We had our first covid Vaccine at CVS on Route 60 in Clearwater no appts available in in Pasco. We stood in line got shot and were told to go sit for 15 minutes. Never saw an employee in that area. People were coming to sitting area after us and leaving before us obviously not staying the required 15 minutes.Yesterday we had our 2nd Vaccine at CVS on Moog rd and US 19. I was AMAZED at how organized it was. A gentleman guided us where to check in led us to injection area then took us to sitting area and put a timer on the floor next to each person. This man also kept checking on everyone every few minutes. Wish I knew his name... We were there around 11 am Monday May 3rd, maybe you can check your schedule see who he was and give him a huge THANK YOU. !!! This location did it an outstandingJob This man was friendly and very helpful.Thank you for all your help. Great job
Unable to order tried twice will try again
Very helpful and friendly staff! With Attentive and courteous employees; makes it easy to ask for help and also helps to get the customers in and out of the store faster and stress free. Although this location is smaller than others (just one floor others nearby have two floors) I feel more “at home” at this location.
Overall decent store......HOWEVER IVE BEEN IN THE PHARMACY LINE (DRIVE THROUGH) FOR ABOUT 10MINS IN THE HEAT BECAUSE A LIQUID MEDICINE FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE CAR BEFORE ME LEAKED. INSTEAD OF ASKING THEM TO PULL AROUND WHILE THE PHARMACIST REFILLED THERE MEDS THERE JUST TAKING UP THE LINE. ALSO I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I COULD HEAR THEIR ENTIRE CONVERSATION OVER THE INTERCOM.
Asked to get passport picture and lady did not feel like doing pictures sent to another cvs same story . Disappointed both us 19 cvs not helpful. But one lady on darlington was super nice apologetic. The other in front of Winn Dixie and Burger King . Not so much she just was not feeling like taking pictures. 🤦♀️
Ben the pharmacist is such an amazing person, who truly cares and always goes above and beyond for our family! Thank you so much !
Every time I have came to the drive thru I have waited a long time even left and came back. Today I have been in line for over an hour. They need a better store manager apparently. I have been to alot of CBSs through out and this has been the worst.
Place has gone downhill fast. Spent first 10 minutes of my last visit telling me I dont have health insurance. Ive been getting my medicine here for years. Got notified all my prescriptions were ready. Turns out they werent. Stick to working with Hank, he is the only one that is efficient. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Came here because my doc sent my script here and never will I return again. The cashier shane forced me to remove my mask during purchase of alcohol. It not only jejeopardized me but also the customers in the store. The manager lied and said all CVS are required to do it. I called 5 and they said that is not true.
This store is my favorite
BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR 15 YEARS. STORE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND CONVENIENTLY CARRIES MOST ANYTHING ONE MIGHT NEED PERSONALLY, FOR THE OFFICE, THE HOUSE OR STOCKING THE KITCHEN. THE STAFF ARE USUALLY EMPLOYED THERE FOR A LONG TIME, AND THROUGH THE YEARS HAVE ALL BECOME GOOD FRIENDS. CURRENTLY, FROM LONG-TIME, AWESOME PHARMACIST ( HANK ) TO FRIENDLY DAVE THE STORE MANAGER, TO ALL STORE AND PHARMACY STAFF - YOU CANT EXPECT BETTER SERVICE - CONSISTENT SMILES AND GREAT ATTITUDES. THIS CVS AT THIS LOCATION IS TRULY A COMMUNITY TREASURE TO BE THANKFUL FOR.
Pharmacy stinks, they never answer their phone and close earlyI was there at 753pm and the pharmacy was locked down.Very disappointing.Going to change where I fill my prescriptions
Too long of a wait these days at the pharmacy windows. Problem is that CVS has cut their staff and not enough personnel at busy times to accommodate customers. For those complaining about Hank, hes been transferred to another CVS. Hes always been good to me so Im sorry to see him go. I do miss Paulina. I feel theyre all strangers now and Ive been a customer for 30 years.
Everytime I call the pharmacy I am on hold more than 10 minutes. Sometimes someone will answer and quickly say hold please without allowing me to say sure or I cant because I am waisting my lunch break being on hold just to see if my script is ready. Having 10+ years of customer service experience they dont even deserve the one star I gave them. And also being in the medical field it is not very professional to keep doing this to the people who depend on them for their medicine.
