to this appointment and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I found nearly a dozen dresses in my price range on their website and saved them to my account.The staff was courteous on arrival and I was taken in promptly at my appointment time. From there I noticed the store wasnt being kept up with dings ok doors, dirty carpet and the bathroom needed a coat of paint or three. I didnt get more than a few seconds to explain what I was looking for before being shown around quickly and then back to a changing room with my consultant. We had pulled a few dresses, but I had to specifically request ones from their website that I had saved. Many of the samples were very shopworn and appeared hastily repaired. The straps of one were hanging on by a few literal threads. It was hard to see how the dresses with illusion fabric would look when it was permanently stretched.While my consultant didnt pressure me to buy, she also didnt seem very engaged like my local salons who really seemed to want to find something I liked. You do have the option of going back, but I dont think Ill bother making the trip if thats how it is before you even give them money.

We came to spend a substantial amount of money at a place that suppose to make your day a special one.They were rude, very unprofessional, there was yelling and vulgar language. One does not come to a Bridal place to be treated with disrespect by the people that work in this establishment. The service was absolutely horrible. Chelsey the director has no manners. Your front desk girls never smile and they are not inviting they are disrespectful.

I found the most amazing dress. I was only 9 months post my life saving liver transplant and they found the perfect dress for me because showing my scar to honor my donor was my main requirement.

Morgan worked with my daughter to help her find her perfect dress. She was extreamly helpful patient and no high pressure sales. Loved our experience

My experience at Kleinfeld Bridal was top-notch! Anna my consultant went above and beyond to help me find my dress. She was sweet, friendly, helpful, not to mention so professional and had good eyes for styles and silhouettes that fit different body types. I also appreciate that she offered honest opinions rather than just pushing for sales. I could not recommend Anna enough even though I did not find my ideal wedding dress at Kleinfeld.

Amazing sample sale, my consultant was super friendly and very helpful. Walked out of there with a one of a kind Danielle Caprese gown priced over 8K, for a Davids bridal price. Morgan was amazing and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. She really helped me to make one of the biggest decisions of picking a wedding dress. Had such a wonderful experience thanks to my incredible bridal consultant, Vanessa M! I had heard very mixed things on Kleinfeld’s and was hesitant to go. Mostly that it was very rushed and a lot of the attendants were rude. However, I just so happened to luck out and got paired with Vanessa M who was an absolute dream! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, which I didn’t really know much of. She picked all of the most perfect dresses, was so incredibly sweet, and made it such an enjoyable experience for both me and my guests. I unfortunately didn’t say yes to one of my Kleinfeld dresses, but needed to shout out Vanessa M for all of her help and for making this day so special! Each bride who goes to Kleinfeld’s is there for both the dress and the experience, and Vanessa M ensured we had the absolute best experience and made me feel so special. Thank you Vanessa!!!

Let me just say that my experience at Kleinfeld was everything I could have asked for and more… Kelsey was my consultant and if you have the chance to choose your consultant, she is your girl! She was so patient and really listened to what I was wanting. I never felt rushed by her or pressured to make a decision. She even helped me set up a zoom call with all of my bridesmaids during the appointment… She walked around with the IPad explaining each dress to my girls that were on zoom so they could be included. Ultimately, I said YES to the first dress I tried on and it wasn’t even one that I had favorited on my profile!!! But like I said before, Kelsey really listened to me and knew what I was looking for… she knocked it out of the park on the first try! I am so grateful for my experience at Kleinfeld. Although I didn’t find “the one” here, I wanted to give a shout-out to the store and to my consultant, Kelsey. The store was super busy, but my mother & I had our own suite for the entire appointment. Kelsey was prepared with a printout of all my top picks & showed me dresses of different lace/textures. I absolutely loved her professionalism & supportiveness throughout it all.

