I came to Karee Hays to see Missy Starkey for some laser treatments to my face and neck. I have been dealing with dark skin on my neck and face and she was able to explain to me why it was happening ( some sun damage and some hormone imbalance) . At the recommendation of one of my best friends, I booked an appointment with Karee Hays and her team of angels. Their reputation as the best in town precedes them in every conversation, so I knew I would be in good hands. I have a history of very sensitive, reactive and temperamental skin that loves a rosacea flare-up and a good ol rash of perioral dermatitis. So facials and extractions, peels, etc are a danger zone for me. When I met with Jamie on my first appointment, she took the time to learn my skins history and explore my options with me to create the perfect customized facial. Due to the aforementioned flareup, it had been years since Id had any kind of active treatment, and I was starting to breakout again because of that. Even with the light exfoliation, extractions, etc, my skin was so happy--it was glowing immediately after, and still is. I couldnt believe how soft and healthy it looks and feels. I couldnt be happier that now, when Im onstage or on camera or up close and personal with folks, I know my skin will be in top shape with this new regimen. Thank you Jamie, and the Karee Hays team. I visited Karee Hays spa yesterday for a microderm facial for the first time and was extremely impressed with my experience!First of all, the office is just stunning. They have all the little extra touches to make you feel relaxed and welcome from refreshments to luxury hand towels and mints in the restroom. Little things that really go a long way in making the experience 100%! The front desk assistant was very kind and welcoming, I settled in and didnt have to wait at all for my appointment. Ashley Noel was my esthetician & I really cant emphasize enough how amazing she was! She was so sweet & informative and during the consult part of the service, she made me feel very relaxed regarding the treatments that she would be performing. I really learned so much about my skin & the products that are available to help keep it in the best condition it can be. Ive had many facials in my 30 years of life but this one was BY FAR the most gentle & therapeutic one Ive ever experienced! I was expecting pain during certain parts of the service (extractions) but there was literally NO discomfort whatsoever. I felt so confident when I left I just wanted to show someone my face! As most ladies know,This typically is not the case after you have a facial/micro dermabrasion performed!I purchased some products to take home and am really loving them so far. If you are in the greater Nashville area and in need of skin healing/therapy- you MUST visit Karee Hays spa!