Florida pharmacy I highly suggest to start using you can contact your pharmacist even on holidays they dont discriminate or refuse to fill certain medications CVS treated me like a criminal I go there everyday almost but I get attitude lack of help I normally dont try and ruin anyone but this place decides who they are going to help and because I had my motorcycle helmet on because of this COVID-19 they doñt fill my prescription followed me in and out I come there everyday and today Im treated like a criminal ! Use mom and pops drug stores these big pharmacys are controlling who they help Im disgusted with them
The entire store smells of cigarette smoke. It is awful. When I came out my shirt even smelled like smoke and I dont smoke. Also, the large lady (employee) behind the counter at the check out register in front, was coughing so badly and it sounded awful. I had to just put my stuff down and leave. There wasnt any way I was going to get near that counter. It is incredibly disrespectful to have someone check you out that is very sick. STAY AWAY.
Awesome customer service, clean store
Inept and slow pharmacy helpers, dirty, disgusting store. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!
Ive been going to CVS for over 10 years now. Im a cancer patient in remission and have been on the same regimen of medications for the last 3 years which has been working for me (thankfully) when Hank was there I never had a problem. Gillian the tech is the absolute best. And Ping one of the new Pharmacists is also very attentive and efficient. Everyone else at this Pharmacy is the complete opposite, Ive already had the I dont feel comfortable filling this for you moving forward I complained about them to my many Doctors at Moffitt Cancer Center and without hesitation they told me to find another Pharmacy that will not give me a hard time with my medications. While I was undergoing my treatments at Moffitt, they have a Publix Pharmacy on site and Ive since then transferred all my profile to Publix, I will use the one at the hospital or the Trinity store close to home, not only are they better staffed and efficient, my prescription costs have gone way down and I dont have to deal with the Im not comfortable filling this for you BS. This staffing problem at CVS is putting patients at risk with possible medication errors. Its unreasonable for a pharmacy this size to have 2 employees doing everything. When you call, youre on hold sometimes for 30 minutes or more, its impossible to dispense medication, tend the drive thru, answer calls, work the register, give flu shots, and talk to patients, that requires more than 2 people. And on top of that their hesitation to give you YOUR prescribed medication based on personal reasons regarding their comfort was the end of my relationship with them. It is now me that doesnt feel comfortable coming here. CVS you just lost another customer! The only reason they get the extra star rating is for 3 employees there that deserve recognition. Thank you Gillian, Dave, and Ping, you 3 have been great to me I really appreciate everything youve done. The rest of your colleagues could learn so much from you, all three of you are 5 star employees to say the least.
The pharmacists here sucks especially the pharmacist manager. THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS. The manager just gives excuses and the other pharmacists just follow the leader. If we stopped going there I wonder how happy they would be to be unemployed.
Do Not Ever Go Here!! The worst everReport to state... Over billing...lying ...report to the state. HELP!! My son just got out of surgery. Broken bones all over!!!Please bad pharmacy. Bad people!!
Everyone Ive encountered so far in the pharmacy and check out has been friendly and helpful. Very neat store, Im comfortable shopping here.
The pharmacies here in New Pt. Richey and Holiday are worthless. The pharmacist was terribly rude to me asking, Why dont you have insurance? in an accusatory manner, as though not having insurance were a crime. Then he said he had to look something up and made me wait until all the other customers were gone. He said he didnt feel comfortable filling my Rx this month. I told him I was not there to make HIM comfortable. In Holiday, the pharmacist messed up my Rx. I would not go to a CVS again under ANY circumstances. Bye-bye CVS.
The pharmacy is the worst! My husbands a heart condition and they always mess up his medication. There was a nice black lady that fixed the mess up after months of 30 days here and 60 days there when I get to should have been 90. And its close to home so I tried them again because he had surgery and is in pain dropped it off around noon and asked if I could wait till 4 which I did thinking the meds he was given at hospital wouldnt wear of quicky but they did and went to pick up and wasnt ready was told they were understaffed. This place is just....wow no words changing to wallgreen.
Was on hold for 25 mins before the pharmacy even answered. When they finally answered she was very short with me and had an attitude as if I was interrupting her day! Only reason I am coming to this one is because they are the only ones with the medicine that I need at the moment. Will NEVER make this location my permanent store.
Poor service at the pharmacy. I dropped off my scripts yesterday morning, said they would be ready by 3:30p that afternoon, went in this morning and was told not ready, but would be shortly. I left came back at 3:15 and still not ready. The pharmacist refused to give my scripts back and wanted me to wait while she got them ready. Short staffed, incompetent employees, and a manager nowhere to be found.
