Rude the worst beauty supply I have ever went to. I do not recommend going here at all. The two ladies that work here were not helpful and beyond unprofessional!

I would not give this location a penny the lady there is extremely RUDE she acted as if i was a problem. I was checking out and noticed the item was more than the sign i asked her to show me the one that is on sale SHE STARTED BREATHING HARD SHOULDERS WENT UP I TOLD HER TO KEEP HER STUFF WHEN I GOGGLED HER I CAN GOGGLE AND FIND ANOTHER HAIR STORE AND I WOULD NOT GIVE HER ONE PENNY OF MY MONEY AND WALKED OUT. MY DAUGHTER WAS BUYING STUFF SHE LEFT AND A WOMAN BEHIND ME PUT HER STUFF DOWN AND I LEFT.PLEASE Find somwhere else to shop in order to get OUR dollars they MUST respect US we making them rich and they are treating US LIKE 💩

Everything went fine until I changed how I wanted to pay for my purchase .The lady working caught a attitude and basically accused me of being up to something because I changed how I originally attended to purchase the items. I will NOT be back and encourage others not to give your money to this business.

They had different kind of products. Customer service was great. Greaty location too.

Apparantly, the store manager doesnt have good customer service. I asked if she stocked a certain product, and the lady got smart and snappy with an attitude. She said if I didnt see it wasnt there. How rude! I will not spend anymore money in this store.

RUDE!! I made a phone call to this place because I am unfamiliar with the area in that I have relocated to Tennessee. In all my lifes experiences, I have never, never been treated so disrespectfully. I was going ignore the experience, but then decided to write a review because no one should be treated the way this man treated me. He actually hung up on me! When I called back to confront him about his behavior, I asked if he were the manager, and he stated he is and that he is very busy. Either he is the manager, or is a an extremely stupid, shallow man preventing me from speaking to the manager. In either case, he is detrimental to the establishment . I write this review for others to be advised. If you decide to visit this store, be forewarned!

Very good selection of products but the staff could be friendlier.... Ill stick to shopping at Joyland.

Staff wasnt inviting...didnt even attempt to smile..store is clean and well stocked.
