Good store. The staff are nice but they seem slightly judgemental, I can understand though cause we have major homeless problems in near by areas... Id look over my shoulder and examine customers once in a while too., Overall Id say their doing great for what their doing.

Its retail pharmacy. They are friendly for the amount of work they put in! Understaffed most of the time but they always set time aside for you. The negative comments on here are false expressions of actual pharmacy function. Dont go in expecting a doctor office caliber visit. The doctor sets time aside for you and gets paid a lot for it. The pharmacy has 1000s of peoples prescriptions to handle. Think about this next time even with a vaccine appointment. I think the appointment just guarantees your vaccine anyway. Most of us waited hours to get our vaccine so a mere 20 minute wait is no big deal. I check into my doctor at the appointment time but still have to wait, most of the times, before he takes me. Do you think they just stand there with a syringe waiting for you? No. It takes careful amount of time to measure the vaccine out and being the only pharmacist he has to check prescriptions and answer medical questions.

Just took my daughter here to get her second COVID-19 vaccine. They kept us waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time (even though we arrived early) and then when the guy finally came over to administer the vaccine he just stabbed her arm with the needle. Like Im not even kidding. It was unreal! He didnt sit down and ask questions about if shes allergic to anything. He just walked over and stabbed her with it and then left like hes too busy to be dealing with us. Shes in so much pain now. He clearly didnt know what he was doing and he shouldnt be giving vaccines like that. Dont let this man vaccinate your kids. Just go to a different CVS.

Was just in the store and had Tracy as my cashier. She went above & beyond to be helpful & friendly!

Ive been trying to call for almost an hour my fourth attempt I spoke to Katelyn (not sure of spelling) who was very helpful and was able to get my prescription ready it was delivered today she was very good to work with very knowledgeable and very polite I cant say that for the woman that answered the phone three times before that which I didnt get her name but had problems understanding my name and birthday I know if I have to call again I will ask for Kaitlyn

After waiting for more than an hour at this location, left without any COVID testing done. If an appointment is desired, why are you neglecting the appointments? If its first come first served, why bother with appointments? If you guarantee a length of appointment, why not stick to it? The outcome this location has chosen is literally the worst of all available methods with none of the upsides. Absolutely abhorrent, dismissive service, and a great way to tell customers you could not care less about their wellbeing.

Literally the worst experience every time I go to this site for the pharmacy, it’s always an issue. There’s always some kind of problem that requires me to call the doctor back. Takes 5 minutes for them to hit the pickup counter. The medicines are never available as prescribed. I never have these issues at Publix or Walgreens. The pharmacist Darwish is pretty lacking on customer service. The latest instance they had my prescription for three days & didn’t notify me once that it wasn’t available in the dosage called out by the doctor. So when the current prescription runs out I stop by on my way home from work only to find out that piece of info on a Friday afternoon after my doctor’s hours ended the day when I’m about to leave town. Needless to say this won’t be happening anymore. I will be notifying my doctor to change my meds location. I don’t care if it costs more. The Walgreens up the street or Publix on the opposite side are much much better and i never run into these issues.

The pharmacy staff is always caring, prompt, and courteous. They remember me by name and answer all of my questions. Both pharmacists have always tried to give me the best RX savings and have answered my questions, even for over-the-counter products.

These 2 pharmacists are awesome! They are supported by an amazing staff and I will never go to another pharmacy. Everyone goes above and beyond, the store is stocked and clean.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of items, amazing sales, coupons, and discounts, and the store is clean. Very convenient location.

Went to get burn cream, so I asked the pharmacist to recommend something, and boy was was he crabby, very rude, worst customer service ever!!! There are plenty of drug stores in the area and Im never going to that one again!!!