My 78 yr old mother and I went to cvs to purchase some items and while shopping my mother needed to use the bathroom so she went to the back of the store and the door was locked. i asked the clerk to please open the bathroom door because my mother needed to use the bathroom and she is old and cannot hold it. The clerks refused to open the door and said the bathroom was being cleaned which was a blatant lie because there was no lights on in there that we coud see through the door. That is horrible customer service and will not t refer anyone to patron that store ever again. They were cold hearted and did not care that an old woman had to use the restroom that could not hold it.Awful customer service.
Overpriced for the neighborhood its in. I paid $1.60 more for the same exact childrens cough medicine that I used to get at the CVS on 580 in Clearwater. Other than high prices its a clean, well kept store and employees are very friendly and helpful
Hank the pharmacist is very rude. The first time I came to him my original pharmacist before him did not have my medication in and said it would be a couple days. I didn’t know it would be an issue going to the CVS pharmacy down the road to see if perhaps they have my medication. However they did have the medication in but Hank the pharmacist said he would only fill the script if I only use him to fill my prescriptions. Whatever no big deal. Needless to say he was suppose to have all my meds transferred to him. That didn’t happen until the following month at the last minute. So once my medications where transferred and I went into the store to pick up one of my medications he violated the HIPPA law asking out loud in front of other customers why I take blood thinners. I felt belittled like my privacy wasn’t important. I left feeling upset but let it go thinking to stop making a big deal over it. But again he violated the “HIPPA LAW”! Dumb me I gave Hank a third chance when trying to fill my medication. I had a script written out for brand name as the generic I had been receiving had inconsistencies not to mention the tablets disenagrating in the bottle. He made a big deal to say your doctor will have to go out of his way just to prove you need the brand name drug and it will take a while to get the medications in. (Now I wonder what cut the pharmacist gets for generic meds) Then he goes on to say that another generic is available. Figured ok I’ll try this. If the results show the same problems I will go through the mess of proving I need the brand name. So I go through the drive through and after paying they hand me the medication only to find out that Hank didn’t hold up his end of the bargain and give me the other generic as he promised he would. I ended up paying for the same ineffective generic medication I had the month before. Needles to say I’m through with this pharmacist. Not only do I feel belittled and like my requests have been absolutely ignored and irrelevant but I have just thrown my money and time Out the window. I am now transferring to a pharmacy that is not CVS.
Hank has always been great with me as well as any customers Ive seen him help.
Hank that works in the pharmacy at this location is extremely rude. He was rude to my husband and rude to me on the phone. Cvs needs to teach him some Customer Service skills. Hey Hank if you hate your job that much just quit. Im sure someone with a better attitude needs a job. Im very surprised Cvs puts up with the way you treat customers!
I’ve been on the phone for over an hour with the pharmacy and yet to talk to anyone. Not the first time it’s happened. Horrible management, they should fire whoever is running that pharmacy. This happens all the time maybe store management needs to change. Don’t use this pharmacy!
Hank needs to act like a pharmacist and not my Dr. My Dr called me and complained to me about how Hank treated her like crap and told her how to do her job. Told her I have been on my meds to long and they wont give me medication next time. I will not deal with them any longer, hope they go out of business.
This pharmacy is horrendous!! Not bad enough Im dealing with my Mother who has cancer but every time we go there to fill anything they are unpleasant and unhelpful. They make us jump through a million hoops - today they cant give us anti nausea meds and my Mother has 5 surgical incisions in her abdomen... so vomiting tonight is going to be a real treat! I cant with these people!!
Would give a zero star rating if I could. Pharmacy associates were RUDE and hung up on me twice. CVS will never get my business.
Rude customer service, also after the bathrooms are cleaned at 7 they are closed for the night when the store closes at 10.
Pharmacy is very rude. Will use another CVS pharmacy in the future.
They are very friendly and helpful
Finally a CVS where the staff seemed friendly! Store is a little dated inside but, it mattered to me not on my quest for cough medicine.
I like Paulina..and the assistances ..Hank treats me like I have the plague!
Best staff ever.
Great service.
So rude . Pharmacy department instructed me to go to another location then yelled at me for trying to play a game of going between two stores ? I was so offended !
I used to go on this store since its the closest however the cashier Sierra was always pouting and rude never smile and greet, her attitude shows like Im a disturbance to her thats why I dont go on this one anymore.
Very friendly staff!!
The best
