Hey everyone happy holidays. I gotta tell you all about my amazing visit to Sallys. There is a woman that has shocked me. I thought she was the general manager, come to find out she was and hourly sales person. Now that being said she showed me talents that i thought were gone for good. Kristin is her name congradulation. Your the example that companies need. You have the best attitude,Very qualified on products and knowledge.To all followers please go and check out this very special Sallys.

This location is amazing. The customer service was fantastic. The employee was very upbeat and was great at answering my questions about some of the products I purchased. I will definitely make future purchases here.

I won’t be going back to this location. Every aisle I went to, one of the 2 girls would watch to see what I was doing. It felt very uncomfortable as a black woman. Seriously, who is still doing this kind of racial profiling in 2020? If anyone knows any beauty supply stores in the area that are minority owned please let me know.

I hate this place me and my cousins wanted to buy nail polish 💅 and a lady called tells no touching girls like we wanted to buy nail polish but she didn’t let us. And why do we have to buy stupid bags 💼🤬😡

Amazing customer service and experience overall

When I first went in I was in a good mood. I just wanted a small cheap glitter glue for eye glitter and maybe an eyeliner or eyeshadow palette. The staff was kind at first but it wasnt until I began to browse that these passive aggressive comments began. An associate named Karen and another associate (African American) began making comments and implying I was there to steal or too cheap to buy anything. They went as far as to begin to follow me and make it more than obvious they were speaking of me. Being a war veteran and having had a long day already, I was too tired for the petty remarks. I got what I needed then left. Aside from their customer service being awful and descriminitive remarks, I was sold a USED silver glitter eyeliner! Truly was the worst experience I have ever had at a beauty supply store or beauty store. I dont recommend anyone come this store.

Elizabeth made this an excellent shopping experience. She matched opi color for me, found products to meet my hair and makeup needs, knew the stock. Its a small store but with service like this its amazing.

Not very helpful or knowledgeable. They should hire people that know a few things. Kinda like going to Auto zone where a lot of the employees have no clue about the inner workings of a car. First time I went to this Sallys I asked for help and the girl acted like I was bothering her. Just shrugged and went about her business. Sucks cause I really love Sallys been going to them for years.

The lady with the purple hair is so sweet, and knowledgeable. I used to hate going to this store.. Ill be back.

Good selection. Helpful staff.

The two girls who were working were joking to each other as I was checking out. Another girl asked the one checking out why you looking away as she looked out the window while checking me out. They giggled and I felt like they were making fun of me. Like mean girls in high school thinking they arent being obvious about their jokes.Its hard to explain because they were trying to be secretive with their jokes, but it just felt like they were laughing at me.

Horrible customer service. Managers very rude. Told the clerk not to give me any complaint telephone numbers. All because of a return at cash value👎
