When visiting the mall and strolling through waiting on something at a local store to be finished, I was drawn in by the beautiful smells of this business. Upon entering, we were greeted and explained to the different products offered and the benefits. I have very sensitive skin and was explained how no chemicals, all natural ingredients are used for all the products AND they do NOT test on animals! Appreciated the great guest service and will be returning.

I LOVE Lush as a company. Their products are amazing. You MUST try the bath bombs, bath oils, shower gel, and body sprays! The employees at this location are super friendly and extremely helpful. Only downside is that this location is very small and they do not have much stock. They will however order you whatever they’re out of stock on and ship it to you for free. They call it their “endless aisle”.

**COOLSPRINGS LOCATION** I was just kicked out of the store and cussed out by Jennifer at the cool springs location for taking a picture of the bath bombs. She yelled at me in front of all of the customers and accused me of taking a picture of her associate. When I showed her the picture I took of the bath bombs she kicked us out. Don’t recommend shopping at the new coolsprings location, you might be accused as well.

I went to the mall to go shop exclusively at Lush. Once I got there, there was a barricade at the front entrance with a young associate behind the barrier. She asked if there was anything that I was there for. I said bath products and bath bombs. She informed me that they were out of stock on all bath items. Shortage due to Covid. It was also abundantly clear that I was not to enter the store. She also informed me of their online experience. It is no wonder that brick and mortar retail is dying. If I wanted to shop online I wouldnt have walked up to the store. Thanks. Why even have a store open?

TINY store. Not a full size lush store. When we went, they had hardly anything overall, and nothing we wanted.

Love this store! I literally want everything they have. Kind of expensive but worth it. Not only is everything so cute and smell so good, they actually work! I come especially for their massage bars. The staff is always soo friendly and helpful! They are all for letting you try the products and giving you samples to take home. They also have a variety of cute gift boxes

I absolutely love Lush. As a customer I appreciated the protocols they had in place to ensure our safety and comfort during COVID-19 -- required to wash our hands upon entering the store, and only limited capacity allowed inside at a time. And if you know what you want, theyll service it to you without even having to enter the store. They do have somewhat limited stock at this store, but still lots of shower products, bath bombs, cleansers, etc.

This location and the employees that work here (especially Rachel) are fantastic! It’s kinda awkward to shop in malls or talk to strangers these days...but heading straight to a LUSH will always refresh your skin, hair, soul..whatevs. I appreciate the time and care that were taken to even keep a specialty store like this open right now. Sweet, knowledgeable staff, small store and due to some inventory issues they were out of a lot but still managed to find a few of our favorites. I appreciate the handwashing and in and out procedure.

I love going to this store!! The employees are ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful. I accidentally ran out of my facial cleanser (thought I had a stash in my travel bag🙁). I called them yesterday to see if they had it in stock. They did not and was not sure as to whether it would arrive this week or next 😱. So, I ordered it online with an estimated 2-8 day delivery with a note to expect delays. Now, I’m freaking out!!! I called the store again today to see if the product had arrived. No luck. Then the employee told me to come by and pick up a chunk from the sample jar to hold me over! 🤸🏾‍♀️ Thanks so much for great customer service. I wish you guys could service all of my needs! 🤣

Just drove in from florence and got here last minute. Got a butt load of stuff for my daughter. They were super helpful and nice! My daughter will love the unicorn horns, thank you guys!

Went to lush yesterday. Didn’t even enter the store but purchased from outside the store on the other side of the plexiglass. Was wearing a mask but apparently it wasn’t high enough (still covering my mouth and nose). The sales associates behavior was ridiculous and very rude. She jumped back several times telling me to pull it higher even though it was on. Any higher it would have covered my eyes. She then tossed my purchases out the door breaking some of my bath bombs and I was never given a receipt. I will never go back.

Love this store did not appreciate the customer service from the girl with the rainbow hair. I was adjusting my mask while smelling the bath bombs and I just felt someone staring at me. It made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept telling me to keep my mask covering my nose or else she would have to tell me to leave. Instead of her telling me that she could have offered to help. So rude and unprofessional. Terrible vibe. The other associate was so much nicer, I do appreciate her.

