Not happy with most recent experience. Couldnt get me in on Friday, called at 8am and asked for anytime 10am or after and was told to schedule an appointment. Made appointment for 3pm on Monday and was in doors at 2:53pm and one person came in literally 5 steps before me as a walk in...no appointment and my vehicle is now after that!!!PAUL H. Called me today to apologize and thank me for feedback in order to improve their business. I understand there are new employees, which Im very grateful that they are working, and trust some new processes will be put into place. This outreach and knowing their goals of improvement was welcomed and was encouraging. Ill give them another chance!

Bergstrom used to be the only place I would buy a vehicle. Last 4 vehicles are from them. That changed dramatically in the last 60 days. Tried to buy a vehicle a little over a month ago. Stopped at their Appleton location to put down a deposit since the vehicle was in Neenah. The salesman pretty much refused to take my money. Decided to drive over to Neenah to work with someone there. After they made me sit there for 40 minutes while they looked for the SUV, to find out they sold it 20 min earlier, while I was waiting for them to find the SUV. My family was also waiting in the car which they knew. Yesterday I went in to see another Explorer in Neenah to find out the vehicle was in Oshkosh. The first salesman said he was going to go look. Never came back and saw him out back by their inventory, throwing a football to another salesman driving a golf cart around their lot. Can tell you guys arent on commission anymore. The next salesman Mitch, he called over to Oshkosh to find out if it was available. For some reason left someone a voicemail versus asking for a person who could go look and said he will call me. Never once asked me for my name or phone number. I will not be stepping back at another Bergstrom again. You have forever lost my business.

Friendly staff. Nick was very helpful. Had my 2016 Ford Fusion in for Recall 18S08, steering wheel bolt. Shortly after the recall was performed, less than 3 weeks, steering wheel controls started to go out. Took back in was told it was a clockwork spring and would take a day to repair. Im sure the part could wear out on its own in 3 years, but highly suspect as it is a part that worked just fine until AFTER the recall. But prove it. Guess thats how they pay for 1/2 million dollar show room cars.They get 3 stars because the staff was pleasant. Plus Im just a hard customer.Came back Im the next day to get the 5 digit code for my keypad reset. Nick was quickly able to get it for me and was on my way again in 10 minutes. Ive boosted my rating from 2 stars to 3.

This would be a 0 Star if possible. Scheduled my 2018 F150 with 41,941 miles for a oil change and to find out why the engine light is on. The service advisor told me charge to diagnose the engine light issue would $135. I thought Ford made a quality vehicle I was wrong. Talked to service manager who was no help!

Went to Summit Ford in Beaver Dam instead, better prices, better service. Waited 25+ mins, no help even after checking in at the front desk requesting a sales person.

I bought a new Lincoln Aviator from Bergstrom in May. The process was different, but easy due to Covid 19. Loved the car at first, and then the oil leak happened. Vehicle was in the shop for a week to replace a gasket. 3 days after getting the car out of the shop, the coolant drained out on the highway, and again I was stuck. This had to be caused by something done during the repair the week before, but Bergstrom never admitted any wrong doing. So, the car was back in the shop for a month this next time.I started communicating with Lincoln directly and they helped me replace the vehicle with a new one in the same model from a different dealership.At no time during this situation did anyone from Bergstrom contact me, other than Michelle in service. Not Julius who sold me the car, not the Sales Manager, not the Service Manager.The only reason they get one star is due to the fine help from Michelle in the service department. She was honest and understanding.I expected more. Lesson learned. Bergstrom will never get any business from me or my family again.

