I came in with 13 bachelorette party invites, I was looking for some nice envelopes to put them in. I found the envelopes but realized my invites were just a tad bit too big to fit in the envelopes. I asked if I could get them cut so that I could place them in the envelopes, and told the manager that I only had 13 cards. She said no and that she cant do that for me, yet there was a paper cutter right next to me. It would have taken 20 seconds of her time. She told me to go to FedEx instead. I just prefer to shop at places with kind and helpful staff.

Nice wrapping paper. My son does a lot of origami and we get the paper he uses here. A lot of neat things at this store.

Love going to the paper source. We do small holiday gifts and get bored using the same rolls of wrapping paper. To bring some life to the gift giving I wandered in here and found some great paper to make them a little less dull!! The customer service is the greatest too. I was helped by a man named Eric, who helped me find everything I needed and even offered to wrap everything. GREAT STORE!

My girlfriend has a hobby where she works with paper, so I went in with only a general idea of what I wanted. The sales associate was extremely helpful, and went over some different information about paper so that I could be more informed about her hobby. I would highly recommend this place.

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but was able to provide a close alternative, and said on my next visit that they should have my original item back in stock. The staff is warm, and friendly and very helpful. We visited several other stationary stores, and by far this one was the best of them.

Always have fun little gifts-stamps-my favorite gel pens--cards and gift paper.

Not only do they have a massive selection of all things paper, the staff is so friendly and helpful with anything you need. I came in with my husband looking for specific materials and ended up with exactly what we needed. Their classes are also fun and interesting. Great location, highly recommend!

I was in there last night and walked the entire store for about 15-20 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. I was hoping to get wedding invitations along with some other items I saw from Paper Source, but with the bad customer service, Ill pass. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! It will work wonders. I promise!

Closes at 7pm. Bad hours when surrounded by other businesses and restaurants open later in the same shopping area. Twice I would have bought items there, but purchased from other competition instead.

Terrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and was never greeted, so I left without spending a dime.

Super cute shop, but a little too expensive for me.

Bad costumer service. Treated rudely. Still spent over $100 there. Wish there was a different place to give business to.

I used paper source for some invitations. There was a bit of a mix-up, but Tammy and her team made everything right. Its Not very often you get this type of customer service these days. Ill be returning in the future.
