I really like the concept of this place. Theyve got a ton of unique combinations that makes it very difficult to pick just one! We got the cookie dough milkshake which was delicious and too much for two of us to finish. The price was a bit expensive but worth it for a one time visit. We were able to walk right up to the counter and order on a Monday evening and only waited about 15 minutes to get our milkshake.

Very nice and really great milk shakes. The wait to get a shake made is very long. The workers were nice but not enthusiastic by any means. I believe that contributes to the wait time. But like i said the shakes are very good. Blue bell icecream is used.

Really good craft milkshakes that are one of a kind. Presentation is a staple at this establishment, as they really take their time crafting each individual milkshake to your specifications. Plan on waiting a while if they are busy. Really cool place to check out, but on the steep end for a milkshake.

DELICIOUS…it’s a must stop. It can be a 40-60m wait however use that time to chit chat. It was a nice atmosphere. Be careful with parking next door the are not associated with that parking lot yet the lot makes it seem as though and the parking costed more than the shakes. Find better parking.

Weve heard good things, so we decided to stop by. It will be the last time we do go there. We stop by on a Thursday evening around 7:30 p.m. it was not a really busy, about 15 people there, but many of the tables were stacked with dirty dishes that previous customers had left.I cant speak much about the milkshakes because we didnt get those. It was cold out and we each decided that we wanted a hot chocolate.I got a hot chocolate chip hot chocolate, she got a cocoa and Oreo hot chocolate. The drinks looked nice, but in reality were nothing but hot colored water. There was no flavor at all to the hot chocolate it tasted like hot water with whipped cream. If there was any chocolate in there whatsoever, it couldnt have been more than an m&m worth. The chocolate chip cookie that came with it, tasted like a stale Kroger bakery cookie at best. Her Oreo Coco, had two Oreo wafers on it, no Oreo crumbles as it was advertised. The two wafers were literally a single Oreo that had been twisted apart and the cream apparently scraped off.More likely it was just two wafers that fell off in the pack and they decided to use those anyway.Definitely not worth the $9 each that we spent for what was described as great hot chocolate.I feel we would have been better off picking up some milk and a packet of Swiss Miss.Theres a couple places over on 2nd avenue that actually make great hot chocolate, you should definitely check those out instead if you want hot chocolate. They also serve ice cream at the other places.

Downtown Nashville place to get your ice cream fix! As does everywhere in downtown there will be a line but it moved fast and hostess was awesome at accommodating everyone as quickly as possible. The selections are all amazing and will definitely tempt your taste buds, I went with the banana pudding milkshake. Emptied the jar but definitely full. Watching the creations come from the kitchen is a treat in its own right. Parking is right next door if you wonder about that.

Milkshake was great, a perfect way to end the night. I shared one regular milkshake with my partner and it was great for two. I wouldn’t come here on the weekend if you’re in a rush. We were happy to wait for our milkshake but some people may not be willing to wait 30 min for ice cream.

Do not recommend. This is one of those places that’s just not worth the wait or money. Tourist might like it but if you’re a local don’t waste your time here. We came in 8pm and didn’t get our shakes until 10:45. The young girl said it’d be an hour wait and we waited almost 3 hours.. went and asked and got a attitude @10pm and they said that’s the normal wait there…They were not worth the wait at all and they were practically melted by the time we got it and there was multiple problems with our order. The teenagers that work there have bad attitudes. My husband ordered a shake that had a cheesecake slice on top and 10mins before we got our order (mind you we’ve been sitting for well over 2 and a half hours) they come and say there cheesecake is frozen and if we’d like anything else. Multiple people complaining about the wait while we were there and even a man yelling because they messed up his order and his family had already finished their milkshakes and he didn’t even get his correct one yet. I got the “death by chocolate” which the brownie was disgustingly dry and my husband that pink one that was supposed to have the cheesecake. Would not go back. Ever.

My best friends and I stopped here while visiting Nashville. The atmosphere was fun. Super cool milkshake presentations! The shakes are big (can be shared between two), but the taste was nothing out of the ordinary. You can also make your own milkshake or just go for scoops of ice cream. Great for groups and kids. There was quite a long line + wait, but staff was friendly with great customer service. Pricey but it was a nice experience.

Though they were understaffed, Cody properly communicated that there would be a little wait. To our surprise, the team exceeded expectations by getting our order out efficiently. We went to Legendairy because we had relatives visiting from California so we were excited to show them this special place. We ordered an ice cream cone with whipped cream, three shakes, including a banana split, and water. Thirty minutes later we were served an ice cream cone without whipped cream, three shakes, but the banana split had been changed to something else, and no water. I expect to be served what I paid for regardless of the cost, but the exorbitant cost made me think that the uncomplicated order would have been accurate.

I thought it was a joke that the wait was going to be over an hour... its not. For a wait that long, I would expect the ice cream to be made on the spot, but it was Blue Bell ice cream with ice chunks in it. After reading other reviews, I expected our over priced Blue Bell milkshakes to be worth the wait and price, but I was disappointed to say the least. Very nice and spacious place and they are well set up for social distancing. The employees are very polite. There is a small wait due to a lot of customers and the amount of orders they are doing but it is totally worth the wait. If you have kids who are under 10 I would suggest the kids menu because its not so much and they will be able to finish it. My kids enjoyed their shakes☺️ you are able to purchase the jars for your shake for $5.99 for a souvenir or you can just purchase and still have the jar, you just will not be able to take it with you. They also have to go cups as well. During the summer hot months this is definitely a go to place to cool down.