A long read, but an honest review: What would it take for a car salesman to convince me to travel from Idaho (1700 miles) to buy a truck that Ive never seen or driven before? Well, the point of this review is to share my experience. I first contacted Bergstrom Ford via the internet to get some information on a truck they had listed for sale. I was contacted by a salesman named Robbie Godwin who promptly answered my initial questions as well as left the door open to contact him with any additional questions that I may come up with. He also offered me his personal cell phone number to make it easier and faster for me to get my questions answered. The more I researched the truck I was looking at, the more interested in it I became. I must have emailed, called, or texted him 20 times to answer questions, check on this/that, send me more pics of this/that. Not once did he make me feel like I was a bother, or a waste of his time. He was polite, prompt, and professional. He even did his best to answer those questions when I contacted him on his day off. I decided to put down a refundable deposit to hold that truck for a few days while I kicked the tires. He didnt pressure me to buy, he just remained available to help if needed. I made my decision to buy from this particular dealership based solely on the experience I had with Robbie. There are lots of trucks out there, and countless dealerships to buy them from. Bergstrom Ford earned my business by being honest, trustworthy, attentive, and professional. I would also like to acknowledge the finance manager Carlos for his assistance on working with me to figure out the logistics of how to get this truck purchased, knowing that I couldnt be there in person to do so. I booked a one-way flight to Wisconsin and Robbie was generous enough to offer me a ride from the airport to his dealership. From the initial internet response to his final handshake and a sincere thank you for my business, it was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If youre in the market for a new/used car, give Robbie and Bergstrom Ford a chance to earn your business too!

Giving 5 stars for customer service for the service department, especially Andy & Courtney. Got my recall parts replaced same day, but a brake issue was missed on my initial service. Courtney noticed right away, got me a loaner car in 5 min, and the repairs were done the same day. On top of that, since the issue was a mistake on the service departments part, they did the repair for FREE and cleaned my car.... that is above and beyond.

I worked with Matt Newell on my trade in and he was very personable and pleasant to work with. He made the trade in process very smooth and explained every step in the process very well. I ended up using their 7 day no questions asked policy after having the new vehicle for a day. They were very quick and got me into a different vehicle right away! Waited around for about 4 hours for a simple headlight wire fix and had an appointment. After about an hour and a half, I was told it would only be a few more minutes. That few minutes turned into 2 1/2 hours. They kept telling me just a few more minutes.😡

Today I brought my F-350 Super Duty for an oil change, they called me and said that my truck is ready to get picked up, couple blocks away from the dealer I noticed that the oil filter had an oil leak, I drove back and I pointed it out to Ben on the service department and He said that a mechanic will take care of it with some brake cleaner, later on I parked on my driveway and oil still was leaking from the filter. This is the second time Bergstrom Ford cant figure out an routine oil change in a diesel engine.

I will never buy another car from Bergstrom. I have had my car a little over a year and it died on the side of the road. Took Neenah Ford 2 1/2 weeks to “fix” it. 24 hours after picking it up (where the guy wouldn’t look us in the eye or answer any of my husband’s questions) it started acting up again. The paperwork said it was road safe and I had to put air in my tire on the way home. I will now be trying the Oshkosh Ford shop to see if they can actually help. Oh, and of course nothing is actually covered by the warranty I bought 🤬.

Horrible service department! Not even worth one star. We bought a new vehicle from this dealer. The first oil change was a total and complete disaster. The process took over two hours and service writer tried to up sell us on services that were not needed on a new vehicle. Bergstrom offered a free oil change as a make-up. This went well. The vehicle, while under warranty, now has a non-functioning rear defroster. On the next oil change, this was mentioned to the service writer. The techs basically pushed the button, confirmed it did not work and said bring the vehicle back sometime to have it fixed. Days when I can leave the vehicle for an entire day are rare. When I called on my next available opportunity, I was told it would be over a week before I could get in for this warranty work. There was no offer to see if any other Bergstrom Ford store could help, just an attitude of too bad. Considering Bergstrom was already aware of the problem, which they blew off, and its a warranty issue, I would have hoped for at least a little customer service. Please dont waste your time on this organization. There are better Ford stores in the area.

