Ok so good place but be wornd do not get on bad side at all not a nice thing

Store says it opens at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:06 am to buy something really quick and the door was still locked. I called the number listed and someone answered and said they can’t let me in because they don’t have a cashier. I walk back to my car and sit for a few more minutes and around 8:10 am the cashier is being dropped off out front and still taking her time standing outside the vehicle that was dropping her off and chit chatting laughing and talking. Glad to know customer service is so important and opening the store on time is not a priority I will be going to a different store from now on.

Walgreens in general, are very well designed and run. This location is no exception. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for your personal care needs.

Generally a good store but the associate by the name of Kevin was extremely rude to my 13 year old son at the register.it almost became a real problem. And this week I will be back in that store to follow up with the manager

Seems that they have some recently hired new employees who are friendly, and polite.kudos Usually a 20 min. wait at the 1 drive thru lane, followed by more delays and cranky staff. As noted, for the last month or 2 they have seemed to have addressed the situation. Seems to be a Walgreens corporate problem, as I have experienced the plethora of problems posted here, with 2 other branches in Fla. ( Tarpon Sp., Holiday ) and 2 Walgreens I used while living in 2 other states. Hoping the upward trend continues.`

This is a great Walgreens location!! The pharmacy staff is excellent. Prescriptions are always ready when they are supposed to be. They have decent prices on many prescription drugs. The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The short haired elderly lady working the counter right now (3:30pm12/7) your super RUDE and because of the attitude from you this week (way more then once) me and my family will not return.

I came in the store today with my patient and Cece was very rude and acted as if she needed a lunch break

Convenient and have everything I need

I’ve been here plenty of times and never had a problem but today at the pharmacy 1 of the ladies behind the counter was very degrading and rude after I simply asked what time we should pick up a prescription by since it wasn’t ready at that time. I hope she doesn’t speak to everyone like that. Maybe she’s usually nice and was just having a bad day. But I don’t really care I’m not going back to that Walgreens ever again after I actually get my prescription.

Fill my prescriptions there every month and they are very accommodating if I am in a hurry to get to work as my work schedule makes it hard to fill during normal business hours. Also very friendly pharmacy team.

Conveniently located and easy access. They carry everything from normal drug store items to food. They have a drive through window for pick up and drop off prescriptions and they are open most nights until 10pm.

I have two sick 3 year olds that I am attempting to find a nebulizer with a mask to help disperse their medicine. I called the store to see if they carried them and a young girl on the phone said “Uhhh maybe we do, it would be in isle 13 or 16 maybe”. I told her I was calling, not in the store and asked if she could go see for sure before I packed them up in the car and drove there. She said she couldn’t but she could transfer me to the pharmacy (which was close at the time!!). I asked her if the walk was too far and she laughed and said “Yeaa.” Seriously, can’t you find anyone better than that for your store. Thanks a lot.

The pharmacists and techs at this location are great. They are always going above and beyond for me to make sure I have my medication if they can. I can not say this for all stores in this area. They awesome!!!

The pharmacist there both of them the young man n Lady are not polite at all matter of fact nobody there is except for 1 young girl. She greets you with a smile. They are mean absolutes mean GOD FORBID YOU CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS THE RUDENESS IN THERE VOICE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve been with Walgreens since 2006 this is the only location that does not greet you with politeness does not address you by name when being a customer after 5 years with them!! They don’t care about you and your needs they rush you off just to get to the next customers. Sadly I’m transferring my medication to CVS just because of there not polite!! Only location in all my years have I witness such behavior!!!

To the cashier who was working around 4 this evening who helped me pick out the bottle of pink moscato. Thank you! It was a really good choice!!

I have used this pharmacy for 6 months now and I will NEVER go back. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used!! They are rude, degrading and will not go out of their way at all to help their customers. HIPPA is disregarded and they will freely talk about your medications in front of others. STAY AWAY!!

Don’t use this pharmacy! They charged me $65 for a $15 prescription and wouldn’t refund it and could care less about helping me with the situation! Even though I have gotten it there before for less than $20 and get it for $18 at a different pharmacy! They were rude not very nice or professional. And, would not refund 10 minutes later.

Corner location makes this an easy spot for a quick stop. Drive thru available for prescriptions from the pharmacy. Food items, toiletries, cards, office items, photos and more. Helpful staff.

Very unprofessional they dont care about you Danielle the pharmacists ust to be so kind n nice and go out of her way to help you. She and rest of staff are very mean. They dont hand you back your drivers license they throw it in a bag. Danielle no longer goes out of her way she not polite n nice its just the opposite. They told me 3 days ago there ordering system was down so 3 days later i call to get my script filled and Danielleyelled at me and said I told you 3 days ago our order SYSTEM was down. How was i to know 3 days later it wasnt back up and running?? That put the icing on the cake for me. Yesterday I go to my fathers location bayshore blvd Dunedin VERY NICE they asked my dad how we was doing by name. My father explain his cancer is stage 4 n we found out yesterday it spread to his stomachache n lungs the Pharmacists said to my dad Mr. Keller do gou mind if i pray for you?? Really omg i started crying and she asked me my name and ask if she could pray for me? I thought wow I never get greeted by name at my location. I never see smiles on anyone face. After reading reviews of this location im not the only one who feels that Danielle is unprofessional n staff as well. I pray that they will change the way they operate at this location as no one as a customer should be ever treated with disrespect. Good luck is all I can say!!!

Worst pharmacy ever the pharmacist Danielle is the rudest always has a attitude and hangs up on people. The Man isnt much better. They gave my husband someone else medication. We didnt find out until the next month. Medicine is never ready when they say it will be takes hours to get your medicine. We have been using Walgreens for 15 years. But after repeatedly problems and rudeness going to switch to a different pharmacy.

I love printing photos using Walgreens but I had such a rude lady who barely even helped me. Finally toward the end of the process i had an actual manager come over. In which they were nice.

Mean people. I dont like them. They treated me very unacceptably even though I spent lots of cash in there. They dont stick to their policies at this store and no customer service skills. Walgreens in Clearwater was wonderful. Even the pharmacy here is so rude aside from putting peoples license in the bag, not handed back to them the same way it was courteously handed to them and they have something to say about it. Oh well. For service, rewards, great prices, sales and kindness, .....CVS is 1 zillion% better.

Danielle the pharmacist does not know how to add 3 + 1. please dont get your meds here you may get the wrong amount. Very nasty unprofessional unintelligent pharmacist. So sad to see, but wanted others to know before they get dealt the wrong way with meds missing. AND EVERYTIME someone writes a bad review, what a coincidence that someone came in to write another review with 5 stars? after the REAL review was posted. Most likely walgreens workers!