I did not have a pleasant experience here. My consultant was not that nice, and didnt have a lot of patience. You can tell that the show has definitely gone to some peoples heads. Not even ten minutes in to the appointment, it didnt matter what dress was shown to me, I knew I did not want to give them my business.I will also say - there are other bridal salons in the city that are SO much better in terms of kindness and not feeling pressured to make a decision. Yes, Kleinfelds inventory is amazing, but thats pretty much it. Not to mention, every single time I got out of the dressing room, the dog Chewy stepped on my dress and wouldnt get off. Im a dog person, but I was literally dragging the dog in tow getting to the podium to look at the dress. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Went to Kleinfelds NYC with my future daughter-in-law Friday 8/6/21. I was so disappointed as I am a huge fan of the show. It was like a wedding factory. One hour appointment and that is it. Not personal at all. From the moment we walked beginning with the reception staff it was an unfriendly atmosphere. The consultant seemed inexperienced however she was very nice. Had to wear masks which was fine considering the amount of people in the store. What was even more surprising was when they escorted us to our seat, where our bride would be coming out, we were told to move all the way down the couch because they would have to sit another group with us on the couch. So 2 brides would have to share one mirror with 2 families in one space. Didn’t say yes to any dress.

Horrible experience with the alterations department. Seamstress made my daughter feel terrible the fact that the dress was too tight. Never told her that they would fix it appropriately. Absolutely fat shamed her. Instead they told me that I should go to the sample sale and get her another dress. Mind you this was a very expensive Pnina dress. The show is a compete fabrication. Save your money and go to a local dress shop. Don’t by into the hype.

My Kleinfeld appointment and experience was absolutely wonderful. I ended up having two appointments! The first one went well, although I didn’t say yes to the dress, Morgan helped me find my true style and preferred silhouette. After panicking and feeling like I was settling, I was able to book another appointment with Morgan the very next morning! I found my dream dress and Morgan was so incredibly helpful when I was trying to choose between two dresses. She really puts things into perspective and highlighted the pros and cons so well. I would recommend her to any bride that has a tendency to be indecisive and needs a bit more guidance.

We traveled to New York for the Kleinfeld experience and it disappointed. I placed a note in the file to pay for my daughters dress and this simple detail was missed and was very disappointing. The quality of the service did not match the name.

Went shopping for my sisters wedding dress and it was an excellent experience. They work within your budget, we did not feel rushed at all, and out consultant helped to pick perfect dresses. Thank-you Candace!The store is quite busy so beware, but they handle Covid protocols very well.

My experience was great at Kleinfeld. Some difficulty getting a pick up time once the dress was in but otherwise my consultant Anna was amazing and took the time with me, I came back 3 times and appreciate her patience and expertise.

Was a little dissapointing that my daughters dress came in bigger then the one she originally tried on. It took 10 months for her dress to come in only to have it 3 sizes too big. I get they make $800 on alterations but I will take my alterations to my own tailor. I spent $3500 on a dress that came in not even close to her size. Not a happy customer

Good place to shop for weddings for sure if you have a big budget! Not a good collection if your budget is low or even medium. Beautiful inside and good experience!

I visited Kleinfeld on 20th October ‘21.I was in New York for one day and managed to get a last minute appointment. This was my first time trying on bridal dresses and I was on my own.I turned up 30mins early for my appointment and it was quiet in the waiting area then, by the time my appointment came around it was really busy, my appointment started 10 minutes after my appointment time which was completely fine with me. It was quite enjoyable sitting in the waiting area soaking in the ambience and exciting to hear other brides saying ‘yes to the dress’.My consultant Cierra was great, she made the experience really fun and enjoyable. And I was really comfortable with her. She understood what I was looking for and also brought me a few styles I might not have tried but they ended up looking great on me. Because I was on my own I was able to try on about 9 dresses because I wasn’t going in and out the room. She helped me take photos of the dresses so I could show my friends & family. From the appointment I think going forward I know what style I’d like and I’d love to go back to Kleinfeld when I’m able to take friends & family with me. There was no pressure to buy and Cierra offered plenty of advice in going forward in my search for THE dress.I had read some bad reviews about Kleinfeld, but I’m so glad I went. I think you need to go in with an open mind, and understand it is very busy there so you may wait a little.I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Kleinfeld & Cierra.