Tyler helped me get the most for my money and I left with a new Escape that same day. Called Saturday to see if I could drop in for an oil change. I was told yes, they had room and my wait would only be 15-20 minutes. Perfect. 10 minutes later I arrive. Im told a minimum of a 3 hour wait. They apologized that I was given wrong info. I leave and call again. This time Im told they are busy, but I can get a 1 appointment. I was standing in customer service at 12:30 and they didnt mention anything about any open appointments. Told her I wasnt going back that day and I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10:30. I show up this morning and Im told theyre running behind itll be a minimum of a 15-minute delay but it could be an hour to an hour and a half before my vehicle is ready. Hate this place, but Les Stumpf sucks too. Ugh!

Courtney went above and beyond trying to find a intermittent problem on my truck. Kept it for as long as necessary and even cheered when some important CODES were discovered. I cannot think of a better person of whom I would want in my corner to fix my vehicle.She did a great job and is a excellent representative for Bergstrom and a great advocate for the customer. She told me to take videos of the issue I was having and gave me her personal phone number to send them to. Who else does that? In the end she probably was sick of getting stuff from me at all times of the week, but never complained, always responded, and was professional.I would like to personally thank her for going the extra mile in trying to solve a very difficult issue

Im done with this place.They up sell issues.Updated service review. Second time my car has been here and I regret it. I complained of a grinding sound from 1 tire.8 hours later I was told my tires were making the soundWhat? Rubber makes a metal on metal grind??this is a deafening sound Ill add. Plus my rotors were warped. OK fine.3 hours later my car is good to go. I drive down the street, chhhhhhhhhhkkkkkkk grinding sound Louder than ever. Plus now my car drifts heavily to the right. I didnt replace my tires (my tires were 8 months old). I wasted $300 on diagnostics and about $100 parts.MY CAR IS STILL BROKEN. I never had issues with Bergstrom Nissan.. DONT GO HERE THEY RIP YOU OFF!Service review - Not a fan of how they rely on texting for updates. Not enough information can be exchanged in a text. I guess if they combined the text with live web updates that would be better. But thats too convenient.

Breath taking doesnt begin to explain the experience Chad Nissen brought to my wife and I. We may not have purchased a Ford GT, or leased a STX F-150, but that didnt change how we were treated like royalty from the second we walked in. An elderly man, assuming one of their shuttle drivers, at the name of Dave promptly greeted us. The process only got better from there. I could go on and on about the team there but i digress. Only thing that would have made the experience 110%, would have been a couple Monsters in the fridge.

Good dealership with lots of vehicle options. Maintenance department is good but can try to take advantage of you. I went in with squeaky breaks and they told me my breaks needed replacement. I went in again (did not replace the breaks) and did not tell them about the noices and were told the breaks checked out fine. They only tried to get me to spend money on the breaks when I questioned the sounds.

After purchasing our vehicle from Bergstrom, as there always are, we found a few things that needed to be tweaked when we made our service appointment. They were courteous and helpful through the whole process. Things happen, problems may occur, but how it is handled and fixed to the customers satisfaction is the most important thing. Bergstrom lived up to and exceeded all of our expectations. We would recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances for new vehicle purchases and service.

The service managers/advisors of bergstrom disrespect their employees daily and specifically blame the details whenever a problem from their end came up. This is why they can never keep their detailers or other employees who arent treated fairly to work there. I was a customer there for almost twenty years, but no more.Incompetent techs rotated my directional tires, and put all four on backwards. Twice, they did not properly tighten the lug nuts on a tire rotate. Their papers often claimed to have done work or inspections that they did not do.The last time I was there, they had me come back to look at my car to see the whole underside of my engine covered in coolant. They said they did not know where the leak was coming from, but I needed to get it fixed. I decided to wait to see what would happen. Four months later, there are no drips on my garage floor, and the coolant level has not gone down, not even a little. I could go on and on about such “service,” but this place is not worth the time or effort.

My car was leaking radiator fluid. I called to schedule an appointment and to speak to someone in service. The receptionist paged them three times and no one responded. I drove my car to the dealership and pulled into service. The guy at the desk was nice and looked at my car and basically told me it was their Lube-A-Thon today. They had 11 extra helpers but couldnt see me today. I informed him I had a large puddle in garage of radiator fluid. He looked at my fluid, saw nothing leaking and basically told me everything was fine and not to worry about it. I had to even get out of the car and open their garage myself to leave. I guess today my problem was NOT their problem.

