Im so happy I made an appointment at Grace Loves Lace - it was a dream experience. First of all, the showroom is beautiful and smelled so nice. My stylist, Becca, was amazing. I was with my mom and sister and she gave us all water and champagne (it was a super hot day in NYC so it was great). She was so knowledgable and knew exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy anything but after she put a veil on me to complete my look, I just KNEW I was getting my dress that day. Im so happy Im going to be a GLL bride! If youre a NYC bride, definitely come here, you wont regret it.

I bought a dress that was in stock and they gave me the wrong size! Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until my wedding day, so I wore I dress that was too big. Thanks for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day.

I am so appreciative of all that Grace Loves Lace has done for me throughout my wedding journey and I want to be able to give back in as many ways that I can.I got married this past Friday, September 18th 2020 in Glacier National Park in Montana, USA.I am from New York and I have been following GLL on social media for years. Once I got engaged, I booked an appointment straight away- I knew I had to wear one of your stunning gowns for my special day. The beauty and uniqueness cant be found anywhere else. Fast forward a few months: I got to visit the New York City Grace Loves Lace location where is where I was introduced to stylist, Gabby. Ever since that day, Gabby has been MY stylist. Gabby helped me find THE gown (The Emanuela). She was so friendly, down to earth, informative and REAL. She was able to grasp my vision from our very first encounters. Gabby exceeded my expectations on that day and shes been doing it ever since! We have stayed in touch over the past year and a half, as shes assisted me with SO much. When the NY location shut down due to COVID-19, Gabby not only helped me with my DIY measurements but she ensured me that everything would work out and really helped calm my nerves! Guess what? The dress ended up fitting beyond perfectly when it arrived in the mail (shipment was so quick and seamless, all the way from Australia!) And once the storefront opened back up, you bet I booked another appointment with her where she then helped me pick out a two piece set for my upcoming reception.I am so so so grateful and appreciative of all that not only Gabby, but everyone at Grace Loves Lace, has done to make this an unforgettable and perfect experience. We flew out for our elopement this past week and the amount of compliments I received on my Emanuela gown was unreal.I cant wait for my next event.. as GLL will be my first pick, always.Highly, highly recommend.

My mom, sister and I travelled to Grace Loves Lace New York all the way from Toronto to get the wedding dress that my sister had been eyeing for a while. Upon arrival at our GLL appointment, the ladies greeted us with champagne and gave us a tour of the space. Our stylist and the woman who was in training at the time were INCREDIBLE (I forget their names as our appointment was all the way back in November 2018, but I hope they read this and know who they are). My sister tried on the dress she had been wanting for months and unfortunately it didnt fit her style, it just wasnt her. After my sister was bummed about the dress, our stylist reminded us that there was still so many options and she went off and picked out a few options that she thought my sister would love... and she did amazing! One of the stylists picks ended up being the one my sister fell in love with. The whole appointment was just seamless, so easy and we didnt have to stress about anything. Thank you to the incredible people at GLL New York!

I had an amazing experience here at the New York Flagship store. The store itself is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated & clean and just overall a great atmosphere. I had Becca Andrews as my stylist and she honestly sealed the deal for me. I did purchase my wedding dress from here not only because they have beautiful dresses but because of my experience with Becca. I had been to several bridal shops with 0 success. Grace Loves Lace has such unique dresses that you do not find at a typical bridal shop. They are beautiful, super comfortable & affordable. Becca was such a delight to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and did not put any pressure on me at all. The sparkling wine at the beginning was a great touch & sets a relaxing and fun tone for dress shopping which is usually stressful. I fell in love with one dress at my first appointment but wanted to come back again so my mom could see it in person before saying yes to the dress. Once my mom saw it in person she loved it as well and I immediately made the purchase! I would highly recommend Grace Loves Lace if you are a bride who is looking for something different & unique.

I absolutely loved shopping here! Anna was an amazing stylist to have around -- shes super down to earth, generous with her time and advice (when you ask for it), and has a great eye. My friend and I really both enjoyed talking to her and getting her take on gowns throughout our appointment! Very glad I was able to make a stop here and would definitely recommend GLL to other brides!

I dont write reviews - at all - but my multiple visits to the New York store with Becca Andrews made my wedding dress shopping experience so LOVELY. I am so happy with the dress I ordered and cant wait to get it. Becca was so nice and patient with me and really made the experience so great. Even in a COVID environment.

I could not have higher praise for Grace Loves Lace! I went to 4 different stores in search of my wedding dress, and I wish GLL was the first, not the last place that I went to! Hands down, the easiest decision to make, even after trying on many dresses prior to my GLL appointment! The quality of lace on their dresses was nothing I could compare to any of the other brands and designers that I tried on. I worked with Shea and she was beyond amazing! She was so knowledgable about the ins & outs regarding the dresses, the designs, and everything in between. She was the BEST! If you are even considering making a decision to come here, please do! I said Yes to the Dress and I could not be any happier!

What an absolutely gorgeous showroom and retail space. Grace Loves Lace has created such an intimate shopping experience. I had an appointment the day after they opened, and it did not fail to meet my expectations. My stylists, Gabby, was both so kind and very knowledgeable about the dresses. The dresses here are not only stunning, but they are very much affordable. I would seriously recommend this place to ANY bride whos looking for a wedding dress.

