Great customer service, good prices and I loved that they have Lab corp as a possibility to get labs. Is a great option for any patient
The lab staff here was fantastic very personable made me feel comfortable and the gentleman gentleman got my vein in one poke, great job!!!!!!
The store is clean & the staff are helpful. The lab corp is great and never a long wait.
Would give a zero if they let me. Horrible staff-inconsiderate and condescending. They gave my wife the wrong prescription- when she realized it she immediately went back to correct the problem. When I called to let them know of their error the lady informed me that the correct medicine had been picked up and hung up on me when I told her to fix the problem. Buyer beware!
I have been a long time customer of Walgreens I could everyone in this store helpful a d courteous . Kyle was especially considerate as my daughter has been going on looking for that ever popular squishmallow and Kyle noticed us trying to find one but every time we went in they were sold out .. well Kyle made sure my daughter got one and I am grateful and appreciative your store will get all our business as we will go out of our way to ship here now !
Always have what you need and at prices that are affordable.
The worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with!!! My healthcare provider called 7 times trying to order an RX for me, they hung up several times and she was unable to put the order through. I called and spoke to a female who was extremely condescending on the phone to me!!! She indicated that my health care provider should be aware that she can put her order in digitally “these days”. Needless to say I have pulled my prescriptions and will now use Publix, where they appreciate your business and don’t keep your health care provider on eternal hold and then hang up!
This ridiculous. Nothing else! He said it right. What is wrong with YOU PEOPLE??
Pharmacy tech Mathew was very unprofessional and rude. Management is welcome to contact me and I will go into detail. Never going back there. I will stick with my local Publix pharmacy where they actually treat their customers with respect.
Always have our prescriptions filled hereReceived second shingles shot todaySanjay is very courteous and a pleasure toVisit for immunizations
They are always very professional and helpful. Probably one of the best pharmacies I have even been to. I moved to Tampa but still go to this pharmacy because of the service
Sanjay is the best pharmacist ever!! He is so helpful and friendly. He’s also extremely efficient. Very knowledgeable also! Thank you Walgreens- we needed this pharmacist!!
Drugstore with food, drink, and lots of non frog lend
Specifically made a phone call and spoke to someone in the pharmacy so they would not put a prescription back on the shelf. Received an email that a second prescription would be ready Wednesday at noon. Went to pickup both today, Friday, only to find out that in fact the first had been put back on the shelf and the second one wasnt ready either. After waiting the 20 minutes that they said it would take to fill them, I waited an additional 7 minutes in the drive thru before I was even acknowledged. Not a big deal in the big picture but if they know, maybe theyll try harder.
Don’t go there for a photo wood panel project! All the panels came out questionable, one of them so bad I had to take it back. Corner was up, glue all over the photo!Well, the second try was even worse! The 3rd one.... still not perfect. Why do I need to look at glue all over my picture? I was told I can try to get it of! You must kidding me! Take your photo project elsewhere!!
Lab Corp employees are great. Always polite and friendly. They are good at what they do. Never had a problem and highly recommend.
Saturday morning we dropped off script and only had to wait 5 minutes. The script was wrong but we were not advised until 24 hours later, however Walgreens rectified their mistake.
After many disappointing and frustrating encounters with the pharmacy staff at this branch, over several years, we decided to take our business to the Walgreens at 5432 Little Road (at River Crossing). We pass the store at Mitchell and Little on the way to River Crossing, but its worth the drive. What a difference in competency! The store at Mitchell had many delays of several days, ran out of common drugs, and on more than one occasion emotionally argued with the customer about insurance coverage and supplies, instead of calmly presenting information and respectfully allowing the customer to inquire . The Manager and personnel have changed since then, but I believe there may still be a problem. Im not willing to risk it, and am completely satisfied with the competency and service at Walgreens, River Crossing: 5432 Little Road, New Port Richey FL.
The cleanest Walgreens in town. Top customer service and what a great staff .
I’m very disappointed. I went into Walgreens to get pictures printed and this woman had a terrible attitude and she made us wait for 15 minutes and when we went up to get our pictures she said give me a minute just so she could play on her computer even though are pictures were already and I said Goodmorning to the woman her name was Kaitlyn at the front desk and she just ignored me. I will definitely not be going back there when they are at work.
I had a horrible experience at LabCorp today at this Walgreens and it isnt the first time with this same lab technician Kelly. First time she poked my child three times and dropped needle and poked his arm again! Second time she look fustrated that she had to take blood from me 15 minutes prior to closing time. She had attitude the entire session and said I might still have to come back another day because she might not have enough time to spin blood. I will never be going back there and I would advise you use another lab Corp if you can. She obviously is not the right person for such position and I wish LabCorp management would pay close attention to their employees.
Peter the pharmacist is very helpful and compassionate person, but all the techs need to learn some manors.
Pete the pharmacist is excellent with customer service. Hes super nice and answers all your questions.
I love the staff at this store, so helpful and go out of their way to help everyone !