Pretty good milkshake, but unless you really want a good picture there are better places for a milkshake. The wait was pretty long around 45 minutes for me. However, its understandable given the presentation of the shakes here and how many they have to make. Ok, so I didnt give 5 stars, but please understand how these ratings work. Five stars means you loved it, four stars mean you liked it, three stars means its okay, two stars means you disklike, and 1 star means you hated it. So I did like it, so that is good. The 3 milkshakes we got were good, but I have to put this place at a 3 or 4 overall which is why I went with the 3. Presentation of milkshakes were spot on, as was flavor. However, there has to be a better way to serve their patrons. We waited an hour in line, and then an hour after our order on the first of three milkshakes. One thought I had would be to maybe try and sit the guests and then take orders by the table, or get more equipment to service the orders that are getting placed. Yes its a good experience and cool place. But there were a lot of people in there like ourselves for the first time, and 2 hours for a milkshake isnt going to pan out very often. I would go back, only if the line was short.

We went during the week and there was no wait. There was a nice variety available and a chance to build your own. The atmosphere inside was nice. I feel the value/price was appropriate given what you are given. You basically get a milkshake and a dessert on the side with it. My only issues were sizing (youre pretty much forced to get the bigger size because of the pricing structure so save room in your belly), my milkshake was already melting when it arrived at the table. Other than that, its a great place and wed visit again.

I will start with saying that the milkshake was good and a fun thing to eat. What was not fun, was the wait. We walked in and it was a 45 minute posted wait time. Since we had a little extra time, we decided 45 minutes wasn’t too bad. However, our actual wait time was 2 hours, which we did not have the time to wait for and it made us late for our plans after this. You have to run for a table if you see someone getting up, which is a mad house in a packed storefront. The three stars is for the friendliness of the staff we encountered, the quality and taste of the milkshake and the extensive menu. Since all of the employees are all hands on deck making the milkshakes, the bathroom was not in the best condition. They ran out of toilet paper about 15 minutes into our 2 hour stay and didn’t replace it until right before we left. If you’ve got two hours to waste sitting in uncomfy chairs and love milkshakes, this might be the place for you.

The only reason this establishment is getting 2 stars is because of the presentation. The building itself is very cute and the presentation of the milkshakes are very nice, however, that is really the only thing good about this place. The milkshakes are poorly flavored milk, the tables are sticky, the bathrooms are not clean, and the service is very poor, and NONE of this justifies the price. The wait time to place the order was understandable as they let you know before you enter the building. As a party of 4, we waited 40 minutes before placing our order and then another 40 minutes to get our “milkshake”. I believe the reason for this is because this “legendary” experience includes only 2 milkshake machines and 6 employees standing around. All this being said, I do not think that $14 for one 16oz milkshake that is literally milk makes for a legendary experience.

It was okay. No offense, but it was an ordinary milkshake that we could easily make at home. The hype was all about how they make their milkshakes very fancy looking - loaded with their toppings, whipped cream and full sized brownies/cookies/donuts etc.It looked really really cool. The wait was absolutely insane. We waited 2 hours for 2 milkshakes. Shakes were super runny. The employees didn’t seem to be in any kind of hurry, they were standing around chatting while the restaurant was full of people. My boyfriend and I got our milkshake after 1hr 45 min and the couple that was with us (order before us) still hadn’t got theirs 10 minutes after us. We watched them bring shakes to people that had come in a significant amount of time after us and so we went to check on theirs…. Well they flipped through all their pages and found the couples page under a massive stack of people that came in after us and the worker said, “I will try to push yours ahead.” ???? Ahead?? I reiterated that we had already been there hours waiting. Then she took their sheet to someone and they had their milkshake within the next 10 minutes.. we shouldn’t have had to come up and check on it but if we hadn’t who knows how much longer we would have waited. They are extremely unorganized. While we sat there we watched probably 3 different groups of people go up and get refunds because they had been waiting so long. The one star on this review is solely for the sweet older woman in the pale yellow t shirt who was bussing tables. She was the only employee in the building working hard and without saying you could tell she acknowledged the fact that it was extremely busy in there and she was working at a pace that reflected that. She was super pleasant and made sure everything was super clean at our table. Although she was busy she even took a little extra time to give us a new roll of paper towels.

Id like to offer a review of the ice cream but we left after an hour. Gave our order cards to a family with two young girls so they could enjoy our milkshakes with am hour wait versus us waiting a total of two hours. Multiple people got refunds and left. Not worth it unless you have nothing else to do with your evening.

You have to make your way to Lengendairy on your way thru Nashville. This milkshake was to die for.

Omg super neat! A little on the pricey side but well worth it for this sweet treat. You can build your own or go with their own creative concoctions.

Bottom line: dont waste your time or money.Super overrated. Not legendary by any means. Waited about 45 minutes for a below average shake with store bought chocolate icing on the rim (Duncan Hines maybe?) and what tasted like a store bought chocolate chip cookie on top (Entennmans?). Nothing super original or worthwhile. It was almost $16 for this below average drivel. A Dairy Queen blizzard wouldve been better, so much cheaper, and significantly higher quality. I wouldnt have minded the wait if it was actually good. They were quite understaffed as well. They couldve paid two more college students minimum wage to reduce the wait time (yay capitalism). Dont see a reason why they dont have more shake mixers either. At least they look good?