BMW Buyers Beware!In late October of 2018 my wife and I were driving through Bergstrom Ford in Neenah and spotted a used BMW X5M and we really liked it. We were looking to trade in our older Nissan Pathfinder. The salesman assured us he maintenance was all up to date and this was a great vehicle for year-round driving.We picked up the vehicle the next day and we were very impressed with the features and performance of the SUV. So much that a few weeks later we decided to trade in our other cars on another BMW from Enterprise Motorcars. As most are aware, Bergstrom has a new “no haggle” pricing strategy, which is promoted as being the fair market price of the vehicles. This is what I was assured when I was convinced to lease a 2018 X4. I trusted that the price Bergstrom was offering was the best I could receive and inline with what I would receive at another dealer. Not that there are choices outside of hitting the big cities. The sale price for the X4 was $64,500.In December the snow started to fall, the X5M was a death trap in slippery conditions, sold in late October with summer performance tires to a family of 5, the sales man really did a number on us to make the sale. Also, the maintenance was not completed only reset on the dash per the BMW dealer who had no records of the work done.A few months after buying the X4 I had a sudden change of employment and needed to investigate my options. Upon returning to Bergstrom BMW, the best offer they could give me on the X4, with 3000 miles, was $45,000. A $20,000 loss over what I paid 3 months earlier. I was in shock. I asked the sales manager to help me find an alternate car that I could use up some negative equity in and lower the payment to suit my new job. After 6 weeks of emails, I finally was able to get the salesman to get some follow up from him, and there was nothing they could do, they were not willing to take any loss on trading the car back in even though it was overpriced to start.Come to find out that the X4, was overpriced by about $7000 over market price at other dealers sold at the same time. My own fault for trusting that the “no haggle” pricing was a reasonable representation of the cars market and that Bergstrom was interested in building a long-term customer relationship. My salesman Lane did a great job, however the sales manager really worked the price to meet the top limit of my range and made a killing. DO NOT BUY FROM BERGSTROM YOU WILL GET WORKED OVER< Head South!

I was a longtime customer. But I went there in December 2017 and May 2018 for tire rotations for two different vehicles. I marked my tires prior to going and the first time the tires were not rotated at all and the second time only two tires were moved. Makes me wonder what other services were not completed. I sent an email to the GM of Bergstrom Ford who responded that they are spending a lot of money on training which will pay off in time. REALLY!? The employees are cheating customers and putting safety at risk and his response is that it will be corrected at some point in time? I DO NOT RECOMMEND BERGSTROM FORD SERVICE DEPT AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Ive had issues with this dealership before and after posting a bad review on Facebook they did make things right but now Ive had another terrible experience. My 2015 Lincoln (still under warranty, only 37,000 miles) was in 4 times throughout a 4 month period (Nov 2018 to Feb 2019) for no start/no crank. The first time was told I left my lights on, nothing wrong. The second they said they found a questionable draw and reset a module. The third they said it was a bad battery and replaced. The fourth they said it was a fluke and after a week told me to pick the car up. When I pushed that tey needed to look further they said the car wasnt giving them a code so they couldnt fix it. Nick the service advisor and Ken the service manager were extremely rude to me the 4th time when I was there when I said I wasnt leaving without a loaner. Everytime Ive had to fight for a loaner even though Im entitled to one via my Lincoln Owner Benefits, and everytime I get a cheap Ford (not a nice $50,000 Lincoln like I drive every day!) I get the you need to request a loaner 48 hours in advance. Because I can plan my car not starting 48 hours in advance.... wouldnt that be nice. Nick even mentioned last time that I was inconveniencing him having to get me a loaner and Ken was outright rude to myself and my Dad. Ive actually bought 3 brand new cars from Bergstrom in the last 5 years (2 cadillacs and 1 Lincoln) and this dealership treated me like I was a nuisance. I worked with Lincoln and after the 4th time of Bergstrom not being able to fix the issue and being told there wasnt one, it was a fluke, took the car to Dorsch in Green Bay. Dorsch was incredibly nice and understanding and actually listened to my concerns. They set me up in a Lincoln loaner (NOT a cheap Ford) and had found the issue within 24 hours. Dorsch didnt get a code either but was actually able to diagnose the car and do some real mechanic work. The car needed all of the control modules replaced. Clearly Bergstrom could care less about retaining their customers who regularly buy new luxury vehicles from them. (Although I have never had issues with the Cadillac dealerships or service). Ive had issues with this dealership before but gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves which they only provided worse service. Ill obviously never go back to this dealership and this dealership has ruined all of the Bergstrom dealerships for me. Sticking with Dorsch from now on. Dorsch treats their Lincoln owners like luxury vehicle owners, not like an inconvenience. Every time Ive been to Bergstrom Ive had to work with a different service advisor because the previous one Ive worked with has left, so clearly they dont treat their employees well either because they certainly dont stick around.

