I had right side front damage to my car from an accident, Todd did an excellent job working with me to get my car repaired. I will definitely tell my friends and family to go to Bergstrom Body Shop to get there car fixed.my car looks like the day I bought it!!!

Kevin did an amazing job of managing the project of rebuilding the front end of our Ford Expedition. After a deer decided it would be fun to run into us, Kevin took over and worked with our insurance and delivered a great final product. Recommend Bergstrom and Kevin for any repairs.

They repaired 2 damaged doors on my 2015 Equinox. Everything looks perfect, they even detailed my car, it looks like new again. Only took a week. Very nice happy 😊

My 2015 Chevy Trax was in an accident August 20,2021 and has been in the shop since then. My vehicle was promised to me on Friday Sept 24, 2021 and no phone call. I called Monday Sept 27, 2021 and and was told it should be done then, still no call I call today and I was told it would be done today and called this afternoon told it probably wont be done until tomorrow now. I would love to give this shop 0 stars. I am not happy and will be calling the GM to lodge a complaint as well.

After getting cut off in Madison, I needed a new front bumper. My insurance recommended Bergstrom. It took them roughly a week to get all the parts in, but they told me upfront to expect it the following week. Kevin was a great service advisor to work with. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out and bumper looks like brand new. I had questions about a check engine light that came on when I got it back and they stayed late to look at it and make sure everything was good!

CSR Stadtler waited on me to schedule a tire rotation. When I went to pick up my Toyota Scion IQ I was sure she would try and upsell something to inflate my bill..I used to work at Bergstrom years ago and remember how things were. I was happy to walk away with the amount she originally quoted!!!I will use them again.Mike SCNeenah, WI

Brought truck in for a recall. I knew it needed additional work, so I asked them for a quote on the things that should be repaired (mechanical, not body work) after they fixed the recall issue. Bergstrom quote was $3300. Got two other quotes from local certified mechanics for the exact same parts and labor. One was $1660, the other was $1730. I can understand Bergstrom being a bit more because they are a large operation, but almost double the price is insane.On a different note, the gal I dealt with was very polite, and the recall/estimate was done in a timely manner.

The team went above and beyond to help get my vehicle repaired in an extremely timely manner! Justin Larson provided exceptional customer service with scheduling and keeping me informed on the step by step process, always with a friendly smile and semi-decent joke! Todd Abraham also was incredibly helpful in the process letting me know when parts were in, as well as providing an estimate. The work done was wonderful, the service was exceptional and the team there makes you feel like family. They were honest and incredibly reliable. I would highly highly recommend them!

After a brief encounter with a flying object, my 2020 Ford Explorer was in need of a new bumper, new sensors and who knows what else. All I know is I was sad. Thankfully Todd, Debbie, Joel, and the whole team at the Bergstrom Body Shop of Neenah knew just what to do. They worked with my insurance to get my vehicle back up and rolling-and it looks better than new. Thanks to the whole team for outstanding work and service, especially in the face of our new normal!

Scheduled an estimate to get a scrape looked at on my truck, after getting the estimate decided it wasnt worth the cost and I was going to touch it up myself. These guys offered to bring the truck back and have one of the paint guys do the work so that I didnt have to. Definitely will bring my vehicles back in the future

I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. The service people are easy to work with and they do a great job. I am extremely please with the work they did.

Justin Larson handled car reception and return in an excellent 5 star manner. He listed problems with the car that came after the accident on the maintenance work order just as I stated. Cant say that the body shop listened to him because after the repairs were almost complete I received a call from the body shop wanting to know if my driver assist warning indicators were working properly before the incident. That had been explained and written on the work order days before. Anyway I was told the car had to stay in the shop for further work and would not be available for a couple more days. No real problem except I was scheduled out of town the next day and would have to use my rental car. I filled the rental car up for the trip only to be called the same day that my Explorer was now ready. Had to return the rental now with a full tank of gas when I only needed to return it with half a tank. $25.00 out of my pocket. Repair looked good and everything appears to be working correctly. Body shop personnel need to realize that when they say a car is needed longer then estimated, they need to be sure because customers make plans based on their comments and recommendations. Final point, I trust Bergstrom Service, Body shop and car sales implicitly. Everything has been top notch from Sales to maintenance to repair to warranty work. 5 star rating for sure. My discussion above is meant to assist Bergstrom in fixing a possible minor problem in the system and is not intended to berate any individual. Sometimes the system needs a little tweaking.

Went to the drive in shop. They were too busy. Asked to come back the next day. So I had the Neenah auto body shop do it the next day.

I had a great experience working with the Bergstrom Body Shop of Neenah. Not only does the work done on my vehicle look great, but they went the extra mile for me and discovered that my battery terminals (which werent part of my accident repair) needed to be replaced. Instead of putting me back out on the road and likely getting me stranded, Justin Larson got the needed parts and fixed them in record time, even dropping the vehicle back at my house so I didnt have to bring my newborn out in the cold to come pick it up. Highly Recommended!!

