Went in today to exchange a palette I received as a Christmas gift. I was also going to purchase some additional products. The gal with the long reddish hair looked at the palette ( that was in the box and in perfectly good shape) said, ohhhh...this is old. Its part if a limited collection.Over 30 days. No I cant exchange it. I said but I received it as a Christmas gift. She said no cant do it. Contact Mac customer service.....Really? Wow. Wont be returning to this Mac store.

We came to this store today and the women was extremely helpful. She wasn’t pushy and was patient while trying to match foundation. As other customers came in she was great at multitasking

This is a good place to get a (free) make over if you dont but cheap make up. (Some ppl do). They have high professional skills; They dont just sell make up- they sell make up that will enhance your appearance and not hurt your skin ( lots of pigment not filler). Brushes are the best and last forever.

I was there Saturday Jan 18, my 15yo daughter has been watching videos to learn how to do her eyeliner... a guy with glasses on ( I think his name was Ellie) walked us through every step, he did one eye and she did the other one, he was very very nice and kind. We were at Murphy before and I felt as if I was begging for them to sale their products... MAC Cusromer Service is a 10 star!!

Very nice staff. Busy store. Always crowded but they make time for you. Take back 5 used products and get free lipstick. I love their bright colors.

Pink EYE ALERT. I had to buy at least 30$ worth of product. I spent 60. After i got my eye makeup done in the store I got Pink eye the very next day. I can only imagine my minute clinic bill. They were very nice apologizing about the pink and offered NO support at all. No news from the corporate office. Negative STAR rating.

Had one of the best, patient MAC employees! She was very nice with me, pointed me my skin match. Tried to up sell me (as usual) but other than that, it was a good experience. Would go back. They dont discriminate.

I called the Greenhills store to get information regarding an exchange/refund but had no receipt and forgot the exact date. A younglady named Kim, a Mgr, patiently tried several avenues to assist me. Not giving up, she found the information that I needed. I truly appreciate her and her A1 customer care/service!
