If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I walked in an hour ago(not even) and I bought a $60 wig that was blended and I was told that it would curl (the packing also said it curls). I got home and it did not curl one bit. I called and the manager and CSR spoke in Spanish back and forth and I could not understand. After being on the phone for 20 minutes, she just said there was nothing they could do. I told her I would just bring the wig in and see what they can do. I even offered to bring in my curling iron to show that it did not curl properly. We got to the store and the manager refused to talk to us. She just stood in front of my husband, myself and my two kids. She spoke to the CSR and then walked away and said she had to do something and she would be back later. She then proceeded to tell me to contact the other store where the owner would be. I proceeded to dial the number and then they finally told me that an exchange would be okay. I am so disgusted with the service I received and I truly hope someone reaches out to me because I want to speak to the owner of this establishment. I am speechless at the way they speak in Spanish right in front of you and don’t even bother to TRANSLATE.
Looking to spend $100 -$200 in product and hair. Very impolite with rushing and badgering with 20 mins remaining before closing! As a braiding/natural stylist, and hair instructor I and very dissatisfied with the services and lack of consideration as a customer. I will not be returning to this establishment!
I am really happy with their service. They were very polite and helpful. The prices when I compared them were phenomenal. Even compared to online. I have no complaints. Im coming back to even but wigs for my costumes.
Unexpectedly great service. Worth the trip
I went to this place a couple of months ago.. I was searching for products for my starter locs... I was eyeballed the ENTIRE time I was in the store.. Were at least 3 other customer also there at the time. The Lady behind the counter made me feel super uneasy.. I was only picking up products and reading the labels to see what I needed. She stared at me the entire time. (10 mins) . Every aisle I went on, she followed. No questions like May I help you? Or anything.. Clearly she assumed I was trying to steal a $6 Bottle of cowash-_-... I left the store without anything simply because of that. Felt super uncomfortable.. Dont GO HERE!! Their selection isnt that great to begin with. There are far better hairstores within a mile or two of this place. God bless.
I wanted some Paul Mitchell Foaming Pommade. The three stars are because they had it. The lack of stars is because the bottle was only three quarters full.
I was here at 12:04 pm the place was supposed to open at 12 pm on Sunday. There was no one there lights off and sign was not lit. This is terrible practice! Why have a business if you can’t come to work to RUN IT! I’m livid . Waste of time and gas. Awe full first impression