Stunning dresses and a stunning staff! Cassandra helped my fiancee feel welcome and comfortable and tended to her every need. We walked away knowing exactly what dress she wanted and it was simply an amazing start to the day.They also serve sparkling water while youre there, its nothing big but its a great detail.

Excellent experience after looking at 30+ dresses at other Salons....we found the perfect dress here. Rakell was an amazing stylist with no pressure and so patient. Would recommend this Salon to everyone looking for the perfect unique dress.

I loved the dresses and overall atmosphere of the gll showroom. I went to the one in NYC in January 2019 to get my dress for my feb 2020 wedding. The stylist took all my measurements and the only thing missing were the shoes for height. I went back to the showroom in august to get measured again, this time with my heels and the stylist sent in all my measurements. When my dress arrived in December the sizing was COMPLETELY off. I had to take it to a seamstress and get 3 inches off each strap 3 FULL INCHES, I get maybe having to get some alterations, but that was way off in addition to that they had confirmed the full Length of the dress being 150cm with the heel, at the seamstress we measured and it was 160!! So I had to get the bottom hemmed as well. I don’t think they actually make the dresses to your size because there is no way they followed anything the stylist sent. I ordered the dress over one year in advance and was so excited to get it, but it’s been one disappointment after the other. The dress is still beautiful, but for the price it’s not worth the stress.so I honestly do not recommend.

This showroom & all of its gowns are absolutely beautiful! Such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, and our stylist Gabby was so easy-going and understanding. We loved every single gown I tried on- they were just as comfortable as they are stunning. I know I chose the absolute perfect dress, and it was definitely a day well always remember!

The most exquisite lace gowns I have ever seen! A wonderful experience and the dresses are priced pretty average for the amazing quality.

This was the only place I came to buy my wedding dress! Nya and Sara were both well informed on all the gowns available and that really put me at ease. They didnt rush or pressure us to make a hasty decision. Though all beautiful, none of the dresses I came to try on were THE one for me... luckily they pulled a couple more and the last one I tried was IT!!!! The Fox veil also completed my look! I was able to take my dress and veil home the same day & I couldnt have been more happy about that!!!! Thanks again ladies at GLL!!

Trying on dresses here was fun and absolutely stress free! The showroom is charming, the fitting rooms are spacious, my mom and sister were able to sip champagne while I tried on dresses, and the stylist was helpful and patient. The dresses are gorgeous and lightweight. If you are wedding dress shopping, visit Grace Loves Lace!

I flew in from Chicago for a work trip, and thought I would squeeze in an apt while I was here. Needless to say I confused central and eastern time and showed up to my appointment at the wrong time. My stylist Reina was AMAZING. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in and did not make me feel horrible for getting the apt time wrong.Reina was so kind and so friendly it made my appointment really fun and productive. There was no pressure to buy on the spot and she encouraged me to try some styles that I wouldnt have picked out for myself (and I loved them). Overall a really great experience, and would highly recommend.

Love the showroom, such an easy experience. I walked in on a weeknight, browsed the dresses, and Cassandra helped me throughout. Making an appointment is a bit more of a glamorous experience, so do as you prefer! Im so glad theres a NYC showroom- the dresses are as soft, comfortable, and sexy in person as they look online

I was in the area at another place looking at wedding dresses for the first time. After being a little disappointed I realized grace loves lace was a ten minute walk from our previous place. I’ve always loved and wanted a dress from them! They were closing at 7:00, i walked in at 6:40 and I didn’t have an appointment but I asked if I could try on a dress and Naya was so friendly and let me try on a few and I fell in love with the first dress I tried on!!! She was so nice and also let my friends come in and see! My experience there in 15 mins was way better than the hour and a half I just spent at the other place! So so happy thank you so much Naya!!

I recently had an appointment (first appointment on a Saturday morning) and arrived 5 minutes early with my mom and 2 close friends. I had been following Grace Loves Lace for a while, knew they had the style I was going for, and dreamed I would be wearing one of their dresses to my own wedding. Upon arriving, the front desk assistant asked if I had an appointment, and said “you can look around while you wait for your stylist”, and not in any warm or friendly way. We started looking around. About 10-15 minutes go by, and no one checked in on us. We sat there in the lounge waiting, all thinking there was definitely a weird vibe. My stylist arrives, and asks us if we would like refreshments. My friend asks for both a water and champagne and the stylist responds “we’ll start with the champagne” and doesn’t bring her a water (??). We go to try on the first dress and the stylists asks what phase I’m in for dress shopping. I tell her this is my first appointment (while also feeling very nervous and anxious about it) and her immediate response is “I don’t recommend that.” After having to ask her WHY, she explained that I should have gone to a larger shop first and tried on many dresses and styles. This made me feel SO unwelcome, and like I had done something wrong. She eventually warmed up to me and my experience turned into “just ok”.The same day, I had an appointment with Lovely Bride and LOVED my experience there (Kasi was a dream). I did not wind up buying my dress from either place, BUT I did wind up buying a boho-influenced full lace dress from the designer Wilderly by Allure Bridal. I loved the Grace Loves Lace dresses, but I would be lying if I said my experience at the store did not affect my decision-making. Giving them 3 stars / the benefit of the doubt, in the hopes they were having an off day.Also just a note, the dresses are veryyy long at GLL but they do not offer a box to stand on (bring heels I guess?).
