I had a brake light out and went to buy a replacement bulb. Upon entering the parking lot, one of the employees was outside and I asked for him to help me confirm which light was out. He actually seemed happy to help me. He confirmed which one was out (and made sure my blinker light wasn’t out) and took me into the store to get the right bulb. He looked it up to double check. He took it upon himself to say he get the new one installed and get me on my way. It was tricky to get to my light system and he gladly removed 2 separate components to access the light area. I was beyond happy ( this would have likely taken me more than and hour or two to try and replaced myself). I’ve been in customer service for 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the service John S. was willing to give. He genuinely wanted to help me. Wow! Does not happen a lot these days! I tried to give him a cash tip and he wouldn’t accept it. This was my first time at this store and it will now be the one I and my husband go to for any kind of auto need. Thanks John S. You did a wonderful job and should be commended for it!!! Thank you!

It still holds true yet today...its the little things that can have a big impact. Upon entering this store I was greeted with a smile..a very helpful attitude...and a knowledgeable young man named Josh. In less than fifteen minutes he did a trouble- shoot ... located what I needed to fix the problem within the store....then Josh went above and beyond the call of duty AND got the tool needed to replace the part. In addition...I left feeling guilty because I was not charged any labor costs.... nor would he accept a tip. Thank you so very much.

My rear window was stuck down and I was freaking out and didn’t know how to fix it. I went to auto zone in Neenah and Brian totally saved my life. He went above and beyond by diagnosing my problem, locating the part AND he even installed it for me. There was no way I could figure that out on my own. I couldn’t believe how helpful, smart and amazing he is! Best Auto Zone experience I’ve ever had. I love the Neenah store!

I have been a customer for many years and I have always been very satisfied with this location. Especially the service. You guys are amazing and are always helpful.I only have one suggestion. At the register there is little to no space to place the items you are purchasing. Its because of the plexiglass for covid, I get that . But, I need 2 hands to take out my wallet and pull out my debit card to pay for the items. If I cant set my gallon jug of oil down how can I pay for it. There has to be a different solution? I would rethink the plexiglass. The register I was directed to is at the end of the counter.

Great place and great people, after advanced auto was unhelpful I went to Auto Zone where Brian was extremely helpful, tested my battery and alternator and figured out I just needed a new battery and I was good to go! I highly recommend them, they have great customer service.

My car suddenly stopped working. I managed to get it started and to Auto Zone. My husband and I worked with Todd. He tried EVERYTHING to get our car working. We ended up needing a tow truck but we were so grateful to Todd for all his hard work.

Yesterday on my way home I got a flat tire and the gas station close by air compressor was broken . They told me to drive to AutoZone down the road to see if they would be any help to me . They were going to turn me away because there only a hardware store but then they decided to help me once they new my tire actually blew .There employees were so nice and Josh helped me put on my spare this wasn’t in there job description and I couldn’t give Josh a tip or anything but I’m so grateful that they stopped and took the time . Josh deserves a promotion or a reward for standing out in the cold not everyone would have helped me extra thank you Josh !

I have been a pretty devout Advance customer, but you cannot beat the service here. Has been the quickest place in town to get parts as well.

The manager John was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable understood my problem and solved it fast. Best auto parts store in town.

The guy behind the counter helped me find exactly what I needed for my car. He mentioned the benefits of different headlight bulbs but was not pushy. 90% of the time I go to auto zone . Its just that sometimes the workers are Not very knowledgeable or seem to get the wrong products . Thats the only down fall . Isnt like the old days these days they rely on the computer to much . No books to even look through for them anymore

Stopped by on my way home from work to replace my windshield wipers. It was raining/snowing, and dark. The clerk helped me select the correct size blade and offered to install them for me. He had to retrieve a screwdriver to complete the replacement and had me wait in the warm truck while he took care of everything. When I offered a tip, he declined to accept it. I figure a good review is the next best thing. Thank you, AutoZone, for always being a friendly, helpful place.

Customer service is awesome. I went to get a new headlight bulb and the gentleman working took the bulb to my car to see if it was the right size. Went in to pay and he was absent for a few minutes and when he came back said all finished. He had put it in for me! Wasnt expecting that :) thank you! I will definitely be back next time i need something.

I live in oshkosh and my drivers side windshield wiper wasnt working so I decided to stop into your store in the pouring rain today to see if one of your people could help me get it fixed and the gentleman came out in the rain and was nice enough to fix it for me so I could get home. I want say thank you very much for your help to the worker that helped me today around 2:30 today.

Auto Zone is a great store to purchase car parts, car cleaning supplies, and accessories. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing car issues. A scanner can be hooked up to assess needed car maintenance ~ such as when check engine light appears.

Very good and knowledgeable, they know what to do to help the issues I bring them and even if they cant they will refer me to someone who can. I trust them more than other Auto parts stores. Ive delt with most of the same people for 15 or so years.

I would not recommend listening to what most of their counter people say.

Went in to get a belt, while waiting in line there was two employees helping a customer. The one employee dropped the f bomb several times and while waiting several minutes never acknowledged me being in store or waiting.Go to Advanced, they will at least wait on you.** Update**The General Manager of the store did reach out to discuss the situation. She was candid in wanting to understand what happened, and sincerely apologetic about the experience I had. She made a sincere request to try shopping here again and will update my review if I end up shopping here again.

Bought a part here to replace in my car. Went back to Auto zone to see if I could get my car reset and the person that helped me said they werent SUPPOSED to do that. When I explained that I just bought the part there she then did what I requested. I wanted to ask what NOT SUPPOSED to do that meant??? Never going here again! Bad customer service.

Some employees dont know a lot just make sure to ask the older gentlemen they have been around longer and have more experience
