If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The staff here are very, very, rude. The website said they closed at 7. I arrived and opened the door at 6 o’clock even, and hadn’t even walked in the door when I was rudely greeted by a woman telling me they were closed. I had told her I only needed two things and it would take 2 seconds and she continued to repeat that they were closed. Very disgusted in the way she spoke to me and treated me. I understand the website may have been wrong, but other people in these ratings have said the same thing about getting kicked out even though it was well before closing time. Clearly this was not a one time thing. As a beauty store I would think they would allow me to quickly grab the two things I needed to fix my hair, but no, all I got was a nasty greeting! Will never be coming back and my service will go to the store in Trinity! Highly suggest you cleanse your store of your awful staff!

Over priced. $5.13 for some tweezers and thats the cheapest they had. They had some that were close to $30.00

The staff here were extremely helpful. I went in yesterday with a couple questions on what products I should use to lift my hair without destroying it. The three women there were so helpful and informative. I had wonderful results with the products they recommended!! Awesome service girls. Nice to find a sallys with employees I can trust with my hair

The staff here was so rude to me and my son today we walked in and the employees did not say anything to us they gave us an unpleasant look actually making us both feel uncomfortable and proceeded to disappear somewhere in the store. i do not know if they thought we didnt need anything because we were males and maybe they assumed we werent buying anything but my son wanted to color his hair blue and i could not get the chance to ask anyone there where the color was or how to achieve it for my sons hair because they rudely ignored us entering the shop and then disappeared on us almost immediately. waited at least five minutes and still no sign of any staff. we decided to leave and go to the Sallys over In trinity where the staff greeted us and treated us nicely and helped us right away. wont be returning to this location and someone should tell staff that male customers are as important as any other customers.

I went in for just my sulfate free shampoo and there was a nice young lady there with very bright pretty red hair I wish I could remember her name, she was definitely new but extremely polite and helpful to me. She recommended I try the Ion shampoo and it was buy one get one deal so I got a new shampoo and a conditioner for free. I will be coming back soon because now I love the Ion shampoo more than my old shampoo.

Came in to day and was helped by a girl named Shelby she was really helpful and probably had the best customer service I’ve had at this location. She knew exactly what I needed for mixing the dye and gave me some really helpful tips. Over all experience was amazing.

I love Sally in general, but the last 3 times Ive gone to the store, well before closing, they said theyre closed and just stared at me from inside. Strange. I found another Sally.

Amazing staff. They helped me achieve a color that I wanted, even when a suggestion mess up they immediately helped me fix my hair. They gave me options and together we worked through it. They where extremely kind and helpful! These girls are amazing!

Extremely rude. Poor customer service. Overall bad experience. The short older women and the he/she didnt know anything about the supplies I asked for and then argued with me. I could tell they didnt know what they were talking about because they were second guessing themselves also. I just left the store because I was tired of the rudeness, dirty looks and the false information. The hiring manager needs to chose wisely on who they hire at that store. Not educated whatsoever.

Love Sallys our Go to place we are barbers and stylist and all the staff is amazing been going there for 2 years now this particular one. Jasmine is Amazing sales associate and Otellia is amazingLove the calls to see if we need anything by Sara great customer service and staff constantly building.

Extremely rude! The woman named Tiffany I believe is the store manager and has absolutely NO business working in retail whatsoever! I didnt need help finding anything and she kept hovering over as if I was going to steal something. Probably because I am a Latino man and she is clearly Caucasian Descendant . I was so disgusted of her dirty looks at me I quickly left the store and drove almost half an hour to the Sallys in Tarpon Springs.... the managers name is David and let me tell you ladies, he is the sweetest, politest guy ever. Excellent customer service. 5 Stars to David but as for Tiffany I feel extremely bad for her workers as she shouts at them and calls them stupid in front of other customers! TIFFANY IS AN OUTRAGE!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!