Not impressed by the customer service here and scheduling, given what a large and popular store it is. The dress selection and diversity in price points is excellent, and I love my dress, but the service I received while picking out my dress and scheduling alteration appointments was disappointing. I do love my seamstress, Suzana, though, she is excellent!For alterations appointments, be prepared for 3+ fitting appointments, plus another visit to pick up the dress. And dont wait to start your fittings because I had difficulty getting appointments and had to wait weeks for availability each time. Very frustrating living out of state, and with the wedding a month away they were not accommodating at all to fit me in. Crossing my fingers my dress is ready by my 3rd fitting less than a week before my wedding 😬

I had a phenomenal experience at Kleinfeld!! First off, they are handling COVID respectably well. My consultant, Morgan, was just absolutely wonderful. I requested to work with her based on what I’d read online, and I am SO glad I did. She was incredibly friendly, listened intently, and knew exactly what dresses to pull. I have been reliving the experience over and over in my head, it was so great!! Overall, amazing experience. Thank you, Morgan and Kleinfeld Bridal for helping me find my dream gown!

Honestly awful experience. I ended up buying a Pnina Tornai dress which I love from here, but when my wedding got pushed back because of covid, they told me they were unable to hold my dress for me and I would have to drive over 5+ hours to pick it up and then drive it back from alternations. When I asked if they could ship it to me since I do not live close they were charging me an absurd price, when they’re the ones who couldn’t accommodate holding onto my dress that still wasn’t complete. I ended up getting it shipped, never got refunded for the alternations they never completed AND they never included the extra fabric that I paid for to have changes made to the back of the dress. I would never recommend this place to anyone. After you buy your dress and they have your money, they could care less about you.

My experiences at Kleinfeld were excellent. When I chose my dress, my fiancé drove me and my matron of honor into the city during a snow storm. My bridal consultant was wonderful. She found the dresses I wanted to try on and got me in and out of them quickly, but gave me plenty of time to admire each one in the large salon. I said yes to the dress I knew I wanted even before my now husband proposed and it was the perfect choice for me. I returned to Kleinfeld for my fittings and every time, I was met with welcoming smiles and professionalism. I even met the owner and stayed in touch with him during the process of the alterations. He is a kind- and warm-hearted man who only wants to make sure each bride is more than happy with her dress. His personal touch when it comes to customer service is impeccable.

Being a huge fan of Say Yes to the Dress for years, I had to come here to purchase my wedding gown! This was the first and only time I went dress shopping - I knew I wouldnt have to go anywhere else. Kleinfelds lived up to every expectation I had - beautiful dresses, great service & THE BEST BRIDAL CONSULTANTS -- mine was Lisa ;)

I absolutely love Kleinfeld! Their service is always amazing and I have been pleased since saying yes to the dress and my fitting. I would definitely recommend. They also have gorgeous gowns that will fit a lower budget like mine. ☺️

Do not waste your time. Small selection, lazy attendant (Kayla) and overall bad attitude. She literally started recommending other bridal stores to go to instead of Kleinfeld since she claimed their selection is not diverse. I read all the bad reviews before going and didnt want to believe it, but truly do NOT waste your time. It was my first time trying on dresses and I walked out super sad and discouraged

This experience was extremely disappointing. This should be your last stop. My appointment was rushed and I didnt feel like they were prepared to pull the dresses I had requested. They were running around looking for what they might pull after I was clear with what I wanted. Such a known bridal stop shouldnt be like this. I felt like I was shopping at Zara. This was not the high end experience I expected. My associate wasnt bad her unpreparedness was. I cant believe I had to pay to reserve an appointment after I was told.. We simply dont have what you want here. At Kleinfield?! Really?! Ok. I took my business elsewhere. Bought my wedding dress the next day somewhere else.

