Cleaned my rings really well.

My husband does the majority of our diamond shopping and he said the personnel is rude and treat you like you are not worthy!! The personnel use to be friendly years past so he wouldnt mind spending high dollars. Hubby has a very high credit line and pays off purchases before time so he should at least get better service. A smile to greet the customer costs nothing!!!

Worst customer services ever if you don’t come in ready to spend money they will not even help you got a ring from here diamond falls out 3 months later take it back to get fix and when they return it it was crooked again ray the store manager at the opry mills store is new and rude as all can get out would not even look I that store when he is there terrible people skills if I hadn’t already got the ring and my fiancé wasn’t in love with it I would have got my money back. Sad part is I have to go back to get ring services there to keep warranty hopefully ray Get some training classes before then.

Great customer service

Came in Friday to purchase an engagement ring and wedding band for my soon-to-be fiance but was never given a chance with the horrible customer service at this location. The lady never even acknowledge this probably because we were young but little did she know I was ready to spend racks that day. Taking my business elsewhere. You should definitely take a course in customer service.

Everytime I go inside this store I am greeted with smiling faces and positive attitudes. I own 2 rings from this store and I go in occassionaly to have them cleaned and inspected. I am always treated like I am going to spend thousands of dollars even though Im not spending a dime. I am never pressured to look at anything or buy anything. I was shopping for a bracelet as a gift last week and the sales lady was very knowledgeable about every thing in the store and the diamonds. I dont usually like large corporate jewelry stores but this Zales location is the exception. I will continue to give them my business. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I have shopped with zales for the past 5years and they are amazing. We can in on a Thursday and I got a new ring then we returned on Sunday just to find out the were having a 50% sale the Sammy went over and beyond to help me get the perfect ring and we exchanged them out and me and my husband got our upgraded rings back at the same time

Purchased another item here yesterday. Sent to get resized. Can’t wait for my rings to come in. The ladies here are lovely.

Terrible experience go to gensis diamonds they are infinitely better! I go into the store and pick out a wedding band guy is super rude and honestly looked like he could care less about helping us! So I go to buy the ring and he has to order one in my size he says it will take a week I pay and leave! A week goes by and no word my wife calls and the same guy who helped us answers he completely rude to her and gives no info to my wife! Naturally I call back upset and the guy says to give it another day! I let three days go by with no word I call again and get a manager on the phone who says it always takes two weeks which is not what I was told! I let two and half weeks go by and still no word! I call again ready to cancel my order and the guy says on the system is showing it will be in the next day! My ring showed up after three weeks! This place is a joke and honestly if this is how zales run their businesses they dont deserve to be in business! This stores staff is completely rude they have no idea what they are doing! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

My wife walked into this store today, and was looking to buy a wedding ring approached the two ladies looking to inquire about a ring, but before she could finish her sentence one of the women chimed out that my wife couldnt afford anything in that store that she needed to get out, rude much? Way to go zales very model employees you have there do you like losing out on money?

The Worst customer service experience of my lilfe. FRANK the manager needs to rethink the way he does business. Works half days, says he will be in one day and never shows up. We asked them to redisgn my grandmothers wedding ring and band, they ruined it, by not making it an exact replica. When we told him it was wrong, he wanted to charge us more money to fix their mistake. We needed the ring resized as well, he made us a promise date that we would have it back in the store by a certain day as he would go pick it up himself and have it there for pick up. Of course Frank did not have the ring ready because although he looked us in the eye and told us he would have the ring in the store 2 days later as he was working and would pick it up himself, he chose not to work again that day. We had to call corporate in order to get the ring overnighted to the store so we would have it back in time. I get companies make mistakes and things happen, the issue is the lack of concern for his customers and the lack caring that he and is jewler screwed up a customers wedding ring, that also happens to be a heirloom. Caring just a little goes a long way in the customer service world.

The service at this store is very frustrating. The employees always act like they are in a huge hurry to rush you out and are virtually no help. They try to make you pay the highest price possible unless you say something. I have been a few times since getting engaged and every time I felt frazzled by the rushed service.

The store manager is a liar at this Opry Mills store. I will NEVER be back after I finally get my rings back. I hate that I spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars here. Corporate office has been contacted and stated they will be taking action for the inappropriate actions he has done unnecessarily.

Go in wearing a suit and expensive watch or youll be ignored.
