Sarah was so amazing in helping me order macarons for a bridal shower and they were so good! Our guests loved them and working with Woops was a great experience! We will definitely be back!

Usually have to wait for someone to be at the stand.. but I don’t go often so maybe I’m just going at the wrong times? 🤷🏻‍♀️ usually have what I’m going for but when are you bringing back PB&J whoops!? 😩

These macarons are delicious, my favorite is Red Velvet and Vanilla! Definitely the best in Nashville! The employees are always very helpful and delightful to talk to. If you need any desserts for a wedding or big event this is your spot! They have so many fun options!

I love this place! I make it a must to stop by every time Im in town. When I first started going, I was very indecisive, I couldnt figure out which flavor really did it for me (because theyre all great) but the girls were so patient and helpful. Awesome taste, awesome costumer service. I highly recommend this place as your go to guilty pleasure!

This place needs to get their act together... customer service in the drain.I went to the mall 3 times just to buy from them. And all 3 times ended up with Chocolates from Godiva. No joke. one time I came there was no one at the station, I was bummed and came back later still no one until I saw the lady come over and was excited.. but NO! she looked at me and didnt say anything grabbed a sign Be right back and she left! I was so pissed.I came again this week for Valentines Day, there was only one girl ahead of me so I waited, and waited and waited..., the lady at the counted didnt even acknowledge me with a greeting or something like be right with you... kept waiting while they were chatting it up... finally I turned around and walked away... I went to another booth that was selling chocolate, but walked back to them as I didnt see something I wanted. She was still with that other girl, I waited more and all of a sudden they started walking away and she told me, Ill be back in 5 minutes... I almost lost it... I asked her if she owns the place or just works there, she said it is a family business. I told her how disappointed I am with her customer service and that its not the first time. Shame that a family business is acting this way and losing money to corporate stores. Especially when I came to the mall just to buy from them.