Unfortunately, Ive had to work with Kevin H. more times than Id like to admit for car accidents. The level of professionalism Ive received by every member of their team is incredible. Kevin kept me up to date on every repair Ive had done, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a rental car and was not inconvenienced by anything. Hes a true asset to your team!

Justin Case Larson was my lead on my auto body repair and not only has he been professional and informative, but Justin and the manager at this location went above and beyond to take care of me, even when my insurance adjuster didnt. I cant thank this team enough. I would pay more money any day to use Bergstrom because they go the extra mile. You simply cant get service like this anywhere else. Thanks guys!

This is the second time that I have had to go to this Auto body shop. both times I was bringing in an insurance claim and both times Ive had the pleasure of working with Justin Larson. he made sure to give me accurate time frames as to when my vehicle would be ready and actually in fact the most recent pickup I had to do The car was done a day early a pleasant surprise. when Justin called me to tell me that my car was ready I said all right Im going to get a car and want to head over he told me no no no we have a shuttle Ill have it pick you up itll be there in about 20 minutes he was dead on the money. when I got to my car it was completely clean all of the repair work was finished to my satisfaction and when I mean completely clean they even went ahead and detailed the interior for me cleaning the dashboard vacuuming the floorboards Im over the moon if you have to have work done I highly recommend choosing this establishment and if you have to work with Justin I know youre not going to have a problem 5 out of 5

Unbelievably terrible service. My friend has been dealing with them for almost 2 weeks trying to get damage repaired. On the original completion date he called to confirm the car was ready. This is when they notify him of damage elsewhere on the car that they had to order a part for. This part was obviously not damaged before bringing it in for work. Now almost another week later they STILL arent done with the car. I would never take my car to Bergstrom, even if it was my only option.UPDATE: We just found more damage on the car and the gas cap was never put back in. He is working closely with someone at the shop to make this right, but I figured we should warn others looking to get body work done so they dont go through the same nightmare hes been living.Bergstrom is now addressing the issue. He will write a review when the situation is resolved so others may know what to expect.Final Update: Car was returned finally in original condition. Repaired scratches look much better. So happy this is finally over so we can stop swapping out cars.

Repaired my hail damage, no more hail damage but lots of scratches from the detailing. They are fixing all the scratches though.

The Neenah Bergstrom Body Shop completely amazed me. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be a good experience. Jack quickly came out to my car and took a look. While he was doing that my children went and played in the kids area (which was very clean) and the cookies were delicious! They had my car fixed in a timely manner and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend the Neenah Body Shop to my friends and family.

Really appreciated Kevin Hohnberger’s assistance with my vehicle. Came in with minor issue and Kevin and the rest of the Neenah Bergstrom team were very attentive, helpful, and honest. In my opinion those are the most important factors when choosing a body shop. I will be using Bergstrom for my body shop needs.

I was far from impressed with my visit to this shop for an insurance claim. They had to clean the interior and fix damage from rodent damage. The manager told me it would take 1 day to complete the process. By the end of the day, no one called me stating it would take longer, I had to call before this closed. The one day project ended up being 3. Once I paid my deductible and received the keys back, the clean up wasnt completely done. The cup holders had a mess in them still, the floor under the mats were a mess. Not the cleaning I was paying for. Im far from happy with this visit.

I had to go back twice because they didnt do my detailing when they told me they did.

Not sure how to rate the body shop part of Bergstrom. Unfortunately I had to get a small dent with a crease in the left front fender of my car. That costed me an arm and a leg to get the whole fender replaced. Scott was very helpful and if I had to get my car fixed again I would come back here. Great customer service. Price not so much..

Definitely not recommend Burgstorm Bodyshop Neenah. Some people must be nice here as I see 4 star. But my experience far from impressed. Taking my Subaru Legacy for repair holding more than 2 months called me pickup. I see windshield damage and talked to mike As he said we cannot fix here later insurance agent says they supposed to fix. Later I call mike and he said I will order the parts will will call you back, same guy wow! Hard to trust

I purchased a 2015 Chevy equinox from the used car of Neenah bergstrom location inAugust and after 4 months my check engine light came on and my car stalled out in mid traffic TWICE! I brought my equinox in with only a drop off apt and after some time, The service advisor Emmett informed me that they got my vehicle checked ahead of all others with appointments, fixed the problem, filled my tires, and washed my car within an hour!! Amazing service! Really appreciate the hard work! Working in law enforcement, I cannot be without a vehicle and Emmett got me taken care of. Very pleased.

There work was good but they took alot longer than it should have.

We have used Beegstrom auto body twice I. The past year. I believe the expression fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.... Applies. Each time our vehicles have been fixed something miraculously has happened to our vehicle outside of the reason its been there to be fixed (technician error) and they try to put it through the insurance to cover it. They dont stand by their technicians or work and are rude.We will no longer utilize their auto body shop