Missed a call from the service department. Wanted to call back right away as I was boarding a plane for a vacation with my family. Didnt see a voicemail and figured someone could help me. They transferred me to Eric. He then told me that he could not find the person that called. He never attempted to locate or talk to an employee. He informed me that they will call me back. That does not work very well ERICK when you are traveling with a family that had small children. Billboards are bs. No attempt was made to find out who called. Wont be buying a vehicle from them or allowing them to work on the vehicle in the future.

Omar, wish I could give him a 11star rating cause he was the sales person we worked with when purchasing my new vehicle. He is a big part of the reason we purchased the vehicle I did 2019 Ford Explorer and he will maintain my business. Im very picky when it comes to sales people because many feed you a line of BS and many just follow a script. Omar worried about our needs and what we were looking for. Not to see how fast he could sell us a vehicle. We have been searching for the right vehicle for awhile now and Omar is the main reason we purchased through this dealership, and why we purchased when we did. We have been to many dealerships and half the reason we leave is because of the sales people. I like that Bergstrom are no Hassel dealerships, and Omar really made the no Hassel, an honest no Hassel. We went to the Bergstrom Chevy down the road cause we were debating between the Traverse and the Explorer. The guy at the Chevy dealer down the road, well he was a HUGE Hassel. I told him exactly what we wanted to do and he kept trying to push other things on me...OMAR NEVER DID THAT. I disliked the Chevy sales guy that allowed me to test drive the traverse that when I knew I wanted the explorer Omar was willing to have someone bring back the traverse cause I didnt want to deal with the sales guy at the Chevy bergstrom. OMAR at this dealership treated us like we were friends, listened to our needs and didnt try to push us for a sale. Many people could learn from him, in fact he came in on his day off to help us since we couldnt complete the sale the day we knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase! Who does that, someone genuine and someone who really wants to see you get the vehicle you want. Wish I could work with just one sales guy for any kind of vehicle cause Id choose OMAR everytime. He is so good that I noticed a minor cosmetic issue on my vehicle few days later as its hard to see when sun isnt shinning on it that he even is helping me make sure I get the issue resolved with their service area. He is not just a sales guy, he really really cares. Anyone that goes to this dealer has to ask for OMAR. I dont know about the other slaes guys but with Omar Im certain you will be treated like you matter not the sale, and he will be honest and make you feel like your picking the vehicle you want . I just bought a used van from Matt Newell 3 days ago. I have always been a fan of the customer service within the Bergstrom family and have purchased several vehicles from the Chevy Appleton location. Not that the other location was lacking by any means but the Ford Neenah location as far as I am concerned went well above and beyond their call and I will forever be a customer. My small children were there for four hours and were kept well occupied by staff and not once did I feel at all as though we were putting anyone out. There was a no nonsense feel and not once did I feel like I was being misled. In fact Matt was very upfront with everything and never left me waiting with the line Ill have to check with my manager or give me the run around. They were all very personal and yet professional and left completely satisfied with every second of my visit. Thanks Matt!!!
