This Place is #1 on my list for RayBans! Now, I’ve gone some other places but Sunglass Hut at OpryMills is By Far the BEST experience I’ve had ever! The Associates makes it difficult NOT to LoVe this place. Thanks ladies🥰

Walked in and was immediately greeter and directed towards the style of glasses I was interested in. The salesman Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and helped make it a pleasant shopping experience.Being a very busy day with a good number of people he helped everyone enjoy their experience.

We had such incredibly great personal service from Jason at one of the Opry Mills locations. He was easy going, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and the list goes on. Sunglasses can be purchased many places but its the quality of service that makes Sunglass Hut stand out, and ESPECIALLY this one with Jason. The company is lucky to have this guy working for them! We spent alot of money that day and will absolutely be back to this store to continue my sunglass addiction because of this guy.

Nice selection of shades.

Perhaps you should make sure that your employees aren’t talking about potential customers as they’re entering your store to buy new sunglasses. You may have actually had a paying customer in me if they’d helped me instead of standing behind the counter talking about me. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Ordered the glasses I wanted online paid 196 dollars for them and when I went to pick them up they sold them right before I got there

Abbie was great and helped me pick out some shades. I know nothing about shades and her expertise was greatly appreciated. She made me feel proud to have purchased shades from sunglass hut rather than a general store. I got a case and cleaning material that she said would receive free refills. She also went over how to care for the shades. I left feeling like Ive invested in shades rather than just purchasing them.

I recently was in the Sunglass Hut. I almost bought a pair of Versace sunglasses for $240 that I fell in love with. It was painful to leave in order to think about it. I dont have a problem dropping this much on glasses but I was hesitant. I got home and went online. I found the same ones for $240 on sale for $123 with an additional online 10% discount and free shipping for only $110. These arent knock offs. Sunglass Hut is making quite the profit selling their inventory. I can see a small markup but the difference was 50%. Wow. I ordered them and cant wait until they arrive! Shame on Sunglass Hut for ripping off its customers.

Worst experience ever. They are very unprofessional, spoke to me like I was an idiot, not helpful, the list goes on. I left and went straight to the Hendersonville location and had a completely different experience. Will NEVER be back to either of the Opry Mills location