I am the ultimate say yes to the dress super fan! lol I had an amazing time at Kleinfeld Bridal :) went in February RIGHT before everything shut down due to COVID. I was supposed to have Lisa, and unfortunately she was sick (Hope you are feeling better! :), but Candace stepped up to the plate. She is an amazing consultant. It was my dream to go to Kleinfeld to find my wedding dress and I definitely had a “Say Yes to the Dress” inspired time even if I was not on the show. Only thing is I wish I could have met Randy 😭!! but I did see some of my favorites and got to meet Ms. Dorthy! :) she was great

Definitely not what I expected for all the hype. Its a smedium boutique with great service but I think you would get the same level of service at any small bridal shop.They do have a wide selection of dresses at various price points which is definitely nice.

Fun overall experience. It’s an iconic place to wedding dress shop and I’m glad to say I did it but... did not find my dress here. I ended up finding my dress at a smaller boutique. The definitely try and get you to say “yes” to a dress. I felt a little pressured. I think when the consultant picked up on that and also with my budget being on the lower end, I felt like she was just trying to get me in and out. With COVID, you only get to try on 6 dresses and honestly 3 of them were not my style at all. Maybe with a larger budget, I would’ve had more options. The consultant was nice enough but did have a couple remarks that I thought were annoying... when I told her a designer I love (and I prefaced it with saying, love this designer I know they’re out of my budget, but if you have a similar style) she responded with yeah that’s not in your budget. Luckily it didn’t bother me too much, but could’ve really upset someone else. In all, I would go for the experience if you have the time and are in NYC but there’s plenty other options in NYC.

I loved how friendly everyone was when I walked in with two of my bridesmaids. Cierra was an absolute dream to work with. She asked me about my fiancé, my venue, the dresses I liked, and even took a look at my Pinterest! From there, Cierra said that she knew exactly what to pull for me. She pulled 5 dresses and assured me that we could always pull more. Every dress I tried on was stunning. Cierra was best in getting me into the dresses efficiently and comfortably. She was amazing at interacting with my bridesmaids when we went to show them! I loved dress #2, but the fifth dress I tried on made me feel like an absolute princess. Cierra made me feel beautiful through her compliments and veil/halo selection. Other consultants came over to affirm that this was the dress for me! I had my special Say Yes to the Dress moment and then we finalized the details. I can’t believe I only had to try on 5 dresses to find my dream dress. Can’t wait for future fittings and to wear this dress on my wedding day next summer! Thank you to everyone at Kleinfeld and especially Cierra!!!

Great overall experience! I ended up finding my dress here in January. My bridal consultant was very helpful and even helped me change aspects and visualise my dress. My one concern was another lady was shadowing her for some sort of performance review which was fine, but there felt like some tension between them.I would still recommend Kleinfeld to anyone looking for the bridal experience.

An amazing experience. The dress I chose the second one I tried on. My friends and family got. To sit in the filming area. They had a blast. I never felt pressured to get a dress and my stylist stuck to my budget.

I had the most amazing experience at Kleinfelds yesterday with Cierra. I could not have asked for a better bridal consultant! Her passion for what she does truly shined through in the way she made me feel. I was told by another bridal shop that I visited a few days before that Kleinfelds wouldnt give me the time of day because of my size. She could not have been more wrong! Every dress that Cierra brought into the dressing room was exactly what I was asking for and more and each one fit so beautifully. It was a tough decision but I ended up saying YES to the first dress I tried on! I highly suggest every bride visit Kleinfelds if possible. Cierra was amazing and I wish that every bride could receive the customer service I received from her!!

OMG! My Kleinfeld experience was perfect! Went with my Mom, sister and friend William from work. My consultant came and got us (Sharon Gardell) - she was the nicest, sweetest person and made my day perfect. Pnina Tornai was there and I love her dresses! The second dress I tried was one of hers and I said YES! She came over, made some alteration suggestion - we all took pictures and hugged and celebrated after she asked ARE YOU SAYING YES TO MY DRESS? The experience was worth every penny Met Dorothy too from the show - loved her too. Everyone was so down to earth, cool and helpful. FUN FUN FUN!