The most awful employees I’ve ever encountered. I was harassed to pull up my mask that was already above my nose. The employees were beyond condescending and rude, and made me not want to buy anything. Worst experience

I went in to find a new facial cleanser and moisturizer. The team was very helpful in finding what would be best for my skin. I absolutely recommend their products. They’re good for the environment and your skin. I’ve been using the Dark Angels Face and Body Cleanser paired with the Celestial Moisturizer and it’s cleared up my skin beautifully 👌🏻🤩

I have only been to Lush once and that was all it took for me to become a fan. I love the range of products and scents they have. The samples they give you can last you a while and definetly allow you time to really test out the product. Ive heard nothing but positive things about Lush and will certainly be returning to spend more money! 💰 I also really love that they give back to the community with charitable donations. If I remember correctly, they were selling one body lotion product where all the proceeds went directly to a charity (cant recall which one) but that really stuck out to me. The sales people arent too pushy either. Overall, a great experience.

I can’t even begin to gush over how amazing this staff is. From being knowledgeable about the product, to having empathy and giving you solutions instead of just trying to make a sale. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm smile and the store is always pristine. I’m so glad this is my local lush. Thank you for all that you do:)

Today was my first experience in a Lush store but will definitely NOT be my last. Not only are the products ethical, charming, and delicious smelling, but the staff is outstanding! We were helped by 3 different ladies during our visit, and all of them were knowledgeable about the products, and incredibly kind. I never once felt pressured by them to purchase more than I was comfortable with. I live nearly 2 hours away and will not hesitate to make the drive in the future.

Always a pleasant stop. I use the deodorant, shampoo, and face scrub here and love to get samples of other products that interest me. I recently added dry shampoo and toothpaste to my purchase.

I love Lush. I love all the Naked products. Lush is the best place for low waste options. The products smell incredible.

Excellent service. The associates were very helpful they even helped keep my four year old son occupied with a bath bomb. Also gave me samples of the shave cream I wanted to try out.

The shop is beautiful. Everything is organic, colorful, and eye catching. Customer service is the best. Theyre nice and knowledgeable about the product theyre selling. Free demo in the shop. Even though the shop is small, you wont find it too crowded all the time. Items are expensive like a piece of soap a size of Ritz cracker is about $5.

I love love this shop it’s all natural made bath goods bath bombs to die for my favorite soaps milk man soap & honey I washed the kids with real honey combs I cannot say I have a favorite bath boom everyone I have used has been different I have a jacuzzi tub and I have never had any issues with the booms colors & glitter coming right out my tub. They also have a jelly soap that is blue or red that’s awesome. If you have never been to a lush store take a friend family member & prepare to enjoy getting your supplies to beautify yourselves and it’s so worth it. I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t love.

Have always loved Lush stores and products; and these gals at GH location just have the best energy! Sonia was awesome and observant... collecting info and consulting with manager and other staff as needed to find products that precisely matched my needs/interests. I noticed all the staff greeting and welcoming customers right up until closing time. Once I selected my purchases, Sonia and another salesperson offered and made samples for two of the more pricey samples that I could not purchase tonight.Wander in Lush and you will come out with great smells, smoother skin, and a ton of new knowledge about natural, safe beauty products, all wrapped up in a fun, friendly experience!

It was my first time going to lush. And I am IN LOVE!! The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Lee was the one who helped me and he did an amazing job!!! He not only knew about the product but you could tell he had passion and love for what he was talking about. He didnt just have a go to item but truly tried to customize what was best for me. I walked into LUSH Nashville yesterday after a really rough day. As soon as I walked in the door the beautiful humans working approached me with kindness and interest in not only what I needed to purchase but how I was doing. There are very few stores I walk into and know that the people working can make my day better. Every time Ive ever walked into LUSH Nashville Ive been greeted this way, especially yesterday. This place is pricey but amazing. Love variety of lotions, facial masks and soaps. All products are organic and smell wonderful. Truly appreciate how the store gives back to charity organizations with product purchases.