Im new to the area and needed a Rx filled. Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to my home so I had my doctor send it there. When I arrived to pick it up I found that Walgreens does not accept my medical insurance. I did not pick up my Rx instead I drove .5 mile north to Walmart and found they are in my network. I requested Walmart call and have my Rx transferred. 36 hours later Walgreens still hadn’t transferred my Rx. When I called to ask .. WHY? The pharmacist told me they were busy and understaffed. Apparently prescription medication and doctor’s orders take a backseat to this company. My advice take you Rx to a pharmacy that can cooperate with your needs and your insurance. Not this one. They’re too busy!
Very helpful staff that goes out of there way to help. A special Thank You to Peter the pharmacist.
They don’t know what burger beef is and they don’t have it either
NEVER again! HORRIBLE customer service! The worst I have ever experienced. Went to get a prescription filled for pain medication that my doctor wrote for me today. I live probably 1/2 mile from there. I had tried Walmart, where my other prescriptions were and they were out of this medication. So was Publix. Target pharmacy was closed. So I am at this Walgreens, its 8:30pm - I am in awful pain. Now, I am not sure whether it was because I said I had no insurance (self pay) or because I had a coupon for a discount, but, after taking up my time and filling out all my info, he said he would NOT fill the prescription - supposedly because I had other prescriptions filled elsewhere. I said, I cant believe this! Are you refusing service to me? and he said he was. What kind of pharmacist does this? Dont know his name - whoever would be working that shift. Why would anyone ever want to consider moving their prescriptions there? He refused service to me because I had filled a couple of prescriptions at Walmart? I will never buy anything at that Walgreens again - not prescriptions, not even a magazine. In fact, I may just stay away from all Walgreens. What a jerk! And if this is their policy, it is really messed up.
Great location. Great for the neighborhood.
The pharmacyst John is very rude and unprofessional its sad,I wont be filling my prescriptions there because I dont trust him after catching him in a lie,I had to report him to his boss and will be wrighting a letter to the corporate office. Fire this jerk Walgreens hes costing you money.....
Michelle Was very rude and called my mother crazy. She kicked me out and threatens to call the police because I asked for a free lollipop. And I’m only 12. Very nasty atitude
Standard Walgreens experience. Friendly check out staff. Never had a long line.
The Pharmacist is wonderful !
Pharmacy drive thru a joke
Pharmacy took over 45 minutes to fill prescription, never waited so long on a small refill in my life highly disappointed
Great service!
This pharmacy has been frustrating me for years. I thought I was expecting too much and had been spoiled by the superb competitor up the street (always fast service and rare out of stocks. Did I mention cheerful, friendly service?), but I see the same complaints from others, going back four years: out of stocks have become routine, especially on expensive meds (great for the store’s bottom line, but terrible for customers’ well being and satisfaction); slow service inside and worse in drive-through; painfully long waits for phone contact; tedious and time-wasting computer call in system; conflicting status messages, leading to questionable reliability. There is one pharmacist who seems to be on duty most of the time. I am pleased to say he is always friendly and helpful. The most absurd situation was a few weeks ago- laughable in retrospect (or, is it pitiful?) it was so incompetent. I received an email advising my scrip was ready for pickup. A day or two later I drove over to learn, “Your scrip is being worked on right now and will be ready in 10 minutes.” (Huh!) I said I would pick up later. Arriving home, there was a message telling me the item was out of stock and would not be available until the following week! The time line showed that message was sent minutes I had left. Some of these issues are attributable to corporate policy, some to equipment procedure, and some to staff shortage, so while it may sound unfair to hold the staff fully accountable, it is you and I who are being punished for conditions beyond our control. I can hardly wait for an insurer who will cover me at “the competitor up the street”11/8/21. It gets worse (!) so now I downgrade from 2 star to 1. After reading the following you decide on the professionalism and dedication.Last week the news reported one of my scrips was recalled and patients should check with their providers for substitutions . Mine referred me to Walgreens because they would have the lot numbers. I did. The Tech said they had not received notification of recall. I called CVS at Target. Their Tech knew all about it, confirmed notice had in fact come in, gave me the October date, and said none of their lots were affected. I then went on line and printed the complete list of affected lot numbers. Another call to Walgreens to speak with the pharmacist. He insisted nothing had come in and that I should call the manufacturer to ask. I politely and yes, calmly, explained that was not my responsibility. Further, if the Tech at CVS knew, how come he, the pharmacist at Walgreens, did not? I even offered him the lot numbers. CVS knowing embarrassed him, I am sure, because the next sounds I heard were the rustling of papers and mumblings. Yes, there it was. He did check my last pickup. That particular manufacturer was not involved. The damage had already been done and the poor impression remains.A follow up comment in my original review about out of stocks and conflicting communication. Here we go again:Two days ago Walgreens reminded me a scrip was eligible for reorder. I ordered and was later told it was out of stock. The next day (yesterday) I was told it would be ready for pickup today (11/8). Just now another update came in saying it was out of stock and they were reordering. I would be notified availability.