Emily is every reason this was such a great experience. She was prepared with what I choose on the site and understood exactly what I thought I was looking for. All of the dresses I choose were a complete horror on me. But she listened to what I didnt like about each one and pulled the perfect dress! As soon as I stepped into it, I knew it was the one. It was the vision I had for myself but could not seem to select. She was also very mindful of the thoughts of my family and friends which really made it more special. Said Yes on my first visit.

My Fiance has always had the dream of going to Kleinfeld for her wedding dress. So it so sad that the employee she had absolutely no idea how to service a client. The employee consistently brought out dresses that were the total opposite how what she wanted and kept dropping off dresses without getting any feedback from my Fiance. The only positive is that the place is super nice.

We travelled to NYC in Jan 2020 - just prior to Covid hitting from Vancouver, Canada. We had such a positive experience at Kleinfelds & I am so grateful to have been able to share in my daughters joy of finding her perfect dress. The wedding will take place in June 2021 & regardless if covid causes their reception to be postponed, Amber will wear her dress to marry her best friend on their date - she may even wear it a 2nd time when restrictions are lifted! I wanted to extend a heartfelt Thank You to Nicole who was our consultant - she made the experience a wonderful memory for the bride, her sister, myself & future Mom-in-law.

I was so excited to have my first visit at Kleinfeld! I was anticipating this day for months and I drove 2 hours away for this experience. When I got there I was so underwhelmed. My visit didn’t feel personal at all. I felt like the specialist I was working with just wanted me to hurry up so she could move on to her next appointment. She didn’t bring in any alternatives until I asked her to she didn’t tell me about any customizations that could be done. She didn’t tell me how long the dresses could take. It was so disappointing and to say I was dissatisfied would be an understatement. I would have given them 1 star but I gave them 2 only because I assume they have a better collection than I saw. Her name was Kayla Bienwald btw. If you get assigned to her ask to change!!!

Love this show and this store is beautiful the specialists there are sweet and nice.

I love Kleinfeld! I had the best experience. Very polite and helpful staff. I felt like I received personalized attention from my consultant Amber who was extremely professional and down to earth. They respond in a timely manner as well.

I visited about 6-7 bridal shops when searching for my dress and Kleinfeld was by far one of the worst experiences I had. I was so excited to visit the store after watching just about every episode of Say Yes to the Dress. I brought my mom and aunt with me and when it was time for my appointment to begin we were shoved in a fitting room with a couple of chairs in it. The consultant I worked with didnt bother to ask any personal questions to get to know me at all but instead jumped to what is your budget? When my mom threw a number out there she claimed all dresses at Kleinfeld started at a higher price point than that but she would see what she could find. Funny thing is that if I found a dress that was way more expensive, Id be willing to pay for it, but her reaction to the number my mom gave already left a bad taste in my mouth. When she returned with dresses (most of which were even cheaper than the budget price my mom gave) I had to change in front of everyone. I didnt care since it was just my mom and aunt but found it kind of crazy that there was no privacy, element of surprise with me being able to walk out in the dresses, and it was overall uncomfortable to have to change in and out of these large gowns in a small fitting room with 4 other people in there with me (there was a second younger consultant there too.) Once I found a dress I liked, they rushed to put a veil on me, finally let me out of the fitting room onto the main store floor you see in the show and began pressuring me to say yes to the dress. Once they realized I wasnt totally ready to say yes yet, they very obviously wanted nothing to do with me. By no means was I a difficult bride to work with. Im actually rather shy and easy going but Kleinfeld really just didnt live up to the hype. I felt like just another girl coming through and when they realized I wasnt going to drop big bucks that day, I didnt matter. My advice to future brides would be to find a smaller bridal shop where you can have a more personal experience. I found my gown at I Do I Do bridal in Morristown, NJ and it was such a wonderful experience!