Love LUSH cosmetics! Their vegetarian, all natural products are the best. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The solid body butter, soaps, bath bombs and solid shampoos and conditioners are amazing!

Went there the night before Valentines day to get some stuff for my girlfriend and the staff, even though they were busy, were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to make sure every customer was taken care of. Great experience.

LUSH is always excellent but for the love of God PLEASE get a slightly bigger space for your stores! Four employees in a tiny shop that you could only get like two or three customers in is ridiculous. People were waiting outside in the mall hallway because its such a cramped space. Other than that everything was fabulous and the employees here have always been wonderful.

I am beyond impressed with the store, the ethics, and the staff! I spent quite a while here today and the person who helped me was fantastic! She was so friendly and answered my many, many questions about sustainability, ethics, and ingredient safety of the products! She was very well educated on everything I asked about and clearly passionate about the products and the values of the company!

Super personable staff, lots of attention and knowledge about products. You can smell and touch and try pretty much everything out so its perfect if you need to try something new. Products are varied and unique so theres something for everyone in there.

I love going to the store. They recognize customers who do come in on the regular basis. I also appreciate the store because they do not assume that you dont know anything about their products. Much like anchor store Nordstrom this location also assesses their customers. And built up on the knowledge that they gather from their customers they find the products that will best suit them. And if you get a chance to try their bath bombs. If your man woman or child it does not make a difference try the bath bombs those are wonderful.

No matter how busy this amazing store is the staff takes their time helping and explaining the items. They are genuinely enthusiastic about where they work and the products they represent. They are amazing with my son when he comes with me. They let him demo bombs and experience the product! The management is top notch and on the front lines with their staff. I live about 45 mins away but I buy in-store and not online because the service cannot be beat. Keep doing great things. Fan for life.

I was skeptical about their bar shampoo and conditioner but wanted to find something that didnt produce as much plastic waste as traditional shampoo and conditioner. I was shocked by how well they worked!! The store is fun to visit and the staff gave me great recommendations.

Lush is an awesome, ll natural store that sells all sore of responsibly sourced products that leave you feeling luxuriously cared for. Their staff is all very knowledgeable and friendly and are able to help with ant questions you may have. The store itself is a little hard to find as Google maps tells you it is in a different place, but it is actuallyinside the mall on the second floor. It is a great little shop and it is really an awesome store with a great range of products. I have recently switched over to only their stuff and have had amazing results, even with my very sensitive skin.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was with my wife and totally clueless what the shop was about initially. My wife had heard of it and upon entering, we were greeted immediately and asked if we needed help. I was never made to feel out of place, regardless of the question I asked, which I really appreciate. For those that dont know, they make bath and skin products all natural. Soaps, bombs, lotions, breath mints, a bunch of things!Everything is made naturally and is labeled to tell you who made it. They do demonstrations in the store for their bath bombs and we saw they also did a demo with a customer using a product (I didnt see exactly what they were demonstrating though.)Overall, pretty cool little place.

This is the place you come to when you want high-quality products and sales associates that will absolutely flood you with all the information you could possibly need about the products and answer every question imaginable related to them. You will be hard-pressed to find higher or even comprable quality products at the same price.

I will go to Green Hills Mall JUST for this store. Seriously. I have tried so many of the soaps and I use the eye cream every night. One of the soaps has given me issues with falling apart but I probably kept it too long before use. Everything here does have a shorter shelf life due to the organic/fresh nature of the ingredients. Tried several of the face mask. If you save your containers (5 of them) and bring them back to the store clean, you get a free one! Recently, I tried one of the scrubs with cocoa butter, OMG I want to buy a years worth. Unbelievable.

I think the idea of the store is great. I was definitely put off by the girl showing me around, she had some fairly rude comments to me and kept trying to sell something. Seems like they make 100$ commissions on every item they sell.