I went with my granddaughter to pick out her wedding dress and was totally shocked by the great service the array of dresses that they offer and I didnt know that this was the establishment that is on TV. It was such a fun day I highly recommend for the brides-to-be. A must.

Overrated. Went in to find a dress and Kayla took no initiative to help. She literally said “ alright well I guess that’s it” However, I am SO HAPPY I went somewhere else and getting a custom ball gown made

Had a great experience. Came to my appointment not expecting to find a dress since it was my first time trying wedding dresses on. My consultant was Paula and she made me feel so comfortable and gave really great feedback. I had a lower budget compared to what you see on the show. Paula stuck to my budget and helped me find a beautiful dress. So excited for my alterations !!

Took gf to see since she watches the show on tv and she really enjoyed seeing everything!

Getting my wedding dress at Kleinfeld was a dream come true. I first visited in June 2018. I told my attendant what I was looking for and it was like she read my mind because the second dress I tried on was the one! I came back for three fittings (April, May and June 2019) and couldnt have had a more pleasant experience. I was lucky enough to receive Avalon as my seamstress and she could not be more amazing. Her attention to detail, warmth and expertise is second to none. I got so many compliments on the day of my wedding and felt like a princess!

Well.. I wasnt there but she came out all smiles with a dress in hand so.. Im gonna say 5 stars

I’m still on cloud 9 this place is absolutely breath taking! I always knew it would be from watching it on tv but I’m person it makes you feel like royalty! I had the pleasure of working with sunny and her intern who’s name I forgot. They took everything I said on paper and went and got every dress that could possibly work with my vision. I love it here so much! I can’t wait for my bridesmaids appointment with my girls! Thank you for making me feel like I was on tv even when I wasn’t.

Awesome experience! The nicest ppl ever. I think their more excited than the bride sometime. Love, love, love their energy! Found my dress the first 3 minutes. It was the first dress I tried on!! But I was still encouraged ti try on 3 more by consultant.

Expensive buuut. The experience you have here is like no other. You are a vip here no matter what. They really go above and beyond to make sure its perfect. Again with the price you pay they should but if you have it in your budget dont go anywhere else.

Everything went well till picking up dress. Waited an hour and a half for them to steam the dress . Had an appt for 12:30pm. But didnt get out till almost 2:30 p

Loved the atmosphere, and my consultant, Kelsey, was amazing! However, trying to get in touch on the phone with anyone is almost impossible. In the future, I don’t know if I’d go back since no one there is a good communicator, and they don’t answer phones or call back.

My consultant was nice, however I did feel pressured to get a dress. When I was trying to decide between two dresses and said I wasnt sure which I loved most, I was told what? you have to know. That made me feel uneasy. I ended up not getting a dress for a number of reasons. After I described what I was looking for most of the options presented to me were not the best thing pulled in my opinion. I also now know this because I did go elsewhere and it was spot on with everything they pulled. Also I didnt like the overall vibe. I could see staff whispering to each other, it was obvious they were not saying something kind. After I didnt get a dress, it was like all of a sudden we were being rushed out. Dont get hyped because of the tv show. If you want a genuine experience and help finding your dream dress, this is not the place (at least not for me). It was a very uptight experience, like you are almost afraid to even breathe. The other place I ended up going to buy my dress was very refreshing. and felt like a a true dress shopping experience.

I was so excited to come to Kleinfeld Bridal in search of my perfect dress. From the minute Amber introduced herself to me, she immediately made me feel extremely comfortable and excited about the experience. She took the time to talk to me prior to bringing in dresses and actually listened to my likes and dislikes. She brought in the dresses and there were three that were absolutely stunning!!! It made the decision hard, but she knew I had a different look when I put ok the very first dress for the second time. Immediately Kim was brought in to accessorize me and I couldn’t fall more in love with the look. Thank you Amber for making The dream of how I thought this day would play out come true!! I said Yes to the Dress, veil, and accessories. I will feel amazing oh my special day and fire this Amber I say thank you!! I recommend Kleinfeld Bridal and am looking forward to my fitting appointments.
